We used to really love this place, but unfortunately it's gone downhill in the 6 months or so. This is the third or fourth time we've come back and the service, food, and atmosphere was not what it used to be. I understand the bartender was doing to go orders, expo, taking to go orders, and pretty much serving everybody in the front of house. With that being said, I was really put off when she ate off of her mom's plate at the bar and licked her fingers before we got our glass of water. She did not wash her hands the entire time we were there. We didn't receive silverware. I had to ask for napkins. Nobody asked us how her food was or the drink that I bought. This isn't meant to bash but to hopefully help by providing real feedback from a customer who use to really enjoy coming here. Again, she's busy and needs a snack, but that was very inappropriate in my opinion. But unfortunately the Panang curry was not great; it tasted like someone accidentally dumped a container of salt in towards the end of making it. It was inedible. I have low sodium so eat a lot of salty food and I couldn't stomach this. I ate the tofu out of it and left the rest. We LOVE Bodhi Asian Street Eats~!! Background: My boyfriend discovered Bodhi and excitedly brought me there for dinner around 6pm two days ago on 8/28/25. We always get our Thai fix at DegThai but they don't serve my favorite Pad Woon Sen (PWS, stir fried glass noodles)...so, I've been hunting a good place down for 5+ years in Nashville area. Food taste and portion size: Bodhi's PWS is super yummy and very perfectly portioned!! I was unsure of their spicy levels so the waitress brought me their chili flakes and chili oil separately. Piggie Fries and Steamed Shrimp Dumplings make the perfect appetizers; PWS is Pan Fried Noodles (choose glass noodles) and Bodhi Fried Rice can be customized without veggies for my boyfriend. I'm now aiming to try everything on their menu haha Cocktails and Drinks: I know I will always order the Bodhi-tini (owner Nancy's signature creation)!! Went to Bodhi with a small group for the music bingo on Thursdays. It filled up fast but the owner stopped by several times to check on the table and service was excellent. We typically go to another Thai place in town, but the food at BODHI was incredible. I will definitely come back (likely for carry out) and tell others to check it out.
