Think long and hard about using this place if that's how they treat customers and patients. The one time we needed them, they turned their back on us. And don't believe whatever they say in their response about not having the facilities to treat him if he needed overnight care, I begged them to see us and they wouldn't even examine him to see what was wrong. Completely devastated, I took him to an internal medicine specialist in Boston upon the advice of friends and thousands of dollars later I was told he was misdiagnosed and simply had a virus. One year and many tests later, he is completely fine. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way this vet treated my case was completely unprofessional for someone in the medical field. There was no acknowledgement of possible error and the staff had a terrible bedside manner. I spoke to multiple veterinarians about this case and the consensus was that they jumped the gun on the diagnosis and should have been more careful. I waited a year to leave this review because I didn't want to write an emotionally charged response but even after all this time I am upset by the situation. I wish I had never taken my dog here. Absolute insanity. They know you love your dog and use that to take your money, especially during an emergency. My dog couldn't eat due to the abscess and they still kept her waiting for two days before surgery. When you question the price they just offer financing.
