He showed up with his partner to access our situation and took his time to troubleshoot. The work required extra work and he personally took that on to work with the manufacturer. He communicated effectively with every step of that process and when we ran into issues, he suggested alternatives. He recommended we replace our handler and condenser with a larger unit to compensate for the extra room, plus our equipment was nearing the end of it's life cycle age wise. It just constantly felt like it was running to make the house cold. He also added a supply and return in the small addition. We had the system put in during October 2022. Joe and his team are always extremely knowledgeable and a really nice group of people. Joe has an after hours messaging center which is 24 hours, and his team is always well equipped. Joe himself even came out a couple of times to help us with things. We are very pleased with the work and promptness that Joe and his team provide.
