Had an early dinner here the other day and everything was super tasty. Service was really friendly and fast too. We had the takoyaki which came very hot off the grill and so yummy! Udon and spring salad with fried chicken strips were good too. Popcorn shrimp had a bit too much breading but were crunchy and tasty with their spicy creamy sauce served on the side. I was excited to check this place out. I had it in my places to go list for about a month. Earlier today I was running an errand in the area and decided to check it out. I walked in and was immediately greeted. The ambiance of the place was quite basic but it looked inviting. After being seated, I looked over the menu. I was shocked at the prices! To be honest, I was actually about to walk out and get 2 prime rib dinners for less than it was to get chicken and some beef here. However, to save embarrassment, I stuck it out. The chicken and onion rings came quickly. Unfortunately, the chicken looked nothing like the picture on the menu. The chicken, although very large had tons of sauce on it. I thought for sure that I was going to get sick from eating it due to the amount of sauce they used. Sauce has a lot of sugar and I'm currently monitoring my sugar intake. In any case, the food was ok and the rings were tasty as well. Regrettably, the onion rings gave me heartburn even several hours later. My total bill with no drinks ordered came to $45. I gave the guy $50. For what I paid, I would have expected way better tasting chicken. I will not be returning to this place. I'm sorry. I wish they would lower their prices. We came here for lunch. We ordered the potstickers (8 pieces) half and half (soy garlic and spicy) for our appetizer. They were hot in temperature and super crispy. I like the spicy flavor better than the soy garlic. I got the three Korean tacos with spicy chicken and the chicken had good flavor but was overdone and tough. My spouse got 10 chicken wings (half and half) with pickled radish. His wings were supposed to be all flats but came out as flats and drummies. He thought they were over done. He didn't like the pickled radish. (It is an acquired taste) I tried one spicy flat and I thought it was really good. It was nice and crispy moist and spicy. I also enjoyed the pickled radish. The fried chicken wings are the crunchiest and tastiest I have ever had. Onions rings were perfect as well. I really liked the marinated radish dish--perfect complement to the meal. "Jackson" was a great help in ordering and was a very attentive server. Really enjoyed the jazz music playing in the background as well. Was greeted by Lauren very warmly when walked in. I ordered the Bulgogi and korean fried chicken wings and they were very delicious. Bulgogi comes in a hot plate and is loaded with beef and veggies, served with rice. Ask for siracha if you would look to spice it up a bit. The chicken wings were very flavorful and most importantly, very crispy. I would recommend the yangnyeom flavor if you're looking for something different than the traditionals. Also had the Korean Tacos a must order for sure. The Bulgogi marinated ribeye were our favorite. Size portion is plenty to share. Staff was very friendly and helpful, explaining the dishes and flavors. This is a fast food style with table service and very clean establishment. If you love crispy wings, this is the place for you. There are a few around town, this is the one I went to. Hopefully they are all just like this. The food and service here were absolutely amazing. I am a vegetarian, so I got the tofu bibimbap and it was amazingly flavorful and filling. My friends got the japchae, Tteok-bokki, and both boneless and boned chicken. You could hear every bite they took due to how crispy it was. Needless to say, they were silent the entire meal as they ate because of how good it was. The staff was kind and attentive, and the food/drinks came out quick. She said sure but she never came out to let me know. 20mins past, I go in to check and I see my order just sitting on the counter behind her. As I head to my car for a 30min drive home, I realized the bag was very light for the amount I paid (it was just the side dishes). I go back in to let them know and Lauren unapologetically hands me the other bag and goes back to talking to the other staff member. Not asking for anyone to be reprimanded but for management to read this and better train your staff. To Lauren: pls be more detail oriented and empathetic to your future customers. My first time trying this Korean chain and I am a hooked!! It's fast casual at it's finest and was pleased with the quality and taste profile of each dish. It's been probably a year since I almost ate at Bonchon and then forgot it existed, well, thanks to this place randomly showing up in a Yelp search earlier I found myself here for lunch today. From the outside, this place looks like a two story restaurant thats absolutely massive, but from the inside it looks like a pretty normal place with really high ceilings, which I actually liked. We came here around 1:00PM and were greeting by a friendly gentleman working the counter who had us take a seat and brought us menus and water. The menu here consists primarily of asian fusion style entrees with some sides and chicken wings on the back of the menu (which is the main reason I'm here). I had to start my meal off with some Pork Buns which had a bit of a special take on them. These pork buns were basically tacos with bao buns instead of taco shells, which was a super cool way to eat these bad boys (I'm fully aware what I said, but since the bao was holding it like a taco, I was able to say that). My main course is what I was really there for, some soy garlic Korean fried chicken wings! Breaded chicken wings are basically my favourite thing, and these wings did not let me down. The soy garlic sauce on these wings was super duper tasty and the wings themselves were juicy and a pretty good size, which is basically the perfect combo. Best wings in the city? Sadly, no, but I did think they were fantastic. Overall, Bonchon is a great place to go for some Korean fried chicken wings, or wings in general. The restaurant itself is clean and had super friendly staff while the food was delicious. Will I be back? Oh yeah, because I will never stop eating chicken wings. read more

Absolutely love the Korean fried chicken here! I usually get the spicy and soy garlic wings as well as a side of pickled radish and fries. They've got a bunch of other menu options which makes it hard to choose from so it's great to visit with a group to sample everything. The staff is always friendly and does their best to provide great service. The biggest downfalls are that this is the only location in Vegas, the restaurant is small with limited indoor space, and the wait can be awhile for both dine in and take out. Typically when I do take out, the order is often 10-20 minutes past the time it says it should be ready by. Additional locations or more staff would be a huge help, but otherwise I highly recommend trying this place! read more

The restaurant is very clean and well organized, although it is kind of on the smaller size. I believe it has about 6 tables which seat about 4 people per table on the inside, they have a outside seating area which seems to be a lot more spacious. The parking lot is pretty big, shared with a few other restaurants and is in a plaza. The restroom is very well maintained and very clean. It is a private bathroom so it is only you inside at one time. The service was good, but not excellent. You are seated promptly, (self seating) and your given a menu and when your drink are brought out is when your order is taken. Everything till this point was spot on but when the food came, it seamed like the waitress was more interested in talking to the other employees then checking in on how we are doing. I had ordered the Bull Dak which came out sizzling and was very good. The flavor came on sweet and followed up with a spicy kick. Although it cold have been a bit spicier for my taste. I think the majority of people would be very happy with the spice level. It also came with a cup of white rice as a side dish, which was good for plain rice, moist and fluffy and a good consistency. I also ordered the Korean taco fora appetizer with spicy chicken. The tacos were also really good but lacked in the spicy taste to me they tasted very mild and not spicy at all. Overall I was very pleased with my meal here. My friend ordered the seasoned fries and a 10 piece chicken wing plate which comes with coleslaw. Everything she ordered was also very good. The seasoned fries were very good and not over seasoned at all or to salty. The chicken wings did king of come out on the drier side and not very moist. But that being said the flavors were excellent and very well put together. She was also very happy with her dish's. The restaurant also carries Pepsi products no coke products. You will never get disappointed with their food time to time that we ordered so many times, and the consistency and the quality of the chicken delivered was outstanding. There's no one else makes the Korean chicken the way they do. I love that they have variety and other sauce as an option but it's the quality that makes us keeps coming back for more. We also order from them from our company, party birthdays, and just for every day meal, you gotta try their chicken it's delicious. you can also order boneless bone in or chicken strips. My reasoning for a five star review: Bonchon chicken wings are unique. Very crunchy and interesting flavors. Since it was my first time here, I went with the server's suggestion of half/half garlic soy/spicy. I did this to taste the originals. Both were yummy! Hard to describe the spicy wing. The heat does build as you eat the wings and definitely stays with you for a bit. I tried a soy wing first then dove into the spicy using the coleslaw to neutralize the heat on my pallet before finishing the soy garlic wings. In my opinion, it would be tough to eat more than 5 of either sauced wing. Next time I will try the two alternate sauces. If you have never been to Bonchon, stop by to enjoy the crunch and flavor of their wings! read more

First I want to say me and my wife have had Bonchon for a lot of times since they first open and we always enjoyed it. Anyways. It's Thursday, 06/25, around 16:30 and I came to pick up my online order. Some 15 drumsticks, some radish and some coleslaw. The cost is $51, $61 after the tip. The front man is not coming up to greet me. There is one customer eating at a far table where the old entrance used to be and 2 waiting for their order next to the fridge. The young guy is coming out of the kitchen with an order for one of the people waiting, no "Hello man" not nothing. I'm right in front of him, at the counter/bar. He's going back, after couple of minutes he's coming back and handing it to me , I thank him and leave. Traffic is crazy, 40 minutes to home. I hand my wife the order, she's telling me it's not ours. She's calling the store telling them I'm coming back. The guy is telling her "Yes, the food (your order) is waiting for you". My wife is telling them we will need a new, fresh order of drumsticks, we don't want cold food. After another 35 minutes driving I get there, give them the wrong order and the guy is excusing himself for handing me out the wrong order. I wait 3-4 minutes and he's giving me the new order. I get home after another 30 minutes and realize the drumsticks are the old ones and have just been deep fried one more time. Instead of being juicy as we have always know them to be, this time they're stringy and dry. The soy and garlic are not as bad as the Yangnyeom ones we also bought.The radishes and coleslaw are actually good. I called the store asking to speak with a manager, the guy is telling me the manager is not there and he's the person in charge. We want a full refund. Because of the quality food. Because the guy said to my wife we will be compensated somehow and when home found it was a box of coleslaw. I mean is this satire? Are you being funny? For a $51 order? For a $10 tip? For 2 hours of my time driving? For the gas money I spent? For the fact that we moved out of our countries so we won't be treated like this? So again, I want a full refund. The fact that we won't use your business anymore is understood. We are sorry because we had good/amazing food over the years and , at times, it lifted our spirit. We're just sorry. It did look a little burnt in certain parts before I reheated it ... anyway the sauce is good but for the price I was disappointed that some of the wings were soooo tiny, like no meat at all while other pieces were well sized. I moved here from California and very enjoy and loved Bonchon back in Cali. Would go like almost every week so I was very happy to see they have a location in Vegas. Unfortunately, this location does not live up to the franchise's standard. My chicken wings came out very dark and overcooked. (Dark batter wings is an indication that they don't change the oil enough). And also, they overcooked my wings so they were dry on the inside. Also, not sure if it a change across all location but this location does not have the wings that are attached to the drumstick and wingtip. I really do love Bonchon so I will give this location another try next time. I am hoping that it was a fluke. read more

We came to try the wings. We were not disappointed! Every bite we took had a great nice crunch to it. The wings were nicely flavored, not over sauced. We had their seasoned fries and pot stickers and all were tasty! I did enjoy both flavors but I did hear the family at the other table who said the soy garlic wings were the best.
