This is the worst Bojangles on the planet!!! It's a headache every time bc of the painfully slow service and disorder. Dont waste your time ordering via mobile pick up or curbside because you'll still wait 30 mins for your food and it's usually still wrong or cold when you get it. Last time I ordered curbside pickup I waited 10 mins outside before trying to go inside but the restaurant was locked so I called and the lady told me they didn't do curbside and I'm supposed to come inside and get it (despite the curbside pickup parking spots out front). After calling I was told my order still wasn't ready after 20 mins and I'd have to wait outside. Whether you wait in line or try to order ahead it's always going to take AT LEAST 30 mins to get your food. It's beyond ridiculous. read more

In the last 6mo it's drastically gone down. Officially done trying. Beware they lock the doors so no one can enter to order. Surprised no one has mentioned that in their review! That being said, everyone is pushed to the drive thru. Avoid the drive thru because it's the kind of drive thru once you're in line you cannot get out until you make it to the order box. Horrible service got to the drive through window and waited about 10 min to figure out they were not using it for to the window they asked me what I want very rudely. I can hear her complaining. She's on the phone while working. They said they only have two people working and that the speaker wasn't working. Yet I heard it at the window working fine. Just poor management. This place is pitiful. The outside landscaping isn't cared for. The patio with outdoor dining area is COVERED in trash. The outside trash bins are overflowing. The dining room was closed. The menu/ kiosk for the drive through doesn't work so you pull up to the window. The back door was propped open to the kitchen. We thought like so many other places they don't have help and we were right. The lady was nice enough but she had to repeat our biscuit order to the guy beside her 4 times. Had we not been stuck for time we would have left. The biscuits were actually ok but I'll NEVER return. Corporate needs to help this place like yesterday. read more

Just rude. Lobby is closed. Immediately RUSHED in the drive thru when there was absolutely nobody else in line. Asked for chicken, told me it would be a SIX minute wait. Let me tell you why I'm at Chick-Fil-A this morning: Bojangles has NO CULTURE. It's easy and obvious to say the work crew here has no respect and doesn't care about Bojangles or its customers. However, up the line, managers and leaders of this establishment have clearly done nothing to inspire current worked or hire new ones with any sense of purpose. Cane for a biscuit and left after being ignored as the person in front of me had been. Ruined my mood. They easily could have maybe they were understaffed instead of being so ridiculously mean and rude and not even giving us a the chance to order without saying "is that it?" My kids like the biscuits here so I thought what the heck, I'll give it a try with one of my co workers while out working. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was all of the water stained ceiling tiles, also many had a lot of mold on them, pretty nasty! I sucked it up and ate anyway. The chicken sandwich was cold and all around bad, no way to sugar coat this one. I covered it in Texas Pete and got it past the taste buds. The fries were hot and good but I couldn't get past the overall lack of clenliness, just bad! The worst part is if this is what we are seeing in the dining area one can only wonder what the back of the house looks like?!?!?!?! I love non classy local places, but this was just neglect. Typical Mt. Pleasant fast food restaurant, service is lackluster on a good day, and pretty bad on others. Unfortunately, and they know this, there's really nowhere else to go if you want fried chicken. Overall the food is good and this is another reason why you put up with the bad service. Poorly designed, poorly run. Can barely get a truck through the drive thru without hopping a curb and diving over a retaining wall, and it's easy to miss the dive thru lane and wind up waiting in the drive thru line without ordering! Huge waits in the drive thru line. The manager needs to take their staff on a field trip to chick-fil-a to see how to properly operate a business. The business could triple their profits if it was run correctly, and customers wouldn't be sitting in line for half an hour. This store is relatively new (in that it has opened since we were there in July). The people were super nice and friendly. While they did have a small mix up with timing on the fries, they apologized and fixed the issue immediately. The food was quite good. The roasted chicken bites were really good. The fries were crisp, hot, and flavorful. My kiddo had mashed potatoes sans gravy. They, too, were good. I ordered a large not realizing that it meant picnic size. Woah! We ate three or four times out of that bowl of potatoes! The location is nice (especially with the back entrance!). The store is clean and nicely decorated. read more
