We ordered the fish tacos, a cadet and fries and the kiddos loved the fries! Tacos were great!! Kennidy was as sweet as a Georgia Peach! Great service! Manager was present on the floor. This is a companion review for the location in Dallas. This one is just as bad. And another time that a manager was the culprit in why I am leaving this review. They really need to train their managers not to talk to customers the way they do. The food was decent but not great. The ambiance was not too good. I was there in New Year's Eve. At midnight they gave us a free champagne toast. That was nice. But that is where the good ended and the bad started. Even though they weren't too busy it took too long for my food to come out. Also, they were grossly understaffed. To have only 5 servers on NYE is ridiculous. They should have known that they would get busy after midnight. They were the only place open that late in the area. Then to top all the bad off, the manager on duty said something to me in the absolutely worst way. She made me feel degrated and unimportant. As my review of the other DFW location said, I can't believe how bad the management is at these 2 locations. Please do not give these locations any business. Go anywhere else to drink, eat and watch a game. The only reason this is not a 1 star review is that my server was pretty good before all the bad stuff with the manager happened. read more

This place has awful service. We stayed at a nearby hotel so we went in for lunch. We were seated and after 10 minutes of not being greeted, we went back up to the host stand, where literally 8 waitresses were just standing there and asked if we could get served. The service at this place is just not good. My husband and I have been here 3 times as of today, and this visit was just awful so I don't think we will be returning. After reading most of the negative reviews, it seems that they are pretty much all the same thing....SERVICE SUCKS!!!! When we first walked in, we were seated right away, ok great, but then had to wait for a bit before one of the waitresses came to take our order for drinks. Then we had to wait even longer for 2 of our drinks to come out and then still waited longer on the alcohol drink to come out and when it did, it was watered down and not good. That was the first waitress, then another waitress came to our table and said "I will be taking care of you now, the other waitress had to leave, do y'all want some food"? So we gave her our order, it was just a couple of appetizers to share (french fries and chicken tenders) It took a while for our food to come out and when it did, it just looked overcooked. Our waitress hardly ever came back to check on us. There was one waitress sitting behind us talking and laughing with a male customer so we flagged her down to ask for a condiment (ranch) since our waitress was no where to be found, she said "sure, I will get that for you", but I never received it. My husband ended up seeing her in regular clothes walking out the door. Never got a refill on my drink. We asked for our check and when our waitress finally brought it to us, we only received the copy to sign and never an itemized receipt, and sadly our waitress never came back and we couldn't find her to ask for one and looking around, there were no waitresses in sight. Not cool. I also thought this was weird and very odd but when we got there, when the waitress came to our table, she asked us for a card to put on file? Ummm, excuse me, what? She said they require a card to be put on file so we can't skip out on the check. I have never heard of this before at a restaurant and was kind of offended by it. I mean, this is not a club or bar and it was just my husband and I, not some juvenile kids. One of the reviews I read mentioned that service can either make or break an establishment, so I am assuming that maybe this place does not want to do well because unless you are a man and just going to look at skimpy outfits and drink beer at the bar, I would not recommend this place. When we finally left, we noticed that most of the waitresses were all huddled at a booth on the other side of the restaurant just talking away. If you want to have your place become successful, then I would highly recommend training in some customer service area. The managers must be ok with mediocre sales and bad reviews if they have not changed anything. Pretty sad if you ask me. This was our 2nd visit and honestly I was hoping for a redemption but didn't get it. 1st - Our table was dirty and I had to ask for someone to come clean the table. 2nd - We ordered a burger that was supposed to be topped with a grilled pineapple and a quesadilla. When we received our order the pineapple was missing as well as the sour cream and Guacamole for the quesadilla. When we asked about it, the waitress came back and said...the cooks said we don't have that stuff and walked away. What a joke this place was. This use to be Redneck Heaven. Visit this place with a couple of us guys to check it out. First off, looks the same as Redneck Heaven layout. Not that many people on a Tuesday night. Understandable. However, there were tons of female waitresses in their skimpy outfits as expected. This was about 5pm. People started to come in but not a lot. I had just ordered a beer as well as a friend of mine. We got our beer. Our other friend showed up needing a beer. The waitress came by and said, this is the end of my shift and another girl was going to wait on us. Ok fine. She came back and introduced us to the 2nd waitress that will be taking care of us. She took our beer order and vanished. My friends beer sat at the bar getting warm all this time. Luckily one of the 5 waitresses that were in a corner on their cell phone looked up and noticed the beer and looked at the order paper and brought it to us. Our waitress#2 finally came back and took our order. Our meal came and we ordered a second beer. Again, our waitress#2 vanished for I don't know how long. Our beer glasses were empty. No one checked on us. We were done eating so on purpose I cleared our table from the plates and empty beer glasses and set them on the table next to us to cause a scene. So naturally our waitress saw there was motion at our table. She came to ask if we needed another beer. YES! So she puts in the order. We got our beers then she f's off again and vanishes. Our beers were again empty for quite some time and another waitress comes by. "I'm going to be your new waitress#3 because (waitress#2 is leaving). OK this is ridiculous. The place isn't busy and all the waitresses are on their phone tik-toking or whatever they are doing instead of doing their job. A sports bar is all about sports and a bar environment. This means constant checking on DRINKS and food. The worse thing for bar goers is to have their beer glass empty. What a joke. Screw this place. read more
