They use good parts and, my favorite thing about them is that they don't try to upsell you on a bunch of stuff. They will let you know if they find other things that need attention and give you a good honest opinion on the urgency of a repair. They are easy to miss since you can't really tell that its a garage from the front. In fact if it weren't for the guys at Chicago Music Store which is attached to the west end of the shop, I wouldn't have thought to go there. Remove pack rat nest and voila trans shifts fine. The reason for this post is that my daughter's experience was so pleasant because of the management's honesty and the positive interaction she had with everyone. Potentially the trans problem could've been sold as a clutch problem or cable problem. The A/C problem had been taken to the local stealership and they wanted $2500 to fix the problem. BLUF these guys will be our go-to guys from now on.
