I have had 3 different therapists here so far and will write about my experiences that stuck out the most. I went to Kim for a lymphatic drainage massage. She left a good impression on me initially; her room was nice and she had heated blankets. She was thorough in explaining what she was doing and why. The caveat to this was that she was almost explaining so much and using hand gestures that I felt like a lot of the time was used for gesturing rather than draining. We talked about how my doctor recommended me CBD cream to help with my recovery; and she stated she had a CBD roller in stock and would sell it to me for $75. She said it was also a very high dosage of CBD. This is where I felt betrayed: after I got home, I looked up the roller info online to learn more. Turns out she sold me a Hemp infused roller that sold for $35 on the company online store. Hemp is not the same as pure CBD FYI. so I felt like I was lied to about the product itself and she charged me $40 more than what the actual product costs. I initially wanted to write a good review on her until this moment and it was a really disappointing realization. This is my reason for 3/5 stars. I came back again to do a session with Cath. She was great. She listened to my main concerns, made recommendations and didn't talk my ear off and actually put emphasis on where I needed it. I felt an instant difference after our session and Id definitely come back to her again. I give 4/5 stars to Cath alone, along with cleanliness of the facility in general. However my less than great experience with the other therapists have affected my rating. read more

Was what I definitely needed! Haven't had a massage in years and I was always curious as I pass by this place all the time on the way to downtown Fullerton. RESERVING: easy to follow via their website. You are able to pick and choose which massage therapist you want and it shows their availability. I was able to book an appointment with Mariam 2 days out PARKING: make sure to follow the passageway to their private lot behind the building. Ample parking! I went on a Sunday around 5:30pm and there were still a handful of spots and people were also leaving SERVICE: Arrived to my appt 5 mins before my time and Mariam brought me right in and was great to explain what to expect. She made me comfortable and would check in if I was feeling okay (when I was on the verge of falling asleep cus it was so goood). I did the 60 minute customized therapeutic massage. She definitely knew to focus on my problem areas even though I personally didn't even know where I had them cus I'm used to being tense all the time. Love how the rooms are dimly lit and the calm music suits the ambiance Am definitely coming back in the future. I wanna explore of their massage options!!! I had a great experience with The Body Centre in Fullerton, specifically with Therapist Jenna. I had an appointment with Jenna for a Customized Therapeutic Massage. She addressed many areas in my back and neck that even I was unaware of. She used the right amount of pressure on many knots and checked in if I would like any adjustments if needed. Today is self-care aka treat yourself day! I decided to treat myself to an hour hot stone full body massage :)) much needed! Mariam was great. She asked if I wanted to add some service, which I did. I requested for her to focus mainly on my neck, back, and shoulders. However, I felt she focused a tad too much on my neck. Nonetheless, she is good at what she does! I received wonderful back-to-back relaxing and therapeutic treatments without having to switch rooms/change clothes in between. Mariam took a lot of time and care to work out the areas of tightness (I requested the neck/back/shoulders massage). Also, for the facial, I requested the customized treatment so Mariam could see what would be best for my skin. She let me relax and made sure to check in on how I was doing (pressure levels etc) so I felt well-cared for. Best Relaxation Massage Ever! I made my yearly birthday relaxation massage appointment and decided to add on a full body scrub as well. Jamie V. was my massage therapist during my visit and she was hands-down one of the best I've ever encountered so far! I had a deep tissue massage with Brenda and it was great! As a fairly active person, I've worked with a range of CMTs over the years (moving will do that) and her experience really showed. I'm aware of my body's problem areas and after discussing it with Brenda she was able to see exactly what I meant quickly and worked at it with a high level of precision and intention. She was also able to deliver the high amount of pressure needed for the denser areas. She warned me I'd experience some soreness the next day (which is par for the course for me). Those muscles have now properly relaxed and recovered along with my range of motion. As far as BodyCentre goes, I love that they provide a healthy amount of information on all their therapists and that they're all self-employed and sharing the space. The first time I ever gotten a professional massage and I loved it!! I got Jaime (definitely highly recommend) and let me say, she works wonders!! Before coming in, I had a lot of back pain, especially on my right side, shoulders and neck pain and tension as well. This review is for Mariam Elgendy, for enzyme facial treatment. She took the time to analyze what my skin needs and recommended just right products for it. No up sale or try to talk me to getting something more than what I came in for. She was also gentle and took her time in massaging my face along with carefully extract all the blackheads. I love the results even days after the treatment and would definitely come back every 3 to 4 weeks as suggested. My face is brighter and softer more youthful look after she removed all the dull dead skin off. Only thing I'd ask for differently next time and just based on my preference is I'd rather have her more time spend on extraction than massaging my head.
