Amazing first meal after landing in Colorado. I do admit, I was so confused walking in to the establishment. It appears to be hub for different restaurants, for customers to order and pick up when arrived. My group and I came in, ordered, then waited about 30 minutes for all the delicious food! Being away from home (Los Angeles), it was amazing to have some comfort food that tastes just how I imagined them to be. The lechon kawali plate was the perfect combination of different dishes. It surely satisfied my craving. Every dish we got was delicious. I also got calamasi juice. Walking in, we were able to dine-in in the lobby waiting area, as there were 2 tables available. The server from Paborito was so nice and accommodating. Overall, great experience

Paborito has been on my radar for a while and I finally got to try it before they moved to their new location. This is a new favorite of ours and has some of the best Filipino food I have had in Colorado in a hot minute. We had their adobo at the AAPI festival and we were blown away by how tasty it was that we had to stop by the same weekend to try their menu. The Bbq chicken was so good. The flavors were popping off our tongues. The lechon was very crispy and the sauce was one of our faves. The rice was very delicious and paired well with each dish. It is quite pricey but you get a lot of food. I do like that they give you a good pairing of meat to rice ratio. Cannot wait to see what else they add to their menu now that they're at a bigger kitchen.

Love being able to get Filipino food! The chicken inasal and lumpia were great. The pancit palabok was okay - kind of soggy, too much sauce. Unfortunately, it took about 40 mins to get the food, so I don't think we'll come back.

When you go there .... It's basically a "to-go lobby" where multiple restaurants share the to -go space. You can order online or call them and you would pick up your food here. There is one small area to stay and eat your food but there are only 3 tables and when we were there a huge family put the tables together. Lucky for us they were leaving. The food had great portions. There was enough for 3 days of leftovers. I really liked the palabok and the tapa flakes.

You use the kiosk to order food. It's a shared kitchen with many restaurants operating at the back. The counter serves as the counter for all these eateries. It's in a shady spot behind a marijuana plant. Only one table for seating inside a a couple outside. Best if preorder and pickup. No one is having a full service candlelight meal here. There's a guy outside holding a wrench waiting - watch out for your vehicle belonging - he doesn't seem to be offering to tune your engine. The food was good. We drove 10 mins away and food was already cold and a bit soggy. Flavor is still great. The Pancit is realy salty. Love the lechon kawaii with the rice. The lumpia flavor is good but it's not served hot - cold when we had it.

Omg yum!! Everything was delicious, from the KFC to the porridge. The pan it was a bit flavorless and the noodles were overcooked. But seeing as how fabulous the rest of the meal was, still gets five stars from me! It's a building with 15 or so other restaurants, there is a small dining area with three tables. And a QR code to order from. Took about 30 minutes to get the food, it was also kind of expensive. But for the quality and portion size, it's totally valid.

I ate some of it before the photo oops! So purple ( it's a natural not artificial color) and yummy! Ube cheesecake!

We just just came from the Denver botanical gardens and were starving ! I was craving Filipino food and was wondering if Denver had any. This place was amazing! I was surprised it wasn't a restaurant just take out. My white husband loved the lumpia, his chicken inasal and ube cheesecake! We washed down all this amazing food with the super tropical calamansi limeade!! Can't wait to pickup food from there again! I would have taken more photos of the beautiful food that we were starving and we devoured it as soon as we came home.

Great food! just too far from Downtown Denver. Need a better place with AC. I will try different menu next time.

It's not close from my southeast Denver house at all but I make the trip to go here when I crave for good/quality bbq. Service is (in my frankest sense) solid and this restaurant has never failed in that regard. I always see the same lady manning the front. Her demeanor and speech are always consistent where her professionalism is her strong attribute. Quality is of utmost importance at any restaurant and this place is consistent in that regard as well. Today, I had pulled pork (about 6oz; by the way, you get to pick how much you want as you pay by the weight.) To accompany my meat, I got the Elote Salad and the Jalapeno Corn Bread. These created the perfect combination of balanced breakfast (yup, it was past 11am but it was my first meal of the day!!) It truly filled me up. The ambiance is of a typical bbq place. It's small and yet with the symbiotic relationship with the brewery right next door, the current space size justifies. The customers from said brewery come and get food as "eat-in" to take their plates back to the brewery to eat while brewing themselves up (lol!) Businesses co-exist/co-mingle/co-operate. We all help each other. I am giving my solid high five to Pit Fiend today. This place has my heart.

I also really liked that you could order in super small sizes such as 1 or 2 ribs and smaller than 1/4 lbs. of meat, really any size you'd like (I'm not sure how low it goes) this is awesome. GET THE COWBOY CANDY FOR $1!* *That is if you like sweet heat. It's a generous amount of jalapenos that are candied. One cup is enough for multiple people, IMO. You can bring your BBQ right over the Out Mutual Friend and they have a nice patio area right outside of Pit Fiend. Grab you a beer and chow down! For me, the sides were not a hit. The coleslaw tasted like it had sesame oil, or something, which wasn't necessarily a "bad" taste, but it's not the crisp, refreshing coleslaw I like to have to cut the already oily meats. It's too much, too heavy, and I could not come close to finishing it with the rest of my meal. I feel like the should change their oil-based recipe to something without oil. The elote I did not like, either. I tried the pit beans and those were fine. The cucumbers I feel are ridiculously priced at $5 for a 4oz cup, when an entire cucumber is $0.89. I understand it's a business, but to mark up a few pieces of cucumbers that high is wild to me. The sauces were, ok. The few I tried really didn't taste different from each other. I'm used to very clearly distinctly different BBQ sauces, especially when they go through that effort to explain them all on the sign/sheet of paper that is too hard on the eyes and long to read. A more aesthetically pleasing presentation of the explanations would be nicer to look at. The burnt ends sell out FAST! We were there pretty early, though it was on a Saturday afternoon around 2-3pm-ish, I believe, and they were already out! And the pit is right out front!
