Bojangles is just awesome. We have never had a bad meal there. We have eaten at the Main Street location, as well as the Dellwood location. Both are great. The Dellwood location is closer to home, so that's the one we eat at most frequently. The service is always reliable, and friendly. The restaurant is always clean and organized. Dinner back in September in Maggie Valley , N.C. Bojangles baby ! 8 piece tailgater with mashed potatoes and gravy , dirty rice , biscuits with honey and butter , sweet tea , all in a Carolina Panthers box . Too bad my Panthers suck so far this year . Bbq sauce was good , but Bo Special Sauce is yucky like pimento cheese . I live in Las Vegas , Nevada and visiting family in Maggie Valley so I picked up dinner . It has been about 4 years since I ate at Bojangles . The place was clean and the cashier was nice . It was around 8 pm at night , so I was glad to see it was open . I had drove in from Charlotte airport and was starving . Quick service and friendly customer service. The food was fine and the location had alot of parking and seating.

Today I went to the drive-thru and I forgot my debit card. A man named Adam who works there found my Facebook profile with my card name and messaged me. He told me that I had left my card there and he returned it to me! What a wonderful young man! He deserves a raise and a million thank you's. Popular restaurant, closest to Lake Junaluska (walking distance from the main gate), very clean, sausage gravy and biscuit is always a favorite. BBQ pulled pork sandwich was good once one added a pack of mayo to the coleslaw and some hot sauce to the pork to make it moist. Second visit tried the fried chicken 2 piece dinner with two sides: small leg and thigh, cooked perfectly crisp topping and juicy meat. Mac and and cheese and Coke slaw were great as was the biscuit. Just call me lazy. I keep going back knowing what is going to happen. When correct, the food is good. However, no matter how small or simple the order, something is going to be messed up. Seldom do I drive away with the food I ordered. Mostly, no matter how many times you say "NO SPICE FOOD" OR "NOTHING CAJUN ", at least one or two of the items will be so spiced and hot it uneatable. Since the food is good when it is right, it must be human error. They seriously need employee improvement. read more

"Breakfast all day" is a joy to many, including me. We used to get take out from here a lot. It is still generally good, but my husband prefers a different establishment. They are very nice and quick in here. The maze leading up to the register cracks me up- once you are in it, you are stuck. No kids climbing through open fencing, as this maze is made of concrete. It somehow compels you to place an order. This is the only non-pizza cheese that my daughter will eat. She eats the cheese biscuit. Sausage biscuits and egg ones are the bomb. Everything is good, except the mac-and-cheese is bland and the Cajun chicken on a biscuit is dry, thin, and stringy. The atmosphere is a little dark. I will have to investigate if it was because the sun begins to set at four p.m. in the winter and hides behind mountains. Whether you walk or tap dance your way into here, it will be fine as long as you eat. read more

Amazing service that made me smile! We just walked out of McDonalds right down the road with a sour taste in our mouth because of rude service and long wait times. Absolutely one our worst eating experiences. Went in one evening, and there was nobody there (which should have been our first clue) and we thought, "All right...a nice peaceful meal." Nope. The Hispanic woman running the place was barely civil to us as though she resented our presence (maybe she was hoping to close?) and then as soon as we sat down, 5 kids came in, her relatives, as it turns out. Amongst them was a little girl that was yelling and running all over the restaurant while we were sitting there trying to eat. The other kids just laughed, and the woman watched without a word. The woman gave the kids their meals and of course, they took the table right next to us....in an empty restaurant. The little girl was yelling and rowdy, jumping up and down in the seat, and the boys weren't much better. The woman came over and hung out with them for a bit, and never tried to get the child under control. We tossed our lukewarm meal into the trash and just left. Nobody should have to put up with that at a restaurant. I can only hope that this place closes down...or at the very least, they change employees or management. read more

My favorite Bojangles, the staff is very dedicated to keeping the food fresh and the lobby and restrooms clean. Never had an off meal there. The Bacon Egg and Cheese on a biscuit remains my favorite mass produced breakfast sandwich in the country. read more

Worst Bojangles I have ever been too. My visit was at 7:15 PM on 3/21/17 (So Management knows whom to thank for this review). Drive through was very slow, waited 15 minutes with only one other car in line. The person at the drive through was very unfriendly, and wearing food service gloves while working the window (not sure if this is a sanitation issue but, it should be YUCK!). The employee handed the individual boxes out of the window, no napkins, no plastic wear. The chicken was much darker and greasier than the chicken I have had in the past (I suspect the chicken was left over from earlier in the day then re-fried to warm it up). Food quality, service, and employee attitude all get a BIG thumbs down. I will never visit this restaurant again. read more

This Bojangles used to be great. Not sure what happened since we were last here but service has gone waaaaay down. The lady taking our order was barely awake and acted like she could care less if she was there. My husband ordered a 2 piece dark meat meal and she she said we are out. He asked are you cooking any? And you would have thought he suggested for her to cook it herself. She finally went to see if they were cooking any and they were and brought it right up. She had no clue!! It was only 6:15 in the evening and no one was here. Now I know why! Hope this place gets better fast or they will be closed! read more

Worst bojangles ever. Service slow, chicken greasy and under cooked. Tried to let management know about the under cooked kitchen and handed me my chicken back. I threw the chicken out as I have owned a restaurant for years and know what under cooked kitchen is. Great job management in being a part of the problem and offering no solutions.
