Whenever someone is visiting out of town, this is the top 3 places I ALWAYS reccommend for them to try. This place has set a standard for me for fusion burger spots. I have been a returning customer to this business since they were only a food truck and as soon as I heard that they finally got a place, I went to their first location immediately. This place just does their burgers so good that I tell people it'll change their minds on how burgers should be. The inside of the business is very steet, Japanese Anime style. It plays Anime and gaming streams while you're dining. Definitely great for groups and parties. The item I am always returning to this spot for is the Tamago burger. They serve their burger medium cooked and they will ask you all the time if thats ok. The tamago burger consists of a teriyaki patty with a fried egg, wasabi aoli, and fried onion pieces. I usually get this as a combo and I usually get it as the regular seasoned fries (it has garlic powder and togarashi). Always gotta dip the fries in their "crack sauce"! The staff has always been great, has helped my parents on ordering on the past and answered their questions, always great to hear "tip jelly!" We came in on a weekday before noon so the lunch rush wasn't quite here yet. We got our food fairly fast (less than 10 min): 2 combos, Kinoko "Mushroom" Burger Combo (4.5/5) and Fuku "Lucky" Burger Combo (5/5). Both of their burgers tastes clean and doesn't leave a greasy feel after eating like fast food places, probably due to freshly sourced ingredients. I loved their signature Fuku Burger because it was a perfect blend of flavors from a juicy cheeseburger with rich sauces, pickled onions, lettuce, tomatoes. Their burger buns are tender so they do tend to fall apart, which I didn't mind. I really really wanted to like this place but unfortunately something must be wrong with my tastebuds or something. I ordered the Katsu crispy chicken. Honestly, I think the panko breading took away from the chicken. It was ok but there was just a lot going on. I think my tastebuds got confused. My hubby ordered the Tamago Egg Burger. He said it was good. The thing for sure is, they surely do NOT skimp on anything. The Burger and chicken sandwich were huge and full of great things but I think it was just too over the top for us. The burgers are huge, I had to cut mine in half in order to eat it. They are handmade American burgers with Japanese toppings and sauces. It's a great spot especially if you love anime. I was blessed to have Sailor Moon playing on the tv during my visit. The walls are covered with anime and they have a section for local artists to display their work. They have a game wall for patrons to use while you wait. The birders are made to order, and they are cooked to a medium temperature. They give you the option of providing your name or spinning the wheel with preset names for ordering. I ordered the #2 tamago. It's topped with a runny egg, furikake, crispy onion straws, teriyaki sauces and wasabi mayo. It's accompanied by a generous order of their seasoned fries and house made secret sauce. I'm not a huge fries person, but theirs were seasoned and crispy. The burger was cooked to the exact medium temperature and was so juicy. The wasabi mayo was barely noticeable as it was paired well with the teriyaki and egg. Midway through I had to remove the bun to finish eating the burger. We had Fuku burger once at some event several yrs ago and remembered the burger was really good. So after seeing it on food paradise last night we decided to take a 25 min trip to try it again. Honestly we really wanted to love the burgers, I had the Fuku and my husband had the Buta burger. Food came about 10 mins or so, burgers are good size, juicy and I like that the buns don't break apart. The burgers are just ok it was a somewhat on the bland side for us and after halfway thru the topping on my fuku burger got a little overwhelming, the fries was nice and crispy but could have used more seasoning but we did enjoy the fries w the crack sauce. Service was great the cashier was nice and friendly. Although few of the tables needed a wipe down, the ambiance inside is pretty cool. It's a casual burger place. Nice big parking lot. When we came on a Friday night just before 6pm, we beat the crowds I think. Ordering at the counter, the cashier was really nice. Explained the menu and offered her recommendations. They also have you pick a funny name to go with your order (they have a wheel too to help you pick one in case you don't have one ready haha). There was some seating indoors and outdoors. The outdoor one is like a patio shared with the neighboring Suzuya bakery. My experience was totally ruined by something that should've been easily preventable. I went to put the lid on my drink, and the flimsy cup literally exploded--soda went everywhere. I'm not much for spicy, so I was a bit nervous about the Wasabi Mayo, but to my relief, it was not spicy at all. Couldn't really even tell there was an element of spice actually, which I enjoyed. The Fuku Fries on the otherhand, beware, they are spicy. It seems they are seasoned with cayenne pepper and the crack sauce had an element of spice to it as well. The fries were extremely flavorful and the texture was amazing, though. Do expect a wait time for your food to be freshly prepared. Ours took just shy of 15 minutes to be prepared and delivered. We loved sitting on the covered and very comfortable dog friendly patio. Great first visit and we're looking forward to returning for some more delicious food. read more

The supporting cast of the burger like the egg and onion strings were really good but imo I feel like there's a bit too much sauce. You have to be an anime pop culture fan to work here. So, it's great to be able to talk about series and the recent conventions that are hosted in town. I also love that they give recommendations to make your meal more tasty. I am obsessed with their pickled onions. I always ask for extra on the side to add to my burgers. I have tried one of each so far. I love the spicy one, or any one that has the pickled veggies on top. We also like to get their fancy fries as well to share as a group. Their burgers are juicy and wonderfully savory and saucy. If you want a clean eating experience, this burger will not be it. It's a sloppy joyous time! I also adore the little raffle wheel they have.
