Went in on Mother's Day with my husband. We were sat immediately in a booth (it hadn't been properly cleaned, crumbs everywhere). Only about 10 customers there which 7 were at the bar. We sat there for 10-12 minutes waiting for someone to come see about us. Give us water or take our drink order or something. A waiter, then a waitress both passed us up. My husband was ready to go then. So we got up. I said lets just sit at the bar maybe we will get seen faster. The hostess that sat us walks over and I asked is it ok if we just get served here for faster service? She goes sure that's fine I'll tell ''Her". At that time i knew it was the waitress that had passed us by when we were at the booth. I immediately scan the kitchen area, and I see the Hostess damn near pleading with Waitress to come take our order. Obviously, we weren't her cup of tea. I kindly got up and my husband followed and we walked to the door. The waitress came after us but my husband just said no that's ok, we will go somewhere else. So much could improve!! First off if you see a group come in and they sit on your patio you should tell them it's vip from the beginning and that vip is an extra charge per table, second the service was awful! On to the food, i pay d $21 for a chicken fried steak that was so thin and fried so long that you could barely cut it, it was like leather. Loaded potatoes left a lot to be desired. The waitress recommended a drink that she quoted a price of $10 for after a 20 min wait for said drink it arrives we all try it and then she informs us it's a $20 drink due to it being a double ( no one asked for a double nor were we informed it was a double single thing) asked for a drink menu numerous times never got one., half our order was wrong and never fixed. Bombshells is slowly slipping away! From the first time I went to the last time there has been a decline in service and food quality. We always order various items and I believe because we ordered carry that not much care was taken in preparing and packaging. We ordered late 2 nights and twice we had to go back for items that were ordered but not added to our bags. I get checking your bags but if I ordered it, it should be in the bag. The crowd is cool when we do dine in. But after this last experience we probably won't be going back. The salad that I had to get up and get dressed to retrieve was still missing the dressing and when asked for it the bombshell acted as if she didn't want to go back there to get it. Again if you have the receipt why not back the items requested and paid for. read more

We've purposely visited this location every time we've visited Arlington for several years...but this visit was disappointing. The super cute uniforms were replaced with VERY minimal lingerie...but that wasn't the disappointing part...it was that the clothing was SO revealing several servers had peek a boo pubic hair holding their G-strings in place. One slip either way and you have a full Monty. Normally that's a great thing.... Not the kind of thing you want to see bringing your food. As a veteran....We wanted the military based sexy ambiance with our wonderful meal...we'd have gone to a strip club if we wanted lap dances...our server was great and the food was too...but come on....it was too much. My Waitress Yaya is how old school customer service use to be SHE IS EXCELLENT ! She was friendly brought a refill (Ice Tea) without having to ask for a refill. This was the worst restaurant experience we've had in a while. It was just next to our hotel so we walked over to get lunch and some to-go food for dinner. They were packed and understaffed so we tried to go in with patience. Our server got triple sat which I get is overwhelming but it took her 10 minutes to even acknowledge us to say "hey, welcome, be right with you" and then another 10 to come get our drink order. Then another 10 to bring our waters and take our order. 20 minutes later the beers we ordered finally arrived and a nearly 45 minutes later our food arrived. Meanwhile the two other tables who got there at the same time had time to eat and leave. We tried to flag down the manager several times and he was just standing around not doing much. The food was okay. We order a burger and nachos for lunch and then two dinner salads to take back to the hotel for later. The nachos and the burger were both cold when we got them and overall underwhelming on flavor. The salads were really delicious though. We both wished we would have ordered those for lunch. I travel a lot with my job and went into this location about 4:30 in the afternoon on Wednesday. It was not busy at all with a lot of hostesses and waitresses. I had read the reviews and was hopeful that maybe they were busy in the past which calls they lower service level if that was not the case. To hostesses set me down, which was very nice and took my order a smoked bourbon old-fashioned. Another waitress came and said she would be my waitress, but she had my order in for the drink drink at the bar not really busy so I just got up and left. I told the waitress cancel my order 20 minutes was too long to wait in a restaurant bar that had a lot of people in it Down the street had two or three nice drinks and dinner. It's been $150. Only a 3 because I may come back because the manager seemed genuine and wanted to make sure we had a better experience next time. Service here is meh. Especially outside on the patio. We were seated instantly, but at a wobbly high top. We tested another, same issue. So, we went to the front to see if we could be re-seated, in a separate area (outside). We ordered waters to start, mine- no lemon. A side of the table we were seated at was dirty. So, I moved to the other side. That chair was dirty, so I pushed it back and grabbed my original. The manager spotted me moving chairs out of the way, so he assisted and cleaned the table for us. Since we knew what we wanted already, we ordered with the manager, since he was right there. He told us the old fashion was good. When the old fashion came out, it was in a dirty cup. So we sat it aside. I never got a water. My food came out. MacArthur chicken nachos is my go to. But every time they bring them out they aren't hot. More warmish-cold. Asked for water again, stated they hadn't come out. The kicker is, when she came back out, she only had one water, and she brought it for my friend (who already had an old fashion) but not to me, who had nothing. So, I got up and went to the bar for water. At this point, I was tired of waiting. I waited at the bar for a little while. More than I should've. I had to call and get one girl's attention to ask for water. When I got back from the bar from getting my drink, my nachos were then very cold. Wind outside may have helped with this, but the temperature of the food wasn't satisfying to start. My friend ordered the same appetizer, and it was the same experience for her. I don't know if they were sitting in the window, ignored , or if this particular dish doesn't hold heat well. Silverware not the cleanest (I just took my friend's) Tables either (they fixed this) Cups either (they fixed this) The host/manager was nice, though! Nachos almost $16, which isn't a problem- but I like hot food. Side note-They don't take discover until further notice. I feel the Bombshells I've experienced so far focus more on the male patrons than us ladies. My advice is sit at the bar or bar area. I haven't been asked my experience yet and I've been here since 8:15. It's 9:13 now. Probably will never sit on the patio again. At 9:21 I had to call the restaurant for service outside. I get it. It's hard to find servers right now. The manager came out, and took care of things, providing a discount and listened to feedback. The latter, I'm more grateful for because the best thing for me is quality service. Not a discount. I dine out frequently and do not wish to service myself. The waitress came back to where the manager was checking us out, but not to apologize or anything, but to- what seemed like- listen to what was being said. I even sensed an attitude, which I don't understand. Either way, it was handled by Vick, the manager, and I will give this location another shot. read more

The low rating is definitely unjustified!!! Some people expect VIP everywhere they go but are they really that important of a person? No, not really... Take what you can get and there are much easier ways to have an engaging visit with the servers. I had a great experience with my most recent visit and our server Kerstyn was actually new and under training. Her trainer Georgia had done an excellent job with her training that we didn't feel like she was a rookie at all! Our orders were on point and she was extremely attentive with our drinks while handling multiple tables at the same time! Good job Georgia!!! Great service Kerstyn!!!
