this is my third time visiting this place after going to another good nearby place for years. my first impression was the relaxing atmosphere in the store. The worker are quietly working, very pleasant. no loud side conversations between workers like other places. feel welcoming and always ready to take me as walk in. the main reason I'm posting the review is because of my last incident I had. a few days ago I was getting my pedicure and I was the last person left in the store and I was rushing to leave and left my wallet on their front desk. I did not realize that till hours later in the evening. I called next day and they had my wallet safely put away. all my cards and cash was there untouched. the lady told me she waited for me for a while in case I came back for the wallet after the store closed. I was so appreciative that she did that and apologized that I did not notice that I left my wallet there till hours later. The only reason I return is how convenient the location is to my home. I generally just receive mediocre service. I went this week and have multiple fingers sore bc they were filed down to my skin. This particular visit also annoyed me immensely as I had the frequent customer "punch card" which I do know they stopped giving out, however they continued to stamp it for me each time. Well now I had a full card to submit for the discount and faith REFUSEDto honor it, while giggling and saying they stopped honoring those long ago. I asked her why each time they continued to stamp it or sign off on the card if they never had any intentions on honoring the discount. With as much $$ as I spent to fill the card up, what would it have hurt to honor it for me. Now all you did is leave a bad taste in my mouth regarding your customer service!! read more

This is my second pedicure with Tommy at this location and I swear I'll never go anywhere else. He is a wonderful nail technician and a very soft spoken soul... Something I really cherish when I get a moment to myself to relax. The first time I came in, I was wearing shorts-- without even asking, as soon as I sat down, he covered my legs with a towel.... My regular nail tech couldn't get me in for a couple of weeks & my nails were in desperate need of some TLC. I get hard gel over my natural, and had 4 weeks of growth and a crack on the side. Cutie Nails is right next to my house, and after reading the great reviews I thought I'd give them a call. They were able to book me same day, two hours after I'd called. Kevin, the nail tech working on me today, let me know that they are usually very busy on the weekends. His service was quick, an hour to be exact. He did great with shaping, repair on the crack, and was very friendly. I was stunned by the cleanliness and modern interior of Cutie Nails. Usually the salons with many manicurists aren't this pretty, but I was so comfortable it really just called for me to come back. I felt right at home. I'll be back for pedicures or in case I can't get booked with my regular girl again. To top it all off, a hard gel fill only cost me $50, a great price for the great service. read more

I'll start with what's good about this place: - good prices - fast - convenient I come here when I really want a mani or pedi because I usually do my own nails but honestly after the last time I went, I should just do it myself because both my manicure and pedicure were bad. The pedicure, I got gel color and it wasn't fired properly because 3 days later, I took off a paid of shoes I wear all the time, the nail polish rubbed off in my big toe. On my manicure, I got an acrylic with gel and the shape isn't even, the tops of my nails are flat, and the manicurist flooded my cuticles with acrylic... now they are growing out and I have a weird edge on the bed of my nails that catches things. My mom and I came here Saturday morning for pedicures. This was our first time here and most likely our last. I wanted to treat my mom and I to pedis as I was visiting from out of town. We didn't have an appointment but waited about 10-15 mins. We ended up getting the basic pedicure with an add on paraffin wax. We both requested to have French on our toes. My mom's toes came out so cute. Mine on the other hand were not it. I had asked if they could thin the line as they were way too thick. The person who did them didn't understand and left them as is. No clear coat was put on top either and one toe didn't even have polish on it. Very disappointed with how they came out. I ended up taking off the polish once we got home because of how bad they were. Would not recommend getting French tip pedicures here. read more

Cutie Nail is quite close to my house, and has become my go-to when my usual nail artist at another salon can't get me in. It is beautiful, modern, and clean, and the receptionist was super friendly. I had no wait at all for my appointment, which I scheduled over the phone. The pedicure chairs are also REALLY nice- the massage was great! They are a little pricier than my normal nail salon, and he does more (designs, etc) for less money, and his work is better, but the price overall wasn't bad, and I was fine with the quality of work. I'll definitely keep using them in a pinch when I can't get an appointment at my normal salon. read more

I have an upcoming wedding and I'm testing out different nail designs however was highly disappointed at my last nail place - I had 3 gelX nails fall out over a period of 1 week! Scoured yelp and comment sections to find this spot and Julia. She used her expertise to recommend a design and redid the hard gel to be more secure. Julia is a nail angel! Amazing service, attention to detail and loyal! Kevin and Billy are amazing! I started out at a different salon but they prioritized new clients over old so I had to change where I go. First time I went was last minute and crazy. Kevin did my nails and KILLED IT with my halloween nails even on my rush. My mom loves Billy (she'shard of hearing and he's great at accommodating her disability and her specific way she likes her nails done). I continue to go to Kevin time and time again and he's always so amazing and attentive. His technique is AWESOME! He files the nail thin and well shaped to the curve of my nail and so so kind. Most recently I had about a month of time between my fills due to work and traveling (and I didn't want to 'cheat' on Kevin lol) so I just came in to get them redone. Despite my crazy nail growth and the time passed, my gel nails only just barely started to catch on my hair but aren't peeling! Amazing! I really like the environment here. It's relaxing and comfortable. However, I've gotten mixed results on my nails! I've had to go back in to have a nail or two fixed after my gels chipped off almost immediately. I prefer a salon where the nail tech takes more time. It always feels rushed. read more

My mother was in town and we decided to get pedis on her last night here. I looked for a place near my apartment that was open, and Cutie Nails came up as a result. I called the shop about an hour before closing to ask if they could do two pedis. Despite giving a 15 minute notice, they told us they could take us. I got a gel pedi and my mother got a regular pedi. The base price for a pedi is $28, with an add on for callus removal. I think that's incredibly fair, especially given the area. They had a great selection of polish, both gel and regular. Our pedicures were great! The techs were pretty quick, but the pedis were thorough and we were satisfied when we left. Overall, I would not hesitate to return to Cutie Nails and I'm sure my mother would echo that sentiment if she was local. read more

I should start by saying it was a mistake to come here, seeing now how my nails turned out. They are short and stumpy and the hard gel is lumpy!! I don't know how many years experience this lady has but it she didn't seem as experienced as the other nail technicians. My five year old daughters nails turned out better than mine!! Ive never had a bad experience at a nail salon and as pathetic as it sounds I even cried in the parking lot because they were so bad. My nail tips were so sharp, even when I asked them to file them down. I should've just had my nails done by their receptionist !!! Her nails were on point for her doing it herself. They were able to fit me and 2 other people to get pedicures pretty quick but seems like they don't do a full service when it comes to pedicures. They offer an elite pedicure so we chose that and gel polish coming out to $70, which was fine but not what we expected. The chairs were nice massage chairs but the leg message was barely anything and they didn't clean off any nail edge or trimming or cleaning of the cuticle. I don't get pedicures often but I at least know your supposed to clean off the edge of the nail and any debris inside the nail. They don't trim of the cuticle, all they do is us a buffer file and barely scratch the surface of the nail and start the polish right away. I've only been here twice, but being a full-time RVer who traveled the country, I've been to a lot of different places for my mani/pedi, and this place is really great. When you walk in, you are immediately greeted, and if you have to wait, it's only for a short time. I've had different people do my mani/pedi, and each of them have done a great time. I've never felt rushed, and in fact, I've felt quite calm. Which is the point. Lol. My only complaint would be that when I make 2 appointments, one for me and a friend, for the same time and the same services it would be nice if we were both taken at the same time and seated next to each other. Both times, one of us is finished about 20 minutes before the other. It's kind of a bummer. Maybe they could call it the girlfriend experience or something so they know it's an outing and not just about the service. read more

UNPROFESIONAL & UNCALLED FOR!!! CUSTOMERS DONT MATTER TO THEM!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!! Monday, March 14th 2022, I called at 9am in the morning requesting a appointment for a fill & pedicure. I was so happy I could finally get my nails done since I've not been able to have that luxury recently. I spoke to the front desk & requested to get Kim to do my nails since she did them before. Keep in mind I have been coming to this place for years, I drive all the way from Craig & Rancho which is about 20 mins away just to come here. The front desk said to come at 1:30pm, which worked out perfectly due to the fact I had a few errands to run on the way there. I arrived to the salon where I am quietly greeted by Natalie & she tells me that I should have been there at 1pm not 1:30 but the lady on the phone told me 1:30, so from the start she had a attitude. Natalie doesn't tell me to have a seat or anything or even to pick my colors, there was a lady that walked in after me & Natalie told her to pick her colors then have a seat, from the beginning I felt like she didn't care about me as a customer. After waiting for a bit Kim told me to go ahead & have a seat t the pedicure chair & put my feet in the water, the water was SKORCHING hot, when I took my foot out of the water my legs where bright red. After waiting there until she finished with her other customer she came over to me & asked me what I wanted && I went ahead & showed her a picture of half of the nails being orange & the other half pink & she said no problem. Once she was ready to paint my toes we started off with two different pinks & one orange color & I wasn't too sure which one so I figured she could paint it on one tow & I could see which color I liked best, Kim instantly got upset & rolled her eyes at me, because I was not sure what color I wanted. So since I realized she wasn't happy I went ahead & told her to just paint them pink & it was fine cause I didn't want her getting upset at me. After she was done with my toes she proceeded to doing my nails @ this point I was just going to do the SAME color as my toes & get out of there since I was already uncomfortable since she rolled her eyes at me. So I just told her to paint the same color on my nails, in the process of her dong my nails I asked her to add extra glue underneath my middle finger nail cause it was broken from the underneath, she said she doesn't do that so I just said no worries. While my nails where drying in the gel light I out my finger down & I completely cracked in half. Kim told me its my fault & I shouldn't have out my fingers down while it was drying. She tried to fix it but all she did was make the nail way thicker than all of my nails. After that she began to paint my nails & once they where dry I looked at them next to my toes & they WERE NOT THE SAME COLOR as my toes. So I told Kim that its no the same color, Kim said "what do you want me to do about it" &I said if she can fix it cause its not what I wanted. She ROLLED HER EYES AGAIN & got upset with me for wanting her to fix it. At this point I was feeling extremely uncomfortable... but I wasn't going to leave with something I didn't like. Kim went ahead & started grinding my nails down & took off 1/2 of the pinkish color then proceeds to paint white on top cause at this point I just had to get out of there I was about to have an anxiety attack & I am diagnosed with anxiety. Underneath my nails is now pink & the top is white. So at this point I went ahead & paid $85.00, but I wanted to talk to the manager, the manager Natalie was on her phone, & I could her Tiktoks playing. Once I asked for her, she had to get off her phone while she was getting up she rolled her eyes at me & didn't smile or anything. Natalie said that she can give me a discount for next service, I proceeded to tell her that I wont be back & I don't need her discount. I also showed her my punch card showing her that I am a loyal customer, She still did not care, I just walked out after paying her. Once I got in my car I realized that I never got a receipt for my $85 cash that I just paid her. I went back in the nail salon & asked Natalie for the receipt, she said she threw it away & that she can't reprint it for me. I proceeded to tell her that I really needed my receipt for my records, she said no, Natalie YELLED AT ME & SAID THAT I AM TOO SENSITIVE OF A PERSON! I have never been mistreated so badly in a business then this. The fact also that I have been coming here for years is even more baffling to me. I would like to speak to the owner but they wont give me any information so here I am, just trying to warn you all not to waste your hard earned money here. This is so sad. read more

I was recommended by my friend Hannah to come in & see Vivienne & I can't say enough good about her! She's so accommodating & gentle with your nails & hands. I've heard so many stories from my friends bleeding getting their nails done & I didn't bleed, or feel at all uncomfortable during this whole process. She's awesome! Picked a cute purple color for a nice gel manicure. I highly recommend this business! Everyone worked so well together & the facility itself was super clean & had a really nice vibe inside. The receptionist told us our appointment was at a specific time on the phone, when we arrived she said we had missed our appointment and didn't have any availability. There was confusion on the phone and no appointment confirmation misled us so when we arrived they squeezed us in. Everything was completely rushed and both of us left so unhappy, we usually LOVE coming here but this time we felt so defeated. No one listened to what we wanted, the services were completely rushed and it was clear they just wanted to get us out of there. I understand stuff happens and maybe they didn't have the availability, I wish they would've just been clear about that so we could go elsewhere, instead we were rushed through our service, felt like such an inconvenience, unhappy with results, and overall just felt like we were being forced out of there. I have been there three times for a pedicure. First time was great: $30 plus $10 tip with a nice man. Second time, very quick, but ok: $30 plus $7 tip with a young woman. Third time, the technician "Hope" upsold me to the "Deluxe Pedicure" for only $10 more, which was actually $15 more. It was the WORST OF THE THREE. She was done in 27 minutes. Tipped 20$ every time, the last time I had to return the next day because my big toe.nails the polish had messed up by the cuticles. Where the nail tech Kim had gone around with acetone to clean up her polish imperfections. I came in and said my two big toes need to be repolished. Cause of the acetone. She said you messed them up.
