BEWARE! THIS SERVICE PROVIDER IS NOT VACCINATED FOR COVID AND DID NOT WEAR A MASK UPON ENTERING OUR HOME. HE DID NOT DISCLOSE HIS VACCINATION STATUS UNTIL ASKED. His partner was masked and when asked revealed that he was totally vaccinated. Initial Scheduling: We hired BOCOGO without knowing the vaccination status but assumed considering type of service provided and pandemic situation that this would not be an issue. (My bad) Also we had to cancel the initial appointment for service due to a covid illness of my daughters children - we immediately requested postponement and explained why? - to PROTECT BOCOGO from COVID! Therefore, it should have been clear to him that we would be concerned about COVID - I am the caregiver for my 95 year old mom who also lives in our home and have restricted visitors to those who are vaccinated. SCHEDULING PROCESS: We contacted YELP to move a desk to our daughters house. Detailed information was supplied as requested on the YELP site INCLUDING ADDRESSES OF BOTH PICK UP AND DELIVERY SITES AND DESK MEASUREMENTS. We selected BOCOGO from the YELP list. MOVE: In spite of the above COVID vaccination status concerns, the arrival and process of moving was prompt and carefully carried out. BOCOGO did not however, seem aware of the fact that the desk was going to another location and increase the charge for transporting the desk to off site location by charging an additional $75.00 !! I'd give negative stars if I could. These guys do NOT know what they're doing at all. They packed our belongings for a cross-country move and caused many items to break. The people who unpacked our things at the new house noted what a poor packing job they had done. They packed things with no protection or padding and threw many things in a box without paper wrapping. Out piano was a disaster when we got to our location; they have no idea how to pack one. Many of my China pieces were broken as well as an antique mirror. There were many items we told them not to pack and they did anyway (like chemicals and cooking oil- liquids and hazardous items). They packed anything in their sight, such as a cell phone, hydro flask, prescription glasses sitting on a counter. Run! Don't walk away from these people. read more

The estimate I was given on the phone was very low and the availability was immediate. That should have been my first clue. I sent clear photos about what's needed to be hauled and I know what a yard of dirt looks like. Once they arrived, the charges started to accumulate. Pick up time, travel time, drop off time, no clue how far is the dump, etc. the final cost was over 200% over the "estimate". Everything that could have gone wrong on our end went wrong, but Frantz adapted to everything that happened and made our move happen on time. He kept in touch about the updates provided by our building (loading dock door inoperable, need to park on the street etc.) He arrived exactly on time and got everything done quickly, efficiently, and carefully. I bought a king headboard and bed from a consignment store that was between delivery service providers, their prior one having recently retired. I just needed it delivered to my home. I sent out a message to several providers, and called a few too. Most didn't respond. Of those that did, the range of costs was broad, with BoCoGo at the low end. Frantz helped me with a last minute move. He provided absolutely impeccable service: great communication, exactly on time, fast, and careful. At the end of the day Frantz showed me how he calculated his fee and there were no surprises and it was very reasonable. The apartment building we were moving out of made everything difficult. The loading dock door didn't work and so Frantz and Reggie had to schlep everything down hallways and stairs for what seemed like miles. The weather was horrible, freezing rain. Through it all, nothing but good spirits and accomodation of all our requests.
