She was extremely uncooperative throughout the process and quick to cancel the contract instead of attempting to find a reasonable resolution. We had also contracted a bartender through her services that we never even used, and despite tipping beforehand, none of that money was returned. She had previously offered an alternative option of preparing three charcuterie boards instead of full event service, which honestly did not feel reasonable considering we had already paid over $1,500 under the contract. When I later asked if we could move forward with that option instead, she suddenly claimed it was no longer available. The entire experience was incredibly stressful and frustrating. I honestly don't know how this person stays in business. Do yourself a favor and avoid hiring her.
