Service is wonderful! Our waitress was friendly and extremely efficient. We were expecting more of a divey sports bar and had the pleasure of sitting in this up market restaurant/sports bar- ish space instead. It was awesome! NACHOS; total must have. They were delicious! Brick interior, light colors giving a more larger feel. Booths to the right of the bar/restaurant when you enter with it's own tv screen....let me repeat, each both has it's OWN TV SCREEN. yes, you can go there with friends, grab a booth and have your own TV screen with whatever game. To the left, a nice bar with large TV screens. Front of the place has floor to ceiling glass so you get great light coming into the place. The only negative i would have to say, if i had to nitpick, is that outdoor sign. It's not noticeable, so you can legitimately walk passed it and not notice it. Drinks: My had mimosas, which are always good. I was recooping from the evening before so i went light. I had a friend of mine try the red Sangria, which i tried and it is no joke good. It's one of those drinks that has a great taste, without the potent taste of alcohol. My takeout experience was pretty bad. Took way over estimated time to arrive, food we beyond cold, and containers were all smashed with the condiments all over everything and food mixed into each container. It's a hidden gem of a sports bar that serves really good tacos at good value! It's one of the staples of my restaurant rotation in the upper west side. By far the BEST restaurant we've eaten at all weekend. Plaintains are phenom! Guacamole is to die for. Red sangria it's really great, not too sweet. Pineapple wings are delicious and perfectly cooked. It's small and Intimate. The only downside is one bathroom. It's a great local place with a great local feel. Amazing spot for locals and New Yorkers alike! Small cozy spot with individual TV's in the booth (which can fit up to 4 or 5 people). Great conversations need good drinks and food, which this spot have. I guess it has OK ambiance to watch some sports, but the food was awful. I really wanted to love this place, enough to come here multiple times because I live in the neighborhood. Servers are really friendly and attentive. It's a small and cozy place and it's awesome that there are private TVs with the booths. The food just wasn't impressive for the price range and portion size (tapas-style). I've tried their tacos, empanadas, fries, nachos and camarones al ajillo, all of which were forgettable. Only a few beers on tap. Never had a cocktail though, so can't comment on that. Tiny and popular, this convivial UWS gem sports 6 huge TV screens playing the various sports games of the day. I'm not even a follower of sports and I had a great time. The bartender was superb. The nachos were so delicious (would have preferred more hot peppers) and the skirt steak tacos were perfection. And the serving plate they arrived in was adorable.
