Save yourself the time and energy! This is not my first crap trip to this place. Last time we waited almost 30 minutes for some tenders and mashed potatoes. This time, according to them they have no water so they can't do anything, yet the lady walking the front is cleaning tables.... With what? How are you rinsing things with no water. Also I call BS on the no water as the gym, daycare, Burger King and Waffle House all had water. What's wrong with this place is the people who work and run the place. Ordered 8 piece meal witch was supposed to be 2 breast 2 thighs 2 legs 2 wings and 4 biscuit received 4 thighs 2 legs 1 wing 4 biscuit. The chicken was hard and cold also. Went back inside to complain and the staff telks me I got what I paid for. Go back the next day to speak with the store manager as he tells me he wasn't working last night and walks away. Check your order! We went through the drive thru in the morning, they weren't busy, and they forgot to put our bo-rounds in our bag. We asked for mustard to be added to one of our biscuits, they repeated it back but no mustard. We were on our way to the airport so we didn't have time to turn around. Super frustrating! read more

Scum of the EARTH... let me tell you a fable of my day at Bojangles. First of all, the bathrooms were infested with E. COLI and fiberglass, I thought that was an odd pairing of problems for a bathroom but, I digress. I really needed to go to the latrine, so I asked the workers what they recommend I do, sense men in hazmat suits were currently exiting the restroom... they recommend I exert my bodily fluids in the "piss bush", or I could use the bathroom in the large cup they provided. I was APPALLED at this. (I ended up choosing the bush for any wondering!) Anywho, I finished my natural duty's and proceeded to get my meal. I went to the counter and ask for a number six with a large lemonade. The lady (Cassandra I believe) handed me a cup, I took one sip and spat it out immediately! It was the piss cup : / she insisted she didn't mean to, but I think other wise. I received my meal and it was totally wrong. Beef stroganoff instead of a chicken sandwich. How does one mix the two up. I got my meal fixed and ate it all! Surprisingly delicious! Found lots of fiberglass within the chicken though... five days later I come up with a severe sickness and a staph infection. Turns out, got them both from Bojangles! The E. COLI and I guess Staphylococcus got out of the bathroom and into the food. Been hospitalized for the last 8 months. Thanks Bojangles. read more

On apple phones gps app for any bojangles it says 5am open ,I came I saw I left no one told me it opens at 6 at the intercom and when I went to the window I was ignored ,but did glance inside enough to see the person forgetting to put the pot under the spout before starting the machine and coffee went everywhere. read more

I have never been to a Bojangles like this and it's such a disappointment. The service is fast but every single time without fail either my chicken strips are dry and rock hard or the biscuit isn't cooked all the way through so once you take a bite the inside is literally dough. I grew up eating Bo when I lived in NC so I'm sad about that. At other locations you can upside the sides to a medium but they don't do that here either. I think just about the only thing at this location that is fair is the fast service and the dirty rice which is sometimes very watery yet still edible during a craving. I would like to start by saying I'm an AVID bojangles fan. Pretty sure it'll be my last meal. But this is quite literally the worst Bojangles location to ever exist. Not only were none of the employees properly wearing their mask (except one person at the drive thru) but the service and food were an abomination. Truly. The fries were so over cooked they were inedible. They also didn't get our order correct. ALSO it took forever. We were literally there waiting for 20 min. If you're into a family-style case of covid and being ignored, go here. We stopped after a long day because two other restaurants had long waits. The employees let us, their only customers, stand in front of them for ten minutes--no greeting, no eye contact. They were stomping around like they hated life and wearing their masks on their chins. Giving 1 star because I cannot give them a minus star. This place sucks! they never have what you want, seems they are always out of whatever it is. The management sucks! the staff is not friendly and the place is nasty inside. We actually said one time we would never come back but today my son wanted chicken real bad so we thought we'd give it one last try. Of course they didn't have what he wanted or what I wanted. This place is a joke. Went there and went in because other people were inside and was told by the manager that she would not wait on us because the lobby is closed to dining in. When I ask them why are other people in here eating she replied that it was family members and lobby was closed and acted a fool , told me she didn't have to serve anyone. And walked away. So I ask for the owners name and she refused to give it to me. So I left and will never return to this establishment nor the one in villa rica because they are both owned by the same person. Fred, Temple, GA. Generally, the chicken here is good. But, the chicken strips seem to be consistently overcooked. They're hard and dry. My biggest gripe is that they have had a hefty price increase. On a $14 box of chicken and biscuits, the price went up over $3! To make matters worse, their outside menu, has not shown the increase! You order off drive thru menu, then pull around to find the price is almost a 25% increase! When I asked about the two prices, they told me they had not yet gotten around to change the sign. And they refused to honor the posted sign! read more

I pulled up to the window to order something for a snack. A young lady very politely said "What can I get you today?" I replied "If you don't mind, I'll need a couple of minutes to figure that out." There was no other cars behind me so I didn't think it would be a problem, suddenly I heard from the speaker "Jerk." So I waited another few seconds and heard "Jerk, what can I get for you today?" I drove off because I know if that child has the audacity to call me a jerk and then ask me what I want, he would spit on my food.
