I have nothing but praise for Arthur at Bodytech. They had done an extremely good job in repairing my 2010 Ford Edge door, it was completely dented in and the fender and the wheel were damaged and they said it would take two weeks to get it done because they need to get used parts but they were able to get the parts sooner than they thought and they did an excellent job. I'm not quite happy with national general insurance (the responsible parties insurance), they have not contacted me or returned any of my calls. They said they call in 48 hours after the accident, i have yet to hear from them. I have to say that Arthur at Bodytech was patient and tried to contact the insurance company but could not get through so I ended up having to go through my insurance to pay for the repair. read more

Body tech doesn't sugar coat the cost, but I can tell you they have repaired three of my cars and the quality of the work is outstanding. And compared to other shops, they are quite reasonable. Untrustworthy BodyShop - Beware I took my car to this Body Shop because it was an Allstate approved Body Shop. I took my car on Monday 7/1/2020 and got it back on 7/3/2020. When I got it back, I realized that my expensive cologne from Macys which was on my center counsel in plain sight was gone. Everything from inside the car was searched through and thrown in a box in my trunk except the cologne. I also found it weird that $1 bills inside of my car were folded up into a pattern, see picture to know what I am talking about. It is like they were hanging out in my car during their breaks. I called the Body Shop up and spoke to the man who assisted me and he told me "It's the first time I ever hear anything like this, I will check the Cameras". I never heard back from him after that. I am still waiting to speak to my Allstate rep about the incident. I do not recommend this Body Shop. If you do for whatever reason have to come here, please remove all your valuables. read more

Called mike on a Monday to let him know that I was ready to take my vehicle in for repair. No return call! Called back Wednesday and mike asked me to come in to fill out the the document so he could order the parts. He said he would let me know if any parts were on back order and/ or when to bring in my vehicle to start the repair. No return call! I called the following Monday addressing my concerns and explaining the lack of customer service I was receiving. I proceeded to tell him that if this is the type of service I would continue to receive that I would just take my vehicle elsewhere. His response, "let's cancel it and I'll send the parts back"! No problem on my end. My vehicle is at the shop I should have taken it to from the get go and have no issues with the staff following through with calling me back and keeping me updated. read more

I was hit badly in a parking lot, which created a side impact collision. I had the work done to repair my vehicle at Bodytech Collision in Ventura. From start to finish the front receptionist and Thomas (the owner), walked me through every step and detail, explaining each process, and what to expect. He was very upfront with the cost, timeline (including there being a delay for parts!) and either updated through personal phone calls or automated text messages. I never had to guess what was happening with my car. Thomas has been doing this for a long time, and knows what to expect from Insurance Companies. His shop's eye for detail, and expectation for the car to be returned in new condition is top notch. I received my car back in perfect condition (they even cleaned it inside and out!) and on the original date he had expected!
