I have been a loyal customer of bombshell since the very beginning I have never experienced a poor experience and they have always gone above and beyond to provide quality care and exceptional results. Riley and Bailey both offer quality service with a gracious and above all professional attitude. I would like to state that these reviews from the people below have no backbone to present their concerns to the business owners themselves. They rather be keyboard warriors and smear a small business. That is unfortunate we live in a society like this. Before going to bombshell beauty in 2018, I had damaged eyelash extensions and bleachy blotchy hair from another very prominent and well-rated business that I will not disclose out of respect for the business owners because of us still have respect for other small businesses. Yet another disappointing haircut. They offer wet cut or dry cut - I selected wet cut even though it was $20 more. After a very quick shampoo she proceeded to dry my hair before cutting it . What's the point then? She then cut without measuring and now I'm left with (and I am not kidding) a mullet that I hate. So I'll have to go in search of someone who knows how to cut hair. To echo the other reviews of this place - I think it's great they have a place to do their friends hair, because it's pretty clear they are not interested in providing service to others. When I walked in I wasn't greeted with a "hello" just "do you have an appointment" ...not that they had any additional clientele there. Just very unfriendly. The girl who did my hair seemed uninterested in conversing with me or even really listening to what I wanted done to my hair... I wanted a cut, I got a trim to the back of my head only and had to ask again for an actual hair cut, to which her response was to just pick up random pieces around my head and trim.... which I still didn't give me any type of haircut or shape so I just gave up stopped asking for more, cause it was clear she didn't want me in her chair. I could be these girl's mom, ,with that being said i have been coming here for over 2 years! I am a very picky person, some of my friends even call me "Bougie". Trust me I have had some really bad haircuts, colors, and other hair disasters, I would NOT be a returning customer if they were terrible. Called in for what I thought would be a simple process for cut and color, girl was very rude and short on the phone and when I showed up to my appointment it was nothing but the same. Very snotty feel and I was not pleased with my hair. won't be back, some girls seemed nice but others looked at me like I shouldn't be there. Had a weird experience trying to go to Bombshell Beauty Bar. I walked in and asked the young receptionist what their rates were for various services. The receptionist picked up one of the rate sheets and proceeded to quote me the prices. I thought they sounded high, but whatever. I asked for the rate sheet so I could have it to refer to later. She seemed to freeze and hesitate before she gave it to me. Later, when I got home and looked at the rates I was surprised that the actual rates were anywhere from $20 to $50 lower than what she quoted me. Because the location was close to home I decided to give them a try. I called and no one answered so I left a voicemail saying I had just been in to the salon, and wanted to make an appointment. I waited 2 days for a call back but when none came, I finally gave up and went somewhere else. read more

Just like the other reviews, I had the same experience. I was starting to go into detail on my experience, but to just sum it up, they are very rude, over priced and under qualified. don't give these people your business. just because something is expensive doesn't mean it's good. these girls are terrible. rude. and suck at their jobs. the only reason they even have this place is thanks to daddy's money. my hair was totally ruined. over 6 inches had to be cut off and over half my hair fell out after coming here. when confronted the girl was rude and refused to refund me or admit any wrong doing. if you're a bottle blood just looking for a root touch up maybe you'll be fine. but if you have any sort of texture to your hair. I came here for the first time and I have to say it was the BEST salon experience I've had in this town thus far! My hair looks incredible, exactly what I wanted and asked for (which has not happened at other places at all), she was quick and it turned out flawless which I super appreciate!
