It's literally just steak and eggs, nothing extra. On its own it's a little bland, but the red salsa saved it. The salsa had good heat and added the flavor the burrito needed. Small note, mine wasn't wrapped perfectly so some egg fell out. Not a huge deal, but I was eating in my car and ended up with some egg spilling. I have a gluten sensitivity, and she was even able to accommodate my needs as well as the food allergies of our guests. Since our wedding was at a private residence, her and her team were able to spend extra time with set-up and take-down.
