The food here is soooo comforting, even though I'm not Korean. It's the perfect blend of warmth and spiciness. The service is friendly and pretty quick. I've never had to wait for a table, either, so it's really convenient when you're starving and need a delicious pick-me-up. The friend chicken is great (I like the spicy the best but BBQ is also excellent, and I opt for the tenders because it's less messy to eat). The first time I visited the restaurant was for a Yelp event, and I had to go back for their crispy, juicy, and ohh so tasty wings! Hands down THE best wings I have had in CO. Both times I got the spicy ones and they are soo flavorful! I also got the pork buns! Soo delicious, the pork is so soft it melts in your mouth. The atmosphere of the restaurant is soo great too! Ok. Let me start off by saying I'm not the biggest wing fan; however if you are like me...prepare to have your life changed. Yes it's been almost a week since I first tried Bonchon's deliciously crispy wings and I am STILL thinking about them! The batter on the wings, Double fried, to me was pure perfection. If you enjoy a crispy wing then tou absolutely MUST try this, I don't think I've had better! They offer two sauce options: Spicy and Soy Garlic or you can get 1/2 and 1/2 if you would like a nice mix of both. I will say the spicy was my jam so next time I wouldn't even mess around with the garlic because the spicy gave me the little kick of heat I was looking for. But do not worry it was a very moderate spice so if you like a little bit of heat I urge you to try it. So good. I also think in the future when I go I'll get a little side of sauce to see if the heat is buildable and maybe a touch more sauce would make it the perfect level of spice. I'll keep you posted. They also have an array of sides and apps however I was just to excited to starting talking about the chicken lol some bear with me. I tried the pork belly buns, which were good...definitely a bit messy so make sure to ask for extra napkins. I almost wonder if the seasoned fries are also double fries because they are the perfect level of crispy as well. If you're a fry person you gotta try these. I honestly can't wait to come back and try some other menu items as well as get more of those amazing wings. And to top off a 5 star visit the servers were exceptional despite being crazy busy! Good food and great service! We tried a variety of foods like the Korean fried chicken, chicken tacos, beef bulgogi, fries, and pickled radishes. We loved the Korean fried chicken it was very flavorful although I thought it wasn't as crispy as some other fried chicken I've had. We also had the beef bulgogi and we were surprised by the very large portion and it came with rice. That was also ver flavorful and delicious but we weren't a fan of the mushrooms in the bulgogi. The side dishes and the chicken tacos were good. I was confused by the fries although yummy because the French fries were seasoned with Parmesan and parsley which aren't Korean flavors so I didn't think it really matched the other food. Highly recommend this place and especially recommend the fried chicken. read more

So perfectly cooked and the batter had an amazing crunch and taste. And the spicy was indeed a bit spicy! Loved it. Great service and atmosphere. I would highly recommend it. I got the Pork Bum, 4 half and half drum stick and Cole slaw. It came out super fast too! The fried chicken was cook perfectly. It was very crispy on the outside with a great flavor of garlic or spicy with a kick. Unfortunately once you eat the outside there was no flavor on the inside meat. Wish they could have given more sauce for us to dip. Also an extra plate or bucket for us to dump the left over bone instead of piling up in a small plate would be nice. Checked this place out yesterday and I'm so glad I stopped by for dinner for with my girlfriend. The lobby was tidy and we were greeted right upon entry. I knew this place was known for its fried chicken, so I had to try it. Mother of FRIED CHICKEN these wings have the crunch!!! I honestly have never had anything like the breading that was on this chicken. It was something you have to try!! We also got the Bulgogi tacos and they were a delicious appetizer but... there was something even better. The fries. I didn't think anything could top my beloved Five Guys French fries. I was so stoked for this new location as this would be closer to home for me. We always go to the Araphoe location and we have to say it's one of our number one spot for chicken! They only offer three different flavors, spicy, regular and soy garlic. Not much to choose from but we love these flavors. But sadly this new location doesn't taste as good. They still have to work on their sauce. The spicy wasn't spicy and the soy garlic tasted like there was no flavors at all. The breaded on the chicken is nice and crunchy. That was consistent for both places, being able to re-heat/airfry and keep the crunchiness says it all. But I wasn't a fan of the legs, I'll keep to the wings. The legs just lack flavor and it just didn't hit the spot for me. Maybe we'll try this location again when they fix the flavors to match the other location esp for their prices. It is a little expensive. I lowered my rating because of the reply I received from the owner showned they didn't even read or cared for my opinion. My daughter had chicken fried riced she loved it! And her boyfriend had spicy boneless. My mixed 8 pc wing dish arrived with drum sticks rather than the bone in wings I ordered (six wing sections) I am not fond of drums but I did not complain to the staff. I ate one of the three I was given. Also at the other location we were offered rice as a side and at this one only coleslaw (Korean?) and pickle something. Yuck! The slaw was okay but I would have preferred rice any day! All and all satisfying. Very authentic Korean restaurant next to my office. I have been dining in this restaurant many times. They serve a good variety of food and are very authentic. I love their stir fries noodle called japchae. Thin glass noodles with marinated beef and vegetables. Takoyaki with Bonito flakes on top and fuite flavored soju with my chicken.! Terrible. Made a Yelp account just to tell you. Got a beer tower filled with black gunk. Told the server. She took it back and brought our chicken out. 3 of the 7 people had long pieces of hair on it. Then Got new pitchers also filled with gunk. Notified the server. Said they'd comp 1 of the appetizers for the mistakes even though only 1 guy got the appetizer wanted to say none of this was the servers fault, Then she charged 25% tip automatically because one of the girls with hair in her food left early and didn't tip (understandably). So this location is open..? Cuz I just came out of it... They forgot to put in our order which was a combo chicken from the lunch special (we ordered around 1:35-1:40 and their lunch special is till 2). I asked about my chicken after 4 other people at my table got theirs and mine hadn't come out for a good 5-10 mins, they told me it'd be right out. 5 more min more, nothing so we asked another server (our main server). She checked and came back thwn proceeded to tell us "they" , which I assume is the kitchen, messed up. But she asked if we would like to add it to our order... soooo basically she forgot to input it. I've worked in a restaurant before, if you gotta input the order after, it was never put in in the first place... We were still hungry, so we decided we would add to our order. She then explained we couldn't get the lunch special cuz it was after 2. Like hun, YOU messed up MY order. Had YOU double checked and put it in when we ordered, we wouldn't have had this issue. Even though she explain it was a mix up (my friend got my original order, which mind you, was already missing like 5 wings) if we had gotten our original order, my friend would've been missing his. Incredibly fast and friendly service with delicious food. We stopped by for a late night bite and ordered the half and half drumsticks, tteokbokki and an order of fries. The fried chicken was incredible - perfectly crispy outside yet moist inside with the perfect amount of sauce. The spicy sauce left a pleasant but lingering burn but the soy garlic was my favorite of the two. The tteokbokki was a notch spicier in my opinion and had a good variety of rice cakes, fish cakes, onions and cheese. Fries were pretty average but were nice and fresh.
