I struggled with writing this review lowkey! Let me be honest; service can MAKE or BREAK a restaurant experience. Any patron knows that... The first time we went, it was great! Our waitress was so accommodating, and attentive. I wish I knew her name- bc she was THAT good! Second time, great! Not memorable, but great! Third time... Lord help this lil waitresses heart (and the GM and or manager)! HORRRIBLE The main reason why she AND ATHEY were terrible, horrible, and no good- is bc they were so unaccommodating.... Specifically our waitress Basically, everything- and I mean EVERYTHING we asked for, she would either say "oh, the chef won't do that" simple stuff mind you! For instance: "we're out of cheese sticks for your trio. Me: okay, can they replace with chips and salsa or something? "No they won't do that." Y'all, she was on this ALL night! Coming to ask if things were okay- NOPE! I had to ask the super attentive other waitress at the other table if we could have have ketchup and water... I've seen some crazy reviews for this spot- but take this one with heed! It's DEFINITELY hit or miss based on your waitress and the time! Great time. Excellent customer service, the atmosphere was a lot of fun. Well laid out sports bar with plenty of TVs to view any venue. The food was delicious. Drinks & food prices were fair. I didn't like the digital menu but that's kind of the way of the future. You can ask for paper menus, but the prices are not updated. They offer a military discount, ask for it. We ordered the fish tacos, a cadet and fries and the kiddos loved the fries! Tacos were great!! Kennidy was as sweet as a Georgia Peach! Great service! Manager was present on the floor. Awesome atmosphere. Our server Precious could care less about was less than attentive. Couldn't get drink refills or condiments. She never even checked on us after delivering the food because I honestly would have sent back my so-called $16 Club Sandwich. My son ordered the kids' chicken tenders and said they tasted weird. The food is okay. Presentation is horrible and don't add up too prices. I've been coming for the last month. Only in the area to do training for work. Hostess was very sweet. The girls looked stressed most of the time. One of the managers Mary or something, gives nothing but attitude and everytime I seen her not only with customers but the servers to. This is a companion review for the location in Dallas. This one is just as bad. And another time that a manager was the culprit in why I am leaving this review. They really need to train their managers not to talk to customers the way they do. The food was decent but not great. The ambiance was not too good. I was there in New Year's Eve. At midnight they gave us a free champagne toast. That was nice. But that is where the good ended and the bad started. Even though they weren't too busy it took too long for my food to come out. Also, they were grossly understaffed. To have only 5 servers on NYE is ridiculous. They should have known that they would get busy after midnight. They were the only place open that late in the area. Then to top all the bad off, the manager on duty said something to me in the absolutely worst way. She made me feel degrated and unimportant. As my review of the other DFW location said, I can't believe how bad the management is at these 2 locations. Please do not give these locations any business. Go anywhere else to drink, eat and watch a game. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is that my server was pretty good before all the bad stuff with the manager happened. read more

Awful service. Not only did our server tell me they couldn't make a margarita on the rocks, our table and the ones around us didn't really see the server throughout the night. This place has awful service. We stayed at a nearby hotel so we went in for lunch. We were seated and after 10 minutes of not being greeted, we went back up to the host stand, where literally 8 waitresses were just standing there and asked if we could get served. Later that night we went in for a night cap. We sat at the table for 15 minutes and not one person greeted us, so we left. We will never go back. The place is clean and atmosphere is soo nice, but it's being ruined by the service. No smiles and literally no service. read more

The service at this place is just not good. My husband and I have been here 3 times as of today, and this visit was just awful so I don't think we will be returning. After reading most of the negative reviews, it seems that they are pretty much all the same thing....SERVICE SUCKS!!!! When we first walked in, we were seated right away, ok great, but then had to wait for a bit before one of the waitresses came to take our order for drinks. Then we had to wait even longer for 2 of our drinks to come out and then still waited longer on the alcohol drink to come out and when it did, it was watered down and not good. That was the first waitress, then another waitress came to our table and said "I will be taking care of you now, the other waitress had to leave, do y'all want some food"? So we gave her our order, it was just a couple of appetizers to share (french fries and chicken tenders) It took a while for our food to come out and when it did, it just looked overcooked. Our waitress hardly ever came back to check on us. There was one waitress sitting behind us talking and laughing with a male customer so we flagged her down to ask for a condiment (ranch) since our waitress was no where to be found, she said "sure, I will get that for you", but I never received it. My husband ended up seeing her in regular clothes walking out the door. Never got a refill on my drink. We asked for our check and when our waitress finally brought it to us, we only received the copy to sign and never an itemized receipt, and sadly our waitress never came back and we couldn't find her to ask for one and looking around, there were no waitresses in sight. Not cool. I also thought this was weird and very odd but when we got there, when the waitress came to our table, she asked us for a card to put on file? Ummm, excuse me, what? She said they require a card to be put on file so we can't skip out on the check. I have never heard of this before at a restaurant and was kind of offended by it. I mean, this is not a club or bar and it was just my husband and I, not some juvenile kids. One of the reviews I read mentioned that service can either make or break an establishment, so I am assuming that maybe this place does not want to do well because unless you are a man and just going to look at skimpy outfits and drink beer at the bar, I would not recommend this place. When we finally left, we noticed that most of the waitresses were all huddled at a booth on the other side of the restaurant just talking away. If you want to have your place become successful, then I would highly recommend training in some customer service area. The managers must be ok with mediocre sales and bad reviews if they have not changed anything. Pretty sad if you ask me. Needless to say, I will not be returning to spend my hard earned money. read more

This was our 2nd visit and honestly I was hoping for a redemption but didn't get it. 1st - Our table was dirty and I had to ask for someone to come clean the table. 2nd - We ordered a burger that was supposed to be topped with a grilled pineapple and a quesadilla. When we received our order the pineapple was missing as well as the sour cream and Guacamole for the quesadilla. When we asked about it, the waitress came back and said...the cooks said we don't have that stuff and walked away.
