I had to change my appointment due to my work schedule changing and she was totally accommodating and was able to change it for me with short notice! Well I wasn't done throwing her curve balls... on my way to my appointment I drove to the wrong location... I arrived pretty early and texted her letting her know and was going to look around Trader Joe's which made her realize I was at the wrong one. Nooo! (When I read Sola Salon I thought it was the one closest to me and I had no idea it was a chain I didn't pay attention to the address listed everywhere ) After that mix up she still managed to get me in same day which was super understanding of her and accommodating once again. So Jessica was great. Super friendly and knows her stuff. She listened to how I like my brows and also shaped them perfectly without taking too much off. I'd only gotten my lashes done one time prior to Shea, when I was visiting California and it was something I wanted to continue to explore. I'd visited Divine Threading (Aliante location) before to get my eye brows waxed and so I asked about their lash services. The front desk rep suggested that I schedule an appointment with Shea. From my first appointment with Shea I knew that she was THE one. From her relatability, her welcoming demeanor, to her attention to detail and effective commication about business policies, available services and prices, I was sold. I explained to Shea that I wanted the Classic set but wanted them to look extremely natural. We looked through some of her photos of other clients so that I could more accurately provide a tangible example; but what also set Shea apart was her knowledge shared as well. Shea educated me on facial features and how certain looks can be more complimentary to certain facial structures (ie: head size, head shape, eye brow alignment, eye shape, etc). She educated me on how to properly care for my lashes especially as a new client who wasn't familiar with getting this service. I would absolutely recommend Shea if your looking for a lash technician and live in the North Las Vegas area!!! Pros: Shea is professional she is efficient and meticulous she is relatable, warm and welcoming she is an effective communicator she is reliable Cons: The biggest con is the customer service and communication from the business itself I've had the front desk reps call me to confirm appointment times and dates that were wrong I've had experiences where Shea was out of town and I booked with another technician I'd never seen before. After expressing my dissatisfaction with my experience and highlighting that I no longer wanted to communicate with the office due to their lack of professionalism, customer service and sheer human respect, I was contacted by Ky directly to apologize for her lack of professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Shea as your lash technician but would suggest that Divine Threading owners work on more effectively: Streamlining their appointment system(s) Front desk staff being more informed on appointment times and dates Taking ownership of miscommunication to show you value your clients and their time Technicians being more customer oriented and friendly to all as you could miss opportunities of new clients based on first impressions.

We had to call multiple times and visit the location several times just to get some guidance on how to care for his skin. When you're performing a procedure as intense as a chemical peel, both the pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment care are critical. There should be proactive follow-up with clients to monitor their healing process and provide clear instructions and support regarding aftercare and recommended products. Later, when I looked, she had cut all my toenails very short. When I told her that I had already explained what I wanted, she told me to "shut up" and said, "Let me do my job." I stayed quiet and thought there was no point arguing anymore. Then my mother also got upset and asked why she had cut them all short when I had clearly explained beforehand what I wanted. After that, I got upset too and told her, "You spoke to me very rudely when I was calmly explaining the shape I wanted." She again replied rudely and said, "Do you want the service done or not?" She showed so much attitude toward me in front of everyone, and then she left me there without finishing the service. I really do not understand why she behaved with so much attitude. Doesn't a customer have the right to say what they want and do not want? This was the first time something like this happened. Another worker who was sitting nearby apologized. My mother asked her where that woman had gone and who would complete my service because I was still waiting. She said nobody else could do it because they were busy, and I would have to get it done somewhere else. She also apologized and said, "I don't know why she behaved like that with you." I may be confused but they charge extra to keep them long but it's cheaper for them to cut them short, doesn't make sense.
