After three treatments, my arms and face look worse. My face has brown patches that were not there before. Many spots on my arms got darker and never came off. I approached them and was told that they never told me a number of treatments and it could take 3-4 more treatments to work. However, when I was in the office, I was told that I would want to do three treatments, because if I did anything less, my arms would be splotchy. I would never have begun this process if I thought the cost would be potentially double. I let the owner know that this was never disclosed, and she did not reply. She just forwarded my email onto someone else who told me the owner was on vacation for a month. On top of that, after one of my treatments, I was bruised badly. The owner told me that this was not a bruise and is normal. Yet, four months later, I still have remnants of a bruise on my chest and I have to go elsewhere to spend thousands to fix what was started on my arms.

During the visit she diluted the vile of Botox like I've never seen anyone do and I am a veteran at getting these procedures done. Weeks past and I still had full movement so I called to let them know at which time Maddie FaceTimed me and she told me that she would be looking into the lot number for the Botox because I in fact did have complete full movement of all of the areas she injected. I had a death within my family so I couldn't make the follow up appointment and I honestly had the worst experience my intuition was screaming, and red flags were flying with the way she diluted the Botox powder, so I asked for at least a partial refund at Which time they told me to get in contact with Groupon. I spoke to the manager via text who told me that sometime had passed since the procedure and there's nothing more that they could do, I also bought it through Groupon so I'd have to get a refund through them. My tattoo was ruined when I got laser hair removal here. When Rose went over my tattoo I told her it hurt a lot and she denied that she made a mistake and went over my tattoo. It burned soooo badly but Rose still acted as if nothing was wrong. Rose ended up calling me and leaving me a voicemail apologizing for going over my tattoo. But she never admitted to her mistake or said sorry to me in person. The next few weeks I continued to take pictures of my tattoo and sent them to the manager. My tattoo was ruined because the laser hair removal machine is not supposed to be used over tattoos. Management handled this incident terribly. They originally told me they would take care of the cost for fixing my tattoo. I saw a few tattoo artists and they said they won't tattoo over fresh burns. So I waited 2 years to finally get it fixed. I reached out to management again and they have been consistently ignoring me. To make my experience even worse, every time I had an appointment, I had a different person. This place is not organized at all and there was zero communication between each other. So each session they were using the exact same settings. So laser hair removal didn't even fucking work for me. All I got out of this place was a ruined tattoo. Do NOT go here for laser hair removal unless you want to waste a ton of money. I waited a long time to post this review- I wanted to write this as soon as the incident happened but I decided to give this company a chance to make things right with me. But they have been ignoring me for months now and refuse to pay me for the tattoo that I had to get fixed.
