I legit just downloaded the yelp app to give this place five stars. I don't review much, but I worked 12 years in the biz and the hospitality I received my first time here is incomparable. Their willingness to make your dining experience memorable is par to none. They offered me a free cookie just because it was my first time there. They finished every sentence with "my pleasure", and it was genuinely their pleasure. The food is fantastic; a literal bite of fresh air in a world full of greasy, unhealthy options. Bolay is our new favorite ! Healthy and fast food that tastes delicious. My 2 year old will ask for it by name. Her favorites are the sweet potato noodles, pineapple ginger juice, and chia pudding. I had the cilantro noodles with shrimp and potatoes with a bottled drink. The food was good, however, they are not kidding when the say small. With that said, I paid $18. This is what I pay at Carraba's for a plentiful Linguini Seafood plate. The prices here a ridiculous. I don't see myself going back anytime soon. read more

Every time I come to Bolay, the staff is always extremely friendly. I love getting the quinoa as my base. I tried the cilantro noodles and sweet potato noodles before but it didn't have as much flavor as the quinoa. The quinoa also had a citrus taste to it which I liked a lot. Bolay lets you try different items on the menu so if you weren't sure about something you could always try it beforehand. I usually always get the lemon chicken as my protein. If I don't get the lemon chicken, I usually will get the shrimp which is a little spicy. I tried all of their vegetables and my favorites are the Brussel sprouts, mushrooms, and broccoli. The cilantro pesto sauce is my absolute favorite, I get it every single time I go to Bolay but this last time I visited and tried the Garlic sauce which was also really good, I liked dipping my lemon chicken into the sauce but I liked the cilantro pesto on my entire bowl. I love getting their snickerdoodle cookie as well, it's not too sweet and soft. read more

Damn, may I say the slogan of Bolay "Be Bold. Be Fresh" truly lives up to its expectations. The employees are exciting, helpful and overall happy to be working there. This spot is amazing, it has a friendly environment, fresh food and a great staff. I usually get the Basmati rice, this time I changed it out for Kale and it was great! It was more full than usual, but the servers were just as polite. One of the workers, I believe by the name Cassandra stood out to me the most. She was extremely sweet and seemed genuinely happy and not forcefully friendly how many other workers are, at different restaurants. Since it was a bit busy I did have to wait a few minutes for some Kale, but overall the experience was great. 10/10 would recommend to you all. Happy Dining! read more

Went to Bolay yesterday and now I understand all the hype. Finally, an establishment that understands my preferences and pride for plant-based dieting. Morris because this is a lifestyle for me. My boyfriend and I had two small bowls for about $9 each. My bowl contained the cilantro noodles, roasted sweet potatoes, Parmesan broccoli, and lemon herbed chicken. My boyfriend ordered the sweet potato glass noodles, with roasted Brussels and sweet potatoes and chicken. Their sauces: spicy Thai and carrot ginger are savory and really spicy it a nice touch to all the already delicious and fresh flavors. There was an attendant at the tea station ensuring we were helped and everything was sanitary. The manager was also generous enough to come out and share the companies history and concept with us. I honestly wish I had a Bolay in my area! I traveled to Miami Lakes just for Bolay and it was well worth the trip. Will definitely be coming back. read more

I am so happy that there is finally a place with healthy options and with actual vegetables. This is the best way to eat vegetables but with flavor. Everything so far has been very good and tasty. The place is clean and organized. Today the customer service was over the top from an employee waiting outside with an umbrella due to the rain to the very patient cashier and staff. I LOVE this place. The bowls are amazing. I always get the cilantro noodles, steak, sweet potato, and cilantro garlic sauce. It's always so good. The lines are usually fast and the boss is super nice! Definitely recommend if you want to get something to go or just eat inside. The only thing is that the prices could be high depending on what you get, which limits my choices. But overall great place , food, and people. read more
