This was my first Raising Cane's experience. I kept on hearing about how fantastic the chicken fingers are. I figured it was time to see for myself. I got food to go, and via drive thru, the "Box combo". It has the following: 4 chicken fingers, 1 cane sauce, crinkle cut fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and a drink. The total cost is $11.49 plus tax. I got an extra cane sauce, which was a little over thirty cents added onto my bill. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was fresh from the fryer. It was piping hot. The chicken fingers and sauce were delicious. I definitely would order again. The Texas toast was good too. Heads up, it is not a full piece of toast more like a half. The fries were classic crinkle cut fries. They definitely tasted good dunked in the sauce. The only item I would not order again is the coleslaw. It was very under seasoned. I enjoy the simplicity of the menu. There is something to be said for choosing a few items and doing them well. Go give Raising Cane's a try and grab some chicken fingers! read more

I am not a huge Raising Cane's fan because it's literally just tenders, but while on a roadtrip a friend wanted to stop in. I will say this location was very well kept, the bathroom was also very clean. The service was friendly and fast. The chicken was hot and the coleslaw was flavorful. The sweet tea was decent. It's not a huge location, so the parking lot can be tight; but there's ample parking available. read more

This place is always hopping! They have some great looking chicken. It's definitely a rival to CFA. They're also on their lemonade game! Love when they do specials and have colored drinks to match the theme for the holidays! If you join the cRaniac Club they send notice of said BOGO specials. And it's definitely worth the wait. I don't always review chain restaurants because we all know what we're getting, but some places deserve it. This Canes is almost always busy, but the staff is always kind and quick and always smiling even when slammed. Their chicken tenders are crunchy and hot and good size. I always do double slaw and skip the toast and I appreciate there's no extra charge to make the substitution. I love the app and I love that my food is almost always ready when I come in to pick it up. If it's Not someone always asks the name and checks on it for me. It's fresh, hot and always correct. I love how you can do pickup, drive thru or they'll come bring it to your car. The restaurant itself is clean and has everything you need with booths and table/chairs depending on your party size. read more

Fast service here at the drive through. There weren't too many people so it was quick getting food. The food did make my stomach feel unsettled a bit but probably because it was a large amount of fried food. They have some good combos and great Texas toast. read more

First time at Cane's and I can honestly say it lived up to the hype. This location has indoor and a small amount of outdoor seating. Plenty of parking and a drive through. Very clean inside with a friendly staff. Pickup area located to the right of the register. Chuck Norris approved. You are able to refill your own drinks. It's a very limited menu, but who doesn't like tendies? Especially when they are seasoned so deliciously. Really great tenders and even more surprising was how good the garlic bread was. 11/9 I usually tend to stay away from fast food but when it's something that's special to an area I'll do it. This was my second time trying Raising Cane's. My first time was in Oklahoma and I honestly don't remember how I felt about it. We went here after a beach day in Charleston. This location had a line wrapper around the drive thru. I got the Box Meal intending to share with my toddler. Their claims must be true about the premium chicken that marinated for 24 hours because my toddler doesn't like chicken and tore this meal up. For some reason I didn't remember that they don't have any other sauces other than Cane Sauce and Ketchup. But everything was really good. Out running errands all day. Who had time to cook?! I placed my order about 10 minutes after my daughter. Half an hour later she ran in and picked them up. 20 minutes later still waiting... They hadn't even started my order!!! They didn't understand: No Fries, Extra toast, 1/2 Un-sweet tea & 1/2 Lemonade. OMG. So poor daughter's food was ice cold by the time it took them to decipher my order. Not to mention they stopped with our order and started helping 5 other people that walked in after her. Ugh wow. Does it get much better than the simplicity of chicken fingers, fries, slaw, toast, sauce and soda? Also so excited the inside is back open! Yes, there's usually a wait, but you really can't beat it. The price is right, the hot food is always piping hot (for some odd reason this is very hard to find these days when eating out and literally one of my favorite things) and the service is perfect. It took me a while to finally get around to trying Raising Cane's and to see if it lived up to the hype. Having been born and raised in the South, I grew up on a pretty steady rotation of Chik-fil-A, Bojangles, KFC, and Zaxby's, so another chicken joint seems unnecessary. If anything, RC's feels like a throwback--streamlined, no frills, and a focus on the chicken itself. Some meals even include coleslaw, which is a something Chik-fil-A removed from its menu years ago and I have missed. The crinkled fries remind me of Zaxby's. The simplicity of the menu (three pieces or four?) seems anachronistic compared to the plethora of choices presented by the other chains. Overall, the food is pretty good--tender chicken fingers with a lighter, almost tempura-like batter. The fries were crispy, the slaw sweet. Fewer moving parts means less to criticize. But is RC's better or worse than Chik-fil-A or Zaxby's? Probably depends on who you ask, but I have not had any strong desire to return. (3.25 stars) read more

Wow! For fast food this was phenomenal. We drove about 30 minutes out of our way to come here and it did not disappoint. I will say the line was wrapped around out of the parking lot on to the side street, so that was a little intimidating, but I will say I was pleasantly surprised with how fast the line moved. Everyone we encountered at the restaurant was very friendly as well. My husband got the caniac (6 tenders, fries, coleslaw, 2 cane sauce, and a large drink). Everything was phenomenal and so fresh. I got the sandwich and it was also really delicious and fresh. We added on a honey mustard after reading reviews, and will say you HAVE to try it. This fast food reminds me of Zaxbys, but I do think it is better. The tenders are really big and the workers are really nice! Their canes sauce is really good and also similar to zaxbys sauce, but I think theirs is made in house (or at least that's what it seems like). I've heard good things about this chain. I was in the area and decided to gave it a try. Went through the drive through and it moved pretty fast. The fingers were pretty good. Tasted fresh and didn't have that processed frozen food taste. The fries were a bit mushy but that may have been because it was a to go order and not eaten immediately. The Cane sauce that comes with the chicken was the star of the show. Mighty tasty. I would get it again but eat in next time. read more

The chicken and fries are fantastic, crunchy and juicy! The staff are friendly and fast. But the fact that the dining room has been essentially closed for 2 years is awful. The drive thru constantly wraps around into highway 17 which seems dangerous. Please go back to normal operations! It's time! read more
