I had one (not GF) and I can honestly say, I couldn't tell that they were GF cookies. We had reached out to her and taste tested cupcakes and went with Churro, Strawberry Lemon, Smores, and Chocolate Lover. I am still obsessed with them. They were the perfect size and all tasted amazing. We had a Churro cutter cake and yet again tasted amazing, but we gave Lindsay little direction on decorating it (our bad, girl.) and it was SO CUTE.
