Ive been going to Pink Nails since 2014 and absolutely love Anna, she shapes them perfectly and does mine a tad thicker for me cause I am hard on my hands so they last longer. If I ever need a fix like a pop off or break she is happy to fix them. Only reason that happens is cause I am hard on my hands. I normally get in later that day or within 2 days. I have not gotten my nails done professionally in years. But I'm quite disappointed with how mine turned out at Pink Nails. I did ask for them shorter than they normally do, but I feel that his agitation with me requesting for them shorter reflected in his work overall. He did not take care of the rest of my hands which I normally thought came with a typical manicure and full set such as cuticle care and applying a little hand lotion afterwards. I personally feel that the gel polish is also quite sloppy. I don't believe I will come back to Pink Nails. read more

Been coming here for years and was always very satisfied. The last few times have been not so good. The last few times after making an appointment, when we get there they claim the appointment was for the next day which is untrue because I work the next day so it couldn't have been right. Then there was the time when they over booked our time slot and blamed us for the mix up meanwhile we came at time of appointment. They charged $95 for my 10 year old to get a gel mani/pedi!! That's outrageous being all they do it paint the nails for kids without cleaning cuticles and stuff. The last two years or so I've been getting an infection under my finger nail bed. I thought it was from work being that I'm a dog groomer and maybe some dog hair was stuck there. I rarely get my hands done but when I do, seems to be that's when I get the nail bed infection on my finger. The last few times they also seem to do a half ass rush job. My toe nails are unevenly cut, there's nail polish on my skin and she always cuts the middle of my toe nail and the ends are pointy digging into my skin. I'm so disappointed in the last few times here because of the above reasons. The man who works there is very rude and short with customers and always seems to be in a bad mood. He's the one by the way who always messes up our appointment times. As hard as it is to find a good nail salon, we won't be coming back here. read more

Very cute and quaint local nail salon usually playing fun, cool music. However, most of the staff are unpleasant and unprofessional. Not very welcoming and a lot of personal talk going on amongst themselves with no regard to what they are saying. A few times comments on others customers are discussed for all to hear. I took my almost 4 year old daughter in for her first pedi today. The nail tech (white girl with dark hair) thought she would try to scold my daughter because my daughter didn't hear her say to put her feet up. She told her "YOU NEED TO LISTEN! LISTEN! If you listened your sweats wouldn't get wet" My daughter is very shy and kept saying "sorry mommy, sorry mom." (As if she did something wrong) After I chewed her out and told her not to speak to my 3 year old like that she still had an crappy attitude and was rolling her eyes. If you don't want to paint kids nails, have a sign that states so or just don't work there. I have came to this place for years... NEVER AGAIN. The entire service was horrible. Ok do not know what's happening here at this salon. I have gone here in the past and it was good around a 8-10 depending on the person. Today 7/8/2022 I have to give it a below 5 rating . At first the young lady that did my pedicure did not say hi or ask what I wanted , as soon as she started I knew she didn't know what she was doing ... then the over charged me and so not to create a scene or drama I paid and left . I understand that shops like this need good reviews but all I can recommend is for the owners to train and the rookies pay attention .... I unfortunately am not going back as I felt that the over charging for an upgrade that I did not approve off was forced on the bill . From 35 to $55 dollars cause I asked to take care of a small ingrown nail on my foot thumb ... The nail techs are pretty good at what they do which is why they get two stars instead of one. I used to go to this nail shop about 6 or 7 years ago, and I used to live it. They even have you I've cream on your birthday and they were so friendly. Fast forward to 2019, their customer service is so crappy! I get nothing but attitude when I make a request! I haven't memorized the names of the people that are there now, but there is a black girl who has the worst personality of them all. She does pedicures backwards for some reason. She will clean your toes and then let them soak..? Weird. and she visibly rolls her eyes if you ask her a question or make a request. I've had her twice and I've felt like specifically saying I didn't want her after the first time. There's also a male there, I think the manager, SO freakin RUDE! I went in the night before my wedding and I wanted my nails a specific way for my big day. We agreed on the colors, but I was expecting a little more sparkle. I though he would double dip the nails in the glitter. When I asked about it, he snapped at me! I also had to take ONE phone call and when he messed up my ring finger (mind you, the most important finger for MY WEDDING) instead of fixing it, he said "well you keep going on your phone!" Again, RUDE! Meanwhile, my stepdaughter showed and older Asian lady how she wanted her nails done, and it didn't even come close! What she did manage to do was make her bleed on multiple fingers and burn her open cuticles with rubbing alcohol! My stepdaughter had a panic attack because she was so frustrated and her cuticles burned for days !! Definitely never going there again. My nails look good with one slight imperfection but the prices are a little steep didn't feel very welcomed either. They charge extra for anything longer than maybe 1/4 inch longer than your natural nail and gel polish is a whopping $20 more. There's no drying station and they don't let each layer of polish dry in between or even "guarantee" the regular polish. Just not worth it in my opinion it seems like they at least follow state board regulations but that should be the bare minimum. Edit: my nails lasted 3 weeks before one flung of which is pleasing considering I have very oily nail beds. The nail polish never chipped and I honestly didn't expect it to I just didn't have high expectations after the nail tech warned me it wasn't guaranteed. I would recommend this place but personally I will seek out places that treat me nicer since getting your nails and feet done should be pampering, relaxing and relatively a positive experience. read more

I am not happy, I purchased a Rock Star Gel Manicure & Pedicure, It was only three days and multiple nails start chipping away, I then go back to get them fixed and the lady only took off part of the layers and then replaced them which lead to bumpy looking nails as well as chipping THE NEXT DAY. It was an expensive waste of money, I just wanted the polish off and a refund for my Manicure, When I ask to speak to a manager I was refused, "He's busy." I'm then told to get them done again, I'm not sure how that would make any difference, She states, I will do then, I'm great at Rockstar." Well, Shouldn't everyone be great? Monday New Year's Day 2018 about 4:00 PM I went with my friend to this location because it has double the normal staff. I was looking to get a manicure & gel polish with Golden Knight colors, something sparkly, I wanted it to be special for the New Year! I had Kim she seemed really nice and gentle at first. Before Kin started she told me up front the cost of $35, cool. I thanked her for being so gentle in the beginning but towards the end she was cutting my circulation off on my finger and cut my cuticles too closely, ouch. Two of my nails weren't perfect the glitter smudged. Her body language was different and I stayed quiet because I figured she didn't want to talk. However every other technician was happy, being personable, asking how everyone's New Year was going. My friend's nail tech was a sweetheart and smiled as I sat next to her. I don't know maybe I caught Kim on a bad day, I hope I made her night better by tipping 43% ($15). I really wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but I hope she's in a better mood if I get her again. I loved the service at the end when Kim used HOT lotion and and even hotter towel! I felt pampered for sure, I'll give them another try in 3 weeks.. Giving a four star because there was room for improvements. I still had a great time out. read more

I am wholly disappointed in the way our family was treated here. We were referred by our nurse to send our elderly loved one to Pink Nails for a pedicure. Evidently, being dismissive, flippant, and neglectful are the only things they've mastered here. Not a polite welcoming, not an explanation of who is providing a service, not even a start to the service after 15 minutes. He finally was seated in a chair; and after 5 more minutes, no water was even run into the tub. Just a sassy, frustrating exchange with a team member who made it clear she didn't care at all. Needless to say, they've returned home.. WITHOUT getting the service.
