I pointed out that it was still valid and didnt expire until after March 31st, but they said they still would accept it. It then gets even stranger. Then they said I was running out of time, but that they could do a 60 minute massage, then I could work it out with Groupon. Weird and unprofessional. I was told "no problem". When I arrived there was NO mention that being last presented an issue. However, when I presented my valid Groupon certificate, you called in a woman (manager/massage therapist/or perhaps both), who said that your establishment no longer accepts Groupons. At NO point, was it ever mentioned that the time was the issue and not the Groupon certificate. Ultimately, I'm thankful that Groupon refunded my wife the money since you denied a valid certificate.

Zen cannot control the homeless people you might see. My car was perfectly safe the whole time I was parked. I was not approached by any of them. Hai did ask them to move along. I guess they come by the locations in that area collecting bottles and cans. They were not camped out there but just a few of them getting their cans. A couple of instances were a little painful, but expected. I appreciate they use the full 90 minutes. After the massage, my partner exited towards the reception desk. I immediately tipped my masseuse with cash. My partner doesn't carry cash, so I needed to get change at the reception. As I'm following my partner to the front, my masseuse tells the receptionist something that makes her immediately ask me if the tip I gave was for 2 massages. I said "no I need to get change for the other tip." This was an awkward exchange. It didn't feel right how they inquired for tip, and that took my thoughts away from enjoying the experience.
