My experience was a few years ago, and the store was being run by two young girls who appeared to be teens. Very attentive and helpful initially. Then, while I was in the changing area, one girl began describing, in some detail, how "gross" I looked in the swimwear to the other girl. I could hear every word they were saying and walked out of the store. But not before telling them I heard their comments and to be more aware of how their voices carry in small spaces. I don't know what kind of moron raised these girls or would give them unsupervised customer service responsibilities. Good luck in life to all of them. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

To me, the wigs appeared a bit pricey because I did go to three other stores with a slightly wider variety .... Definitely go there cause they do have good wigs for people with lighter hair . They replied, and told me they sent me the incorrect tracking number. Two days later on June 26th I finally received the swimsuit, but it was the wrong style and two sizes too small. So I emailed them again, and requested they send a return label for the swimsuit they incorrectly sent, and requested that they send the correct style, but asked they send it two sizes larger this time. They did not reply to this email, but sent the suit in the right style, but with the original smaller size that I had emailed them was too small. Again, I emailed them requesting a return label for the other swimsuit, and the larger size suit. Since then, I have sent several more emails and have not received a response. I now have two swimsuits that don't fit my daughter, and I am out $52. I have tried calling but no one ever picks up and their voicemail is full. If your ordering from this store, make sure you know the exact size, because there are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES despite what their website claims.

I called the number listed here on Yelp and made an appointment to stop by. Once I arrived I looked through the items they had on the floor. There wasn't a huge selection but there was enough to get started. Julia and I went through the website and picked out several more suit options. She went to the back and picked out a number of different things for me to try on. There is only one dressing room at Ujena so beware. I would imagine that as bikini season gets closer you may have to wait a while to try on your stuff. Thankfully there was no one there so I could take my time trying things on and checking myself out ; ) I FOUND IT! The perfect one! It totally accentuates my curves and keeps 'the girls' looking hawt! The only problem was that I needed a little more coverage in the boob area. Hey, I have DDD's and they need coverage, especially if I'm going to be surfing! So, Julia said they could add an extra 1/4" to the cups for more coverage. SOLD. I ordered the suit and picked it up 5 days later. I paid $105 for a custom-made swimsuit (made in the USA)! They have dresses, cover-ups, shorts and other apparel there too.
