Large (24 piece) wings. Half n half (Spicy/Yangnyeom)
    Edwin T.

I've been to many Bonchons around the country and the quality and flavor is always so consistent. This time though, the wings were abnormally large! Two of us got the Large (24 piece) wings Half n half (Spicy/Yangnyeom) and could only finish around 2/3. Took the rest home for lunch the next day. I always get the Spicy but this time, I also tried the Yangnyeom. It was sweet, tangy, sticky, and mild spicy. I would recommend getting wings Half n half so you don't get tired eating all with the same sauce. Service was great as well. Our waitress constantly checked in with us to refill waters. Would definately recommend this location to satisfy your Korean friend chicken cravings!

These Wings and Drums are NOT tiny! - 9 PC Mixed: 6 Wings + 3 Drums ($15.95). Everybody knows those small wings and drumsticks from Bars and fast food places. These are NOT those wings and drumsticks! I'm a big guy (6'4" and 250 lbs). I was full after 5 pieces. I took photos of my take-home pieces. The drumsticks are 4" long! These are adult chicken pieces--not the tiny squabs that most places serve. I chose the Yangnyeom sauce. A little sticky sweet with a gentle spicy heat. Great combination! The Pickled Radish (included option) is a nice balance for the sauce. Just order it! Service: Perfect! Prompt, attentive, and he provided a great recommendation for my Wife's meal selection (spoiler: Fried Rice with Fried Pork Belly--and yes, it is amazing). Ambiance: Cool, casual, comfortable with a few TVs to catch up on sports and popular shows. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We been to bonchon in aurora but this place have some more food from there like katsu curry rice or bulgogi rice. Server is nice helpful. The inside is not big but enough with big parties.

Bonchon lunch hit all the cravings I had the bulgogi tacos lunch special--super flavorful and satisfying. The seasoned fries were so good I couldn't stop snacking. But the real star? The Korean donuts. Warm, fluffy perfection with a dipping sauce that was insanely delicious--like, I would drink it if that was socially acceptable Already plotting my next visit.

Our soy garlic wings had a small drizzle of soy garlic on them and were flavorless. We've ordered from a different bonchon in a different state and they did NOT look like this. The other pictures on here don't look like this either. Not sure what happened.

Went during lunchtime, it wasn't quite busy but had decent amount of diners! Server was very attentive and made sure we were good the entire meal. As per the food, Korean-style fried chicken has been my favorite type of fried chicken so this place definitely gets the kudos! Bulgogi tteokboki was pretty decent nothing to rave about. The yogurt soju honestly was very good perfect for groups!

Customer service is top tier but what's even better is the service . Food is always fresh. Never disappointed in this place . Come here at least twice a week

This place left a lot to be desired. The food was fine. I don't think I would necessarily come back. I think the fries were the best dish. However, our server was amazing. He was so sweet patient, and so attentive. You could really tell he enjoys working there. He's the main reason this place is getting 3 stars, because honestly I would give 2, but he really was fantastic. Also, the music was 10/10. I'm not sure if people come to like drink here before going out, but the vibes were there. Unfortunately I didn't have any drinks, but let me tell you, if I was drinking, I would have gotten lit because the vibes were great! Maybe I would come back for drinks. I didn't try them though if I do, I'll come back and update!

Came here on a Thursday night around 7p. The place was pretty empty so were were seated quickly. The server was nice and helpful with the menu. What we swallowed: *PORK SLIDERS: These were pretty good but something was off, maybe the coleslaw? Usually a favorite but I don't think I would order these again. *SPICY FRENCH FRIES: Hot, crispy and tasty. *WINGS HALF-N-HALF: Crunchy, and really good flavor on both sets of wings. The hot ones were really hot (spicy) so I favored the soy ones better. They were both really good. I'm glad to see a Bonchon here in Denver and will definitely come back!

To follow up on my previous review, I tried one last time here and will never go again. The staff is completely incompetent and has no idea what they're doing. The food is good but dining in is just a nightmare. Please train your staff!!!!!!!

From the second I walked in, service was impeccable, welcoming, and helpful. Staff went above and beyond to walk me to the restroom (as it was my first time dining here), out to my patio table, and quickly brought water. Everyone was dressed up for the occasion, chandeliers were lining the interior with a gorgeous and sophisticated look, and the music was a fun K-Pop/dance vibe. Our table of three started with the Buddha Button (essentially a lemon drop martini with Deep Eddy's and a special flower that invigorates your taste buds to create a literal "party in your mouth"). Anything cold adds to the buzzing, vibrating energy; pair the flower with a cold cocktail and it's a phenomenal experience! We also had a bottle of white wine - it was to be expected: tasty. We tried the crab rangoons and thought they were a fun snack, although $21 for four rangoons was tough. I could've gone to Panda Express and gotten four for $3.99 and called it a day. Christine and I both had the Miso Sea Bass - easily the crowd favorite. Even though it was light, it was very flavorful with the sauce, mushrooms, and rice included in the meal. It was mostly filling, though charging $64 for that as the main entree is quite a big stretch. The crowd winner was our server, Maddie. She had amazing recommendations, a full understanding of the menu, and was very attentive and personable. Overall, fun experience! The price for the quantity of food makes it a dubious chance of returning, but A+ for the staff!

Chicken, chewy and mushy and not normal meat texture AT ALL. If they're "velveting" it, it's excessive and gross. Chicken Fried rice was okay. But so bland and mushy and wet. Also had the weird chicken in it. Peanut curry lunch. Tasted just like like peanut sauce covering everything. They forgot my egg roll so can't speak on those. The curry had a lot of the mushy chicken and almost no veggies. One broccoli, 3 large chunks of mostly raw red pepper. No peanuts. A few snow peas. Pad Thai. Not good. Weirdest and close to worst pad Thai I've ever had. It had a grainy texture to the sauce and was really thick and really bland but sweet all at once. Just a container of red mush noodles and red mush chicken. Why? I really can't understand what is happening. Is this like premade canned or frozen and super cheap so they're selling it? Pad Thai at better Thai restaurants isn't super hard to make and is much nicer. I am just super confused by it. It really reminded me of Thai cup of noodle microwave ramen-like food I've tried at Asian grocery stores. The gyoza were okay. A little harder and drier than we would have preferred and not crispy by their arrival. I could never order here again because we tried such a broad array and its quality was just horrible over all. Even the rice was mushy and very clearly not high quality jasmine rice. Nothing seemed Thai-like at all. Nothing was fresh, light, savory, or vibrant, all things I associate with food thai food. I'm sure with a few pivotal changes they could perk up the menu.

However, we were warmly greeted and seated by a gentleman who, I believe, was the owner. His hospitality set a welcoming tone for the evening. We decided to try a variety of appetizers, including samosas, papadi chaat, stuffed mushrooms, gobi Manchurian, and dal soup, as well as shrimp tandoori for our entrée. Every dish was exceptionally well-prepared--beautifully seasoned, flavorful, and thoughtfully presented. Each bite was truly delightful. As we enjoyed our meal, we couldn't help but wonder why the restaurant wasn't busier. Sukoon is one of those rare finds you want to see thrive: outstanding food, attentive service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. When we finished, the owner stopped by to ask if it was our first visit. We told him it was--but certainly not our last. Sukoon is an excellent addition to Denver's dining scene, and I hope more people discover this gem. Highly recommended.

Sadly, I received an email yesterday that Sukoon is closing its doors. We will miss your delicious…read morefood and wonderful hospitality. Thank you for hitting the spot in both the old location and this one. Wishing you well!
