He said he was coming at 5, then was running late but communicated he would still be there as soon as he could. This man came at 930 at night--when most people would've already been home in bed, and said I'm going to keep my word and I told you I would come so if it's still okay and not too late I'm 10 mins away.... He showed up; Diagnosed everything, gave us a temp fix overnight, sent me a quote (since we needed a new system), then called me the next morning to tell me he found the equipment for slightly less and got me an even lower price! And is replacing the unit the next day. Wow... aside from being super professional, he was honest and very knowledgeable. I had two other quotes done out of due diligence (which I do for every big job or contract work), and he also gave us the best pricing. So I would highly, highly recommend John and his company. David and team arrived in a terrible thunderstorm to check out my water heater (I couldn't re-light the pilot myself after several attempts and had no idea why it went out in the first place).
