They were fine this one though is clean, very sanitary, nice nail technicians, good equipment, and reasonable prices. My daughter found this salon and absolutely loves it so I decided to give it a try. It's such a struggle (first world problems!!) finding a nail salon that consistently delivers high quality service. I see many of these reviews claim that this salon uses each others equipment so I am concerned. I don't remember seeing this practice when I was there yesterday but I'll look out for it next time since I have had "fungus" develop from other salons and that's always a negative. I tried this place for the first time last Saturday morning, 12/18th. I had Lee who is amazing we had so much in common. She gave me a great pedicure and my full set came out exactly how I wanted! She perfected the coffin nail shape, found the exact color I wanted & my design came out so cute! What I really liked about this nail salon, they had their prices listed as soon as you walk in. In the last few years people don't have a price board available so they can simply charge you whatever. When I asked Lee how much my total was she was upfront/honest. So, I came here with my mom and let me just say I highly recommend Nails U Luv because they accept walk-ins and they take you very fast (when they are not super busy). I got my nails done and my mom got her toes done. We came when they weren't super busy. They had about 3-5 customers but more came while I was getting my nails done. I got a gel manicure and they did my nails so well. They absolutely know what they are doing. They make your nails feel brand new! So I bought the #5 pedicure and thought I was in for some pampering but this girl was done in 20 minutes and that's not an exaggeration. For $50 I thought I'd get at least 40 minutes of foot and toe attention. She didn't file, buff and clean underneath my toenails. When I saw her applying polish was when I realized she hadn't actually cleaned up my toes. She did do a great job on my calluses but I was overall disappointed in the experience. I won't be returning. Side Note * Not sure if he was the owner but there was a guy very busy hanging the 10th camera in this place. While this had nothing to do with my review, I just found it strange that there are already so many cameras in here and he was hanging more. ABSOLUTELY NOT.... ANYMORE!! Their tools are not cleaned! The last two times I've gone, I received a nasty reaction. This last visit, one of the workers kept digging for an ingrown which I didn't have! This caused extreme discomfort and caused an infection. Causing pain, puss and extremely swollen areas. Never do I see the tools getting cleaned. From one person, to another! Using the same DIRTY nail clippers, nippers, files, everything. I just gave this place such high greatness just to be let down. I forgot to ask for my nail techs name but she took me in last min as a walk in. Super nice, sweet lady. She took her time and was very gentle with my hands. I usually don't mind it either when they get in there and get underneath my nails and everything but she was the sweetest. She sits directly across from the door. I have never in my life had a worst experience at a nail salon. I just moved across town and have been trying to find a nail salon for about a month and a half and gave this place a try and regretted every minute of it. I expressed how I was feeling throughout the acrylic full set and told her that I wasn't stoked with the shape and she kept drilling, she went way too hard at my cuticles and way too fast. It was almost like she was in a hurry for nothing. She didn't even do a good job with the shaping of the nail. I want a Square sharp. I'm too embarrassed to even show the thumb. As you can tell my ring finger is cut and thankfully enough I have a engagement party to go to this weekend. What a waste of money! read more

So glad I found them! A little over a year ago when my sister in law and I were searching for salons in the area to no avail we came across a small retail plaza and have been coming here ever since. My nail tech is LeeLee and she always delivers. She has unique and creative designs and can nail any pinterest picture or idea you being to her. I love that she is open to criticism without taking it personally and she makes sure she gets it right. The nail salon is relatively small with only about 7 stations I dont have much contact with the other techs other than Tina who is my sister in laws nail tech and she is full of personality and pretty popular among the customers as well. There isn't too much chatter from the staff across customers which is a plus in my book nothing like visiting a salon where you feel like the techs are talking about their customers so glad they don't do that here. My nails always last several weeks, come visit LeeLee she's the best! read more

Honestly I've been here a few times. Keep giving them chances. Staff is really friendly but the product is absolute trash. Acrylics, trash. Gel, trash. I've had many full sets and have nails fall off the next day!!! Not to mention the staff is constantly sharing equipment which should be a health violation. The smell is atrocious. I also had a tech say I should put my name down as a "special needs patient" because of my pedicure paraffin treatment. What in the world?!!! I spent 75 dollars on this gel pedicure including a good tip? I will be going elsewhere unfortunately and I will never refer. I have been coming here for years. It's located nearby and "Strong" always gets me in. She is amazing at what she does and I look forward to catching up every two weeks. I also have been seeing Lee for my eyebrow waxes for years. She is also amazing. I would recommend these two for your manicures, pedicures and eyebrows. They are the reason for the five stars. Thanks ladies. I do have one suggestion , do not bring your children to the salon it seems as though the woman owner doesn't seem to like children and gets easily annoyed to the point she is rude. Contacted the owner to request a refund due to 3 broken nails in less than 5 days. He said there is no refund policy but he's willing to redo them for me. I didn't want to do that at first but accepted after he was adamant about no refund. Paul redid them & at first seemed skilled. He was nice about it & seemed like no bad energy. He's been doing nails since 92'. Then on to filing & shaping. He cut me a couple times & one finger hurt the next day a lot. See added pictures. I asked him to file more because they were thick, crooked, just not finished. He did, but then seemed like he was irritated & was rushing all of a sudden. My right hand was a mess. I was DONE! I decided that if this didn't hold up, I won't be returning for any fixes etc. I'll chalk this up as lessons learned & go back to the place that is good even if it means driving 20 more minutes. Moral of the story, go to a place where someone that has a passion that truly cares for you & your business & nails as much as you do. That's with anything in life! Some people don't care, but it's a lot of time & money spent. I'm hanging on to bad energy because when I look at my nails, I don't feel love & beauty....I see irritation & lack of passion. I think my nail techs name was Trina. She was nice and had good conversation. I told her I've been trying to find a nail tech who could do a good job on my nails because I had yet to find one. I told her the last tech ( at a different place) didn't do very well, she had shaped my nails in evenly & despite having gel on my nail still one still managed to break through the gel. Trina heard me and I thought she had done well. Not even two weeks later, my thumb nail split through the gel! I have a baby and could not get in to tell her, let alone get on here to write a review. But now, 3 weeks later, my nail is still breaking in 2 places now and my gel is lifting on almost every nail! I wonder if I'll ever find someone to do my nails correctly. read more

My friend went into the store the other day to have her nails done like she has done many times. This particular time my friend went in asking for the nails to be flared. She has had this done a number of times with no problems. The owner of the salon was doing her nails this time and she was certain they would come out looking perfect. Little did she realize, the owner didn't bother telling her he had no experience doing a flare, and the finished product was an uneven mess of different lengths. My friend asked the owner to correct the issue, and file them down to normal nails, and in turn he became upset, and half heartedly corrected her nails. The final result still ended in being a botched job, and she will never return. read more

Unexpected surprise as this place was recommended by my neighbors. So glad I have amazing neighbors because my nail tech moved and I needed someone who can deal with my requests. I went here a few weeks ago and never got around to writing the review until now. I've been here once and the second time I came, i walked out. I originally came here just to give this place a try and the male nail tech was very friendly and bubbly. I believe his name was Jason. His desk is on the right when you walk in. I will say that, I didn;t care too much for the way my nail shape turned out but i decided to come back because he reassured me i had found the best place to take care of my nails. two weeks later i walk in, at 9 am as soon as they open and one other customer is there who is getting her nails done. a man stops sweeping and he asks me what services i want, so i told him fill and pedicure. he ran the water, i sat down in the chair... 10 mins later a woman comes in and he sits with her at the desk and works on her nails. this is a bit odd, because now i am wondering why he accepted someone after seating me first. then a woman from the back comes out and another guest walks in the door and she sits the customer down in the chair next to me... NEXT TO ME, i cant even make this up. she gives her the selection of nail colors to choose from and starts giving her a pedicure. all three nail technicians staring at me, no communication what so ever. this service is bizarre and unnecessarily rude because at this point of having two customers walk in after me and for them to be serviced while my feet have soaked for 30 mins now is insane. i sat there for 30 mins guys without anyone telling me why i wasnt being serviced when i was easily going to be for a $60 service. i stood up and walked out, not a single word from any staff. i will never come here again read more
