I have had problems with my brakes for a year, they were getting worse with every use. I kept taking them back to brake masters (on Ina and Oracle) to get the vibrations to stop, since they supposedly replaced rotors and brakes. Last time they said it was dust causing it. Ha! Lie. So I thought I might need an expert to do something other than brakes. Nope. Mike fixed them by replacing the junk brakes from brake masters with Toyota rotors and brakes, without problems. I bought new tires for my Benz and needed a front end alignment. I found the reviews on Yelp of this shop helpful and decided to give them a try. They were able to squeeze me in the next day after I got off work. After checking in, Mica,the office manager, had the menus of the nearby restaurants; nice touch, since I was close to dinner time and I was hungry. After the alignment I was given a printout what the front end was adjusted to. Mica took the time to explain the details of the computer printout. I had a vibration at higher speeds; gone and the car tracks straight and drives great. Bottom line; they did a great job. I know many people have had great service here, but I did not. My car went in for a few different things (brakes, oil change, etc). And when they came across a problem that was really an auto body shop issue, they tried to fix it themselves. The work was shotty and the same part broke again just 2 and a half weeks later. I don't trust them to "fix" it again. They should have told me it was something they don't do instead of trying to half-ass the work. read more

This is the only place I will take any of my cars for major repairs. I've had a few instances where I needed an oil change on the weekend so I pop into a big chain shop, they try to scare me and tell me there's thousands of dollars in repairs needed. Something always "leaking" or of course "brakes are due ". I just nod "oh sure well thanks for letting me know" and take it to Alignment where they of course confirm I was mislead and often resolve the actual issues my car has for a fair reasonable price. Have been going here for a few years now, as my husband had been going here for his alignments for years. This year, my car is 12 years old, I have had many major repairs done , and all have been done well. I went in for my annual alignment, and found out that my struts were gone. Glad I took it in, as I was getting ready for a big trip. They also said the rack and pinion was going to need work, but could wait, just keep an eye on the ps fluid, which was good ,as I knew I needed a timing belt after the trip. They did the timing belt, and a serpentine belt, and a new radiator, as it was leaking, and gave me a great deal, as it was a lot of work in a small amount of time, which means a lot of money! I can't thank them enough for all the work done, all the help they gave me along the way! Very professional, and super friendly! Highly recommend! read more

I have taken all of my late model muscle, classic early muscle, and four wheel drive vehicles here for alignment after suspension modifications for over a decade. Mike has been running this shop for a long time and really knows his stuff. He can setup suspension with specific angles if you have them, or just tell him you want it setup for performance, etc. Never been disappointed with the service, the price, and the work. read more

I've been taking my Subarus to this shop for about 5 years. This shop is family-run, and all are very knowledgable. They have always done good assessments on my cars and have done excellent work, I believe. If there is nothing wrong or needing maintenance, that's what they tell me. I trust them to do big jobs and I leave the little stuff like oil changes to the jiffy lubes of the world. I guess the bottom line is that Align. I needed to have both a front and back end alignment after having my tires rotated and was told all my tires were feathering. I called on a Monday and was able to get in the same week for an alignment. I dropped off my car at 8 AM, received a call mid-AM to get authorization for installation of a part to make front-end alignment possible due to the way the car is factory-ready. I received the "it's ready" call by 12:30. The service was exceedingly pleasant, easy and no hassle. The only drawback is parking at the site is severely limited and you need to park on the street when you first drop off the car. I'll be back if I need more of this type of work done. read more

I took my car here based off the referral from another body shop, who didn't do the type of work that was need. They came highly recommended and I know why. I've now gone here on two different occasions and both times they called me first thing to tell me they had the car (night drop off is super convenient) and they called me when they completed diagnostics on the car and figured out what was wrong. They were very communicative throughout the process, got approval for all the work, and both times it cost me much less than I was expecting to pay! What I thought was wrong with my car, was not, and they were honest enough to tell me that my car had been misdiagnosed both times- once by Nissan dealership and once by myself. Never trust the Nissan dealership in Tucson but that's a whole other review. The first time I came to this shop they saved me thousands of dollars! And my car ran beautifully after the few hundred that I did spend. The second time on my brakes were squeaking and I thought I had to have them replaced & they charged me a nominal fee to do a couple little things and spray the dust off of them and I was good to go. The shop is honest and trustworthy and they do a great job with professionalism and communicating throughout the process. I feel like a mechanic is like a dentist, you have to trust them... because I know nothing about cars! They have earned my trust explicitly and I would recommend them to anyone. read more

So I brought my bmw here a few weeks ago to get an alignment. I thought they did a great job, up until this morning when I opened my hood. I found that my strut mount had been ground down to the metal and a bolt had been sheared off on the driver side, because they were obviously to lazy to do it properly. Funny thing is, I happened to change my oil a week earlier and took a picture of under the hood, and looking back on it there are no grind marks. How funny. Easy to screw up a completely flawless car. Save yourself and your car and go somewhere else. See picture attached. read more

This review is long overdue! I have a 1997 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 Diesel that was having all sorts of front end problems, as well as an ABS light that I couldn't fix. These folks were able to handle everything, for a fair price, and were incredible with making sure I was satisfied with the work. On top of the great work on the front end, they were able to perform a continuity test on the wiring for the ABS, and were quick to find and fix the problem. After bringing my Challenger to 2 different places to have the alignment fixed and they did not have the knowledge, but I still had to pay for the work done, they never got it right. I came to this shop by word of mouth. I went in and was met professionally by a young lady and explained my situation. She was very helpful and scheduled me an appointment. The total cost was VERY fair for the labor and parts. The Challenger drives perfect now! When I picked it up I asked to meet the owner to let "Mike" know how happy I was with his business. I have a 1966 El Camino that has been modified over its years of existence. When this car was built, it was equipped with bias ply tires. Now, of course, it has radial tires. That change means that the original factory specifications for an alignment no longer apply. The problem with that is that the car's parts won't necessarily adjust to the radial tires' requirements. I knew that in advance of my appointment, but Mike reminded me when I arrived that a proper alignment wasn't necessarily achievable without some suspension parts being replaced. He didn't want to surprise me with that information while the car was being serviced. That's good communication-- I like that. Then, he somehow managed to achieve the necessary settings for the car to steer properly without changing any of the car's existing mechanical parts. Mike isn't just a mechanic-- he's a magician! Seriously, though, Mike is very competent and he is a very nice guy who seems happy to make a living off of his customers instead of making a killing. I went in a couple weeks ago to schedule an appt to have my vehicle worked on. They told me it was going to be 2 1/2 weeks till I could get an alignment and as the counter girl so rudely gave my vehicle the once over she told me I would need more work. No class act what so ever. And she left 2 to 3 times to answer the phone. And the price was outrageous not paying for that kind of service. read more

This was my first experience with this shop. I picked it because it is on my side of town and I wanted a shop that knew what they were doing with my suspension stuff. I had my rear wheel bearings replaced on my 2005 Ford Explorer and they did a fantastic job! I just got back from a 600 mile road trip and I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. The staff are good about calling to keep you updated on the progress of the job, getting the right parts, etc. They also stick to their written quote, even if it ends up being more for the parts (which happened in my case). I have found a great little shop and will use them without hesitation in the future. read more
