I stopped at this location and I normally check reviews before stopping anywhere but I didn't this time. I can say I am glad I didn't because I wouldn't have gave them a chance but I had a great experience and I can see they haven't had a review in some time so they deserve some kudos! For their health inspection they did have a 98 which is AMAZING for any establishment. Our food was fresh and hot. Overall the customer service was great as well. They did have a long drive through line by they moved the line so quickly I was impressed. Hopefully others have a great experience and give them some good reviews.

Visited this location several times now. You cant beat Bojangles chicken! Restaurant is always neat and clean. Location is fairly new with nicely maintained interior and exterior. This visit I tried the chicken rice bowl topped with Bo bites. It was very delicious and surprisingly filling for size of container. My only complaint about this location is the staff seen to argue and yell at each other on random trips here.

I like to leave honest reviews but hate to have to rate low due to employees who can ruin a great experience. This is our 2nd time coming here( 1st time was 2021). We are here for Super 32 Wrestling Tournament. Went through the drive thru. The person taking our order had us wait a minute or so to order. Upon placing order, we inquired about the boo berry biscuits and were informed very aggressively that they were out. When we got to the window, we asked if they would have them later today or tomorrow and same girl was so rude about how they were out and she didn't know. No smile, thank you, have a nice day, just purely miserable look on her face. So, although the food is good, the staff really needs to lighten up and remember that some of us traveled a long way (Oklahoma to North Carolina) and that just left a bad taste in our mouth.

I come here regularly. Normally the food is fresh and delicious but this week has been WAY off. For the 3rd day in a row I've received practically raw bacon on my food. This morning I even had to go inside due to the drive through being down and requested they make sure the bacon was cooked thoroughly and still received the opposite. Pretty upset because this is generally my morning go to before work.

Can you see how thin is the chicken?!!!!!!

I paid $9.49 for a 4 pieces of supreme ( chicken, tenders) but as you see, you get nothing but bread!! so disappointed!

This is how it was wrapped up. How you supposed to pick that up and eat it?

I was just there ten minutes ago. There was one car in front of me and nobody in the lobby. I waited at the drive thru for ten minutes before the girl took my order. Then I received the biscuit I ordered in pieces that looked like it had already been eaten off of. The folks just don't care about quality or customer service.

I believe the quality of the food has really gone downhill at bojangles. During my last visit, the portion was small and the quality sucked.

The inside was very clean and the staff was hard at work. We ordered off the kiosk and got to spend as much time as needed figuring out what we wanted to order. I got the sweet & spicy bacon burger, fries and an OJ. My husband got a double Whataburger with fries and a fountain drink. Our food was brought out by a very pleasant and polite young lady with orange in her hair. I'm sad I didn't catch her name as she was wonderful! My OJ was missing but she had no problem grabbing me one when asked! We tried a fry on the way home, and I'm glad we did. We have about a 15 min drive and the fries did not hold up hot and fresh. They were still good, but that first car fry was amazing! We'll definitely dine in or eat the fries in the car next visit! The burgers were phenomenal. They were full of flavor and the toppings complemented them nicely! They were nice and hot when we got home as well! Only downside was the missing sauces in our bag. Not a deal breaker and I should have checked before we left, but it's okay! We have ketchup at home and I hadn't yet decided how to use my ranch! Great experience and we will be back to this location!

The smoked turkey, potato salad and peach cobbler were all good. Would definitely order again. I saved the sausage for tomorrow as well as the okra because it was a lot of food. Staff is always friendly, and quick to get orders out. They are open 7 days a week, sell meat by pound and have fair pricing. On top of that, their food, and sides are always delicious. Stopping in on New Year's Eve day, it was a very quiet, so they were quick to help me and quick to get my order out. The cashier was friendly, and when ringing me up, noticed I still had birthday reward on my account, and asked if I wanted to add it. I came in for a pound of pulled pork , and left with the pork and a bonus apple cobbler! As far as BBQ, although it's a chain, City BBQ is probably my favorite BBQ spot in the area. I'm not big on Lexington style BBQ, so discovering City BBQ was a great find. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for good BBQ

Like most Cook Out spots it can get crazy at peak times, that's why I like that they open at 10:30! I popped in here because I had called in a take out order at Golden Wok for the evening meal - more on that later. The food here is "real food made simple", and it is good food as well. The burgers are really nice (I especially like the Big Double with Cheese), the hot dogs follow suit ( both the chili dog and the dog with mustard and kraut), the Spicy Chicken sandwich is excellent (rivaling Popeye's and KFC), and even the BBQ is good, a fair Eastern NC version. On this trip I had Hot Dog with mustard & kraut and a Big Double with Cheese, Lettuce & Tomato. I don't get mayo on sandwiches here because the mayo they use is thin and runny, drips out on everything - I have the dry cleans bills to support that! I carry small packets of Duke's and apply it myself. These items were very good - well cooked and well packaged (not a given at Cook Out locations). I am happy for this restaurant chain's success. They continue to expand and now stretch from Maryland to Alabama and Florida, and across to Ky , and Tn, with the total locations currently right at 300 in 10 states.

If you're a burger fan, it's definitely worth trying. They even have a triple Smashburger, and I was tempted to order it, but I showed some self-control this time! The fries were another win for me. I actually prefer my fries a little on the softer, floppier side instead of super crispy, and these were just how I like them. They were also well seasoned, which made them even better. I ordered my meal to go, and everything came out quickly. The bartender who helped me was friendly and made the experience easy. Overall, this was a surprisingly good meal, and I'll definitely be ordering the Smashburger again. Next time, that triple Smashburger might be calling my name!

We sat and waited forever for our waiter to greet us. By the time he did, he started with an apology, which is never a good sign. Unfortunately, it wasn't his last apology for the night, and things just kept getting worse. I got the NY strip, while my wife got the bourbon glazed chicken..,the regular one that comes with two breasts. We also added the salad bar. We started with the salad. The lettuce in three of four bowls was brown and looked old and decrepit. The spring mix looked ok, so we went with that. After finishing our salad, our main courses came out. My soda was empty, and my wife's was almost empty. Our server's question of, "Is there anything else I can get you?", never should've been asked. Anyway, our entrees come out. My NY strip and my wife's bourbon glazed salmon. Wait. Salmon? She didn't order salmon. We both recognize it as salmon, but our waiter isn't so sure. "Why don't you taste it?", he asks my wife. My wife, who doesn't like salmon or she would've ordered salmon, is a little put out by this request, and I agree. I taste it and confirm it is indeed salmon. Also, it's one piece, while the chicken clearly says it comes with two breasts. "Oh, it comes with one, but you have to ask for two.", our waiter says, which is clearly opposite from how it's worded in the menu. We had planned to split both dishes, so he takes the salmon back, and we start on the steak. It's terrible. What isn't fatty is dry and tasteless. How do they charge $25 for something like this that's so bad? Rice and broccoli were fine, but the steak was bad bad bad. Worse than Michael Jackson ever was. We've completely finished with the steak dish when the chicken finally comes out. While not the best chicken we've ever had, compared to the steak we forced ourselves to eat, the chicken seemed like it had been blessed by God. For the record, the chicken looked NOTHING like the salmon. There is no way the two could've been confused. It's impossible to get our server to pay attention to us. I finally get his attention by flapping my arms. Yes, really. We get our bill, but then he won't come back. Eventually, we're both giving him the death stare, "Yes, I know", he says at one point. "All I want to do is pay my bill.", I say as a reply. To which, he walks off again. He then comes back a little while later and probably wasn't surprised to see that no tip was given. It's been many many years since I've left a restaurant leaving no tip at all. This experience was so bad I feel like they owe me some money just for going in the first place. All our happy memories of good Ruby Tuesday experiences in the past have been ruined by this sad sad excuse for a dining experience that has put me a little closer to my grave.
