Although I had to pull up in the drive and wait, it was worth it because my food was fresh. But there was also a big order before me that made my order a little longer. This location is one of the worst Bojangles I've been to. On three different occasions the staff has forgotten to give me all the sides I have ordered in the drive through when getting family meals. One time they also forgot to give me my half gallon of tea that is included in the family meal. The staff members also rarely seem to be happy to serve me, and don't respond to me saying thank you when I receive my orders. Monday night 6:00 no chicken ready, so I wait 15 mins latter I get my dinner take it to my hotel ordered Cajun chicken breast dinner and buffalo bites. The chicken was plain old fried chicken really? I could get this at KFC. And the Buffalo Bites are dried out and hard had to toss them out. It's sad I love Bo's but this was pure crap and they charged me full price for the wrong chicken and dried up bites. This is a bad representation. My first time at a Bojangles' was in Ooltewah, TN. I love the dirty rice and the Cajun flavored chicken. Their Cole Slaw is very good. On my next visit I hope to try the Cajun Pinto Beans and the Sweet Potato Pie. I live in Independence, KY and I would love to have a Bojangles' in Northern Kentucky. There is one Bojangles' in London Kentucky but I can only visit that store when I'm traveling through. I hope some new locations open up closer to me. It's best not to confuse Bojangles' with Popeyes Chicken. Popeyes is a very different kind of food experience, compared to Bojangles'. I'll be driving through Tennessee again this June. I hope to visit Bojangles' again. read more

They contacted me and sent in a trouble-shooter who made improvements for a few days. Then the baby-sitter leaves and so does the improved service. Only good thing to say about this location, I am thankful there is a Hardee's and a McDonalds close by that actually serves fast food and cares about customer service and repeat business. I am willing to bet if this location was closed, no customer familiar the drive-thru will notice. They will simply pull out of line and go down the street to another restaurant - as usual. The staff seems like robots with no sense of urgency. Once, I ordered a gravy biscuit. They were out of gravy!!! What, How could this happen. The tables looks like they aren't wiped regularly. They have been out of napkins, no paper towels in restroom and light out. I ordered a chicken biscuit the chicken was very tough, hard and chewy.
