This is a tough one. We went last Thursday, yes it was going to be busy because of thrifts football. Well the food was great the pizza with pepperoni, hamburger and sausage was very good. The wings were good not great. They were not special. But we got there late, and the game was almost over. They took forever to get our drinks and even longer to get our food. Horrible customer service.. when I say the staff doesn't know how to talk to customers, that's an understatement. I'm sitting outside in there patio dining area nowhere does it say employees only or anything to that nature. A nasty employee approach me and says " aye employee only you need to rise up". Let me say when I order I sat here no one said a word when my food was ready no one said hey the patio is for employees only. I am giving one star for the efforts of the waitress. Service was terrible from the moment we stepped in there. We were seated immediately. Sat down for 20 minutes with no service before going to get a manager. Tony/Manager came to our table and apologized, but still didn't correct the issue. A waitress finally comes and she says she wasn't our waitress, but that she would get us started. We went ahead and ordered because we knew what we wanted at that time. Food took another 30 minutes. My dad ordered the grilled chicken and it was dry as a cardboard box. I ordered the Bombshell salad and it didn't come with the proper toppings. Once my dad got another order of grilled chicken, he noticed some pieces were pink. We asked to speak with the manager again and that's when Ally came to the table. My dad was really upset with the overall experience. Ally apologized, but did nothing you correct the issue. Not offer a complimentary dessert or even recook the grilled chicken... NOTHING!! Once I waitress came back we asked for the check. She noticed that the grilled chicken entree wasn't removed, so she went to speak with the manager and came back with the check. The manager only offered a $7 discount. This was my first and LAST time going to this establishment. Very terrible service and management. read more

We came here after a super long day and we were starving. Hostesses were super sweet but as soon as we got to our table the problems started. First, the table was super dirty and even had used napkins on it. We cleaned it ourselves because that's not that big of a deal but then didn't see our waitress for 15 minutes. She finally came and we ordered our drinks and an appetizer. She brought our drinks and said she'd bring straws and never came back. Someone else brought the appetizer. We finally saw our waitress 30 minutes later and asked for silverware, she brought a plastic fork. No napkins or other silverware. When she brought them back she didn't stop at our table just kind of threw them. 10 minutes later she came back (there for almost an hour now), and we just asked for our check because she hadn't even asked for our orders and it was already midnight. read more

The were very outgoing and just an all around good vibe. The food is decent, wings were delicious but everything else is about average. When it come to there alcohol, everything is under poured. Can't even taste the liquor in our mixed drinks. Had to order double shots, and even those are below par. They said they would bring it out to my car. 40 minutes later I went in - my order was sitting at the counter. They insisted they never said they would bring it out - "we don't do that." Terrible service. We got seated, then left after 12-13 minutes, since nobody came to take any orders.

First seating was quick maybe due to the day we went, wasn't asked where we would liked to have been seated, when seated the table was nasty, asked the young black waitress with the burgundy hair color if we could be seated in the outside she never returned with a response. Didn't like the fact we had to place our credit cards to order item I definitely want be returning due to this process. The DJ was great. The drinks were ok, the water tasted like swamp water awful. We ordered the fries with cheese that cheese was the watery cheese made the fries soggy, maybe they shouldn't use the same on the fries in what they give people to dip their chips in just wasn't to our expectations. For the men and younger men and younger women whom find it ok but while I'm eating don't care to look at someone's tails and especially if they are popping their tails while I'm eating or around my food, felt like a stripe club at that moment. My opinion will not be returning even though I enjoyed the drinks cause it's had to find good drinks. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE. First time we visited since new owners bought Redneck Heaven which had EXCELLENT service and rebranded it as Bombshell. First off, none of the waitresses even come close to looking like any Bombshell. 5 were at the front desk talking on their cellphones when we walked in and it still took 5 minutes for one of them to hang up long enough to get us a seat. The table and chairs were filthy....and the floor...so much for the baloney "We clean". The place was not very busy at all, maybe 50% full, and still we sat there for 35 minutes and not a single person came by to take our order or even bother to give us a glass of water. Finally we got fed up and walked out. Nobody even noticed we were leaving, too busy on their cellphones for that. We will NEVER go back to this rathole of a restaurant. The new owners ruined a nice place and appear to lack any inkling of how to run a restaurant properly and by all the negative reviews they are getting I hope they know how to file bankruptcy. Weirdest thing is several of these EXACT same reviews were posted a month ago and they still haven't done anything to fix their defects.
