He helped craft the perfect experience, allowing me to customize both the menu and specialty cocktails for the night. There were so many amazing options to choose from, but we ultimately selected the pandesal, kinilaw, and sisig as appetizers. All were absolutely delicious and the perfect start to the meal. The crab fat noodles were the highlight of the evening and completely unforgettable. The lechon and laing were equally outstanding, packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. What made the night even more special was seeing how much all of my guests enjoyed the experience. Friends flew in from Los Angeles, Palm Springs, and San Diego, and every single one of them are serious foodies who appreciate great dining experiences. They were all blown away by the flavors, creativity, and execution of every dish that came out of the kitchen. The cocktails were superb from start to finish, and all of my guests especially loved taking the Tito Boy shot together! Every detail of the night felt thoughtful and intentional.
