I politely mentioned this to the food runner and was told it was mixed greens. Knowing the difference, I questioned it again and received the same response. When I later spoke with the server who took our order, she initially insisted it was mixed greens as well. After further discussion, she admitted that while the menu states mixed greens, the salad was not actually made with mixed greens. The issue wasn't the mistake itself--it was the lack of honesty and the way it was handled. What made the experience even more disappointing was that when my replacement meal arrived, I was told the staff in the back had been discussing the fact that I was returning the salad. I found that comment unprofessional and unnecessary. Guests should be able to raise legitimate concerns without feeling like they are being talked about. The food quality was also underwhelming. The person I dined with barely ate his meal. I ordered a veggie burger, which I only finished because I was hungry. The burger lacked flavor, and the kettle chips were cold. I understand that mistakes happen, but customer service is how those mistakes are recovered. Had someone simply acknowledged the issue and corrected it professionally, my experience would have been much different. Instead, I left disappointed by both the food and the service. I hope management reviews both the menu accuracy and how customer concerns are handled in the future.

When done right, their fries are fantastic, however this is a regular issue now. Also, they changed their burger in the past year, something I used to order a bunch, but not at all anymore. It used to be a grass fed patty and now they call this a wagyu blend, but it's awful and tasteless compared to the old one. Additionally, their wings (for some reason only when getting to-go) are either way over sauced, sitting in a pool of sauce and thus get soggy or they're under-sauced. The issue with the oil is really what gets me though. I'm guessing they're dragging it out longer before changing it to save money, but they're doing it at the cost of quality and now they've lost a regular customer. I may revisit next year, but not anytime soon. Employees are relatively friendly and service is ok, ambience is typical of a wing joint.

Likewise, I didn't claim the salmon *was* canned, I said my husband thought it tasted canned. It certainly was flaked and looked like it came straight out of a can. I'm glad the restaurant supports local producers, but unfortunately that still doesn't make this particular dining experience any better for us.

Just wanted to share my thoughts on this cool place I tried in Denver called Bonchon. Here's what we got: - Fried Wings and Drumsticks: Picked the spicy soy and spicy flavors. Man, these were good! Crispy on the outside and really juicy inside. The spicy ones had a kick but weren't too crazy. The soy ones were kinda sweet and salty, which was pretty awesome. - Beef Bulgogi: This was a well marinated beef dish that came with white rice. Super tasty and tender. It was really good and I'd totally order it again. - Pork Belly Bao: These little buns with pork belly in them were amazing. The pork was super soft and the whole thing just kind of melted in your mouth. Plus, the veggies in there made me feel a bit better about all the meat we were eating. The food was really great overall, everything tasted awesome and I was super full by the end. Also gotta give a shoutout to our server, Jill. She was running around like crazy since it was just her and the place was packed, but she did an amazing job. Kept the drinks coming and made sure we had everything we needed. Really friendly too, which made the whole dinner even better. So yeah, if you're in Denver and looking for some tasty Korean food, check out Bonchon. I've only been in denver a month but this is by far the best chicken spot out here so far. Been to 4 other locations and this is up there tied with San gabriel. Bonchons r generally not huge restuarants and this is no exception but this location is clean and state of the art by comparison...... the restroom mirrors will be a hit with the ladies. I've never seen a bonchon with a full bar so that's a plus and the drink menu is extensive. Get there before the grand opening or expect the long lines out the door to be even longer. I read a couple reviews and couldn't believe that people were complaining about the wait to get in or get food! They either haven't been to a restaurant in the first few months of opening or think they are far more important than they really are. Usually the bonchon clientele are really mellow, appreciative and understand the demand that bonchon receives so i'm shocked by what I read. To the owner..thank you for bringing the first bonchon to denver and making the restaurant so fun to eat at. Please don't listen to that comment about turning the music down, everyone I saw was having a blast. Thanks for being patient with some of these reviewers and don't change a thing. Oh man, Bonchon! If you've never been, you're seriously missing out on some of the best fried chicken ever. It's not just chicken; it's an experience. The moment you walk in, you get that awesome smell of garlic and spice, and you just know you're in for a treat. The star of the show, of course, is their Korean fried chicken. What sets it apart is that it's double-fried, which gives it this unbelievably thin, shatteringly crispy skin that somehow isn't greasy at all. Seriously, it's a masterpiece of texture. Then you've got the sauces - the Soy Garlic is this perfect balance of savory and sweet, and if you like a kick, the Spicy sauce delivers just the right amount of heat without being overwhelming. Both are incredible and coat every piece beautifully. You can get wings, drumsticks, or even boneless, and every option is fantastic. But Bonchon isn't just about the chicken. The owner deleted my previous review, how funny. Ordered some chicken wings and fried rice, later found a piece of hair in the food. I specifically mentioned that I was allergic to an ingredient in their katsu sauce, they put tons of that sauce in the bowl. Absolutely disgusting place, unclean and saw a worker WITHOUT A MASK ON in the store. Contacted the store, and the "manager" plays around and lies to his customers. Promised a refund but I never received it. I was later told that the "manager" I spoke with before wasn't a "manager". I guess this place doesn't care about their customers at all, they only care about getting your money. Look at the other negative reviews and how the manager responds to it, always defending himself and saying he's correct. What a nasty place. read more

Disgusting food, took my money and gave me a completely wrong order, found out when I got home, I am allergic to an ingredient of their katsu sauce and have specifically listed to not put sauce on everything, but found lots of sauce on my food. Absolutely terrible, not coming back ever again. The funny thing is, I called in 2 times to ask for a partial refund, and their so-called "manager" told me he "issued the refund", and after a week, I see nothing so I called them again, and the other "manager" told me there are "no refunds", and there's only one manager and she "doesn't know about this". No need to lie to your customers about a partial refund of 30 bucks, you could've just said "we don't offer refunds and don't care", might've worked better!! read more

The way she handled her self was unprofessional. I'm disappointed because before this experience I would have considered Bonchon my favorite restaurant. I was then told that I could only split the check 3 ways (we were planning on splitting it 6 ways). We then had to wait 45min+ for her to come back for the check :( while it was raining and we were outside. Overall a not so good experience. BonChon is a chain that is well known on the east coast and is known for their Korean fried chicken. Came here for lunch with a few coworkers and go the lunch special with two different sauces, the honey crunch and soy garlic. The soy garlic is super flavorful and probably their best flavor. The honey crunch barely had any flavor. The chicken was so good and crunchy where you can't go wrong. My coworkers got the boneless which was okay as well. We also got the kimchi bacon fried rice and omg was that one of the best kimchi fried rice I have ever had! Kudos for this place opening. Bonchon's chicken is always a winner! Every bite is bursting with flavor, and the portions are HUGE!! Yes, they are on the expensive side, but the exceptional quality justifies the cost! You must try their signature wings. Service could be a bit better as we had to ask for plates and spoons to eat our meal. But the biggest thing is go in a small group as this it's very cramped. Your going to be elbow to elbow and very up close and personal with the people around you which is good because the music is a bit too loud. But all in all a must try. read more

We ordered spring rolls, egg rolls, kung pao chicken and pepper chicken. The portions were big, the meat quality was good and tasty. The kung pao wasn't what I was expecting, but it was still yummy. The star here was the pepper chicken. I liked the spring roll better than the egg roll, which was bland, and the place could use a little love in terms of decor, but they got our food ready quickly and I would go back.

Refused to sell a side of sauce so they lost out on over $100 ticket and a Great Tip because the little girls Attitude. Called the Lone Tree Location and Zack had no issues accommodating an extra side of Sauce. These business now days need to keep earning our business and little issues like this lose companies a lot of money.
