BUT I'm reviewing this location based my experience with warranties and their customer service. Every time I walk in this place, I feel awkward because I have NO IDEA which people are customers and which are employees. They all seem to be chatting and casually hanging out. If you can pry one away, they know exactly what they are doing; Very efficient and knowledgeable. Anyway, they replaced the broken part no charge but they didn't have it in stock. Still, great company. Oh and I don't know that they have a lot and the metered parking is overtaken by Urth customers. There is a little road a building or 2 away the intersects Melrose that has more metered parking.

I've been dealing with Waterworks plumbing fixtures for 10 years. I'm writing today, because I just received notice that I need to wait until September for a hose for the bathtub that was ordered 6 weeks ago has been delayed. IMO the products look good - which is why designers like them, but their performance is very poor. If you need a part (all proprietary), it's a minimum 2 months wait! I'm tempted to replace all of the waterworks fixtures 2 tubs, 5 showers, 7 sinks, 7 toilets with something from Home Depot or Lowes. And never listen to a designer again!!!!

Reading the below reviews of poor customer service was not something that we whittnessed. Starting from the convenient valet parking right outside, to the associates who offered to help us, we were treated rather nicely. It was unfortunate though, that the entire living room collection in the sizes and colors we were interested in were severely back ordered, with 3-4 month wait periods. I suppose that is the norm these days.

I planned to meet a friend today and was sitting up there waiting--completely alone, not a single other person around. A representative came up and asked if she could help me. I was very polite and said, "No, I'm just meeting a friend." She replied in a condescending tone, "Well, this is a showroom and you can't be loitering." As if I was causing a scene. When I mentioned I thought it was open to the public, she abruptly said, "No, it's not. It's a showroom." I said okay and made my way downstairs. On my way out, I asked another employee downstairs, "Did something change with the roof? It used to be open to the public." She gave me the same condescending attitude, saying, "It's for customers only. We sell furniture here." When I mentioned I thought it was designated as a public space through the city, she finally explained that the zoning law requiring them to keep it open to the public expired during COVID. Maybe they could just lead with that simple explanation instead of treating long-time visitors like criminals? I won't be supporting this company anymore. Management clearly doesn't care that their staff is representing the brand so poorly.
