I tried Bonefish Grill for the first time and thought it was okay. They have a large space so we were seated right away. Our server was friendly but I could tell he was juggling a lot but handled it the best he could. The food was a bit too salty for my taste but I did enjoy the scallop and shrimp scampi pasta.

Pros: Nice decor Large menu, both drinks and entrees Bang Bang shrimp was tasty Cons: My Florida Cobb salad was so bland, even with the citrus vingagrette Calamari wasn't crispy and lacked flavor The restaurant wasn't busy at all, but we were essentially ignored by our server. He only did the bare minimum to help us The Eggs Benedict had hard boiled rather than poached eggs Pro tip: There are so many great food options in the area. Skip this place unless you just want a drink.

Awesome experience. Bonefish is well known for their dish called "Bang Bang Shrimp" and the appetizer did not disappoint. My husband had the blacken chicken egg rolls and enjoyed them very much. The menu itself was plentiful. You had options on top of options with a flare of creativity!! I loved the flexibility. For the entrees, my husband ordered the chimichurri bistro fillet with a side a mushroom risotto, kung pao brussels sprouts. I ordered chilean Seabass with chimichurri sauce, a side of broccoli and whipped mashed potatoes. My husband's food was DELICIOUS. The kung pao Brussel sprouts was the favorite. I love roast brussels sprouts in general, but the Kung pow sauce elevated the brussels sprouts for me. The Seabass was cooked to perfection as well light, fluffy and tender. The chimichurri sauce was a perfect compliment to the sea bass. When we have a good meal, we always want dessert. We had their apple cider cheesecake and bourbon brownie. The cheesecake was delicious out of love for the apples to be sautéed versus raw because the garnishments that were like a cookie crust gave me the crunch that I needed so having them sautéed would've been better for me. For the bourbon brownie, warm and delicious would've been great if there was ice cream however they were out of ice cream. Shout out to our waitress Allison who was amazing. She provided a great experience and made awesome recommendations. I will definitely request her when we visit next time. Another shout out to the manager Andrew he was very proactive on the dining room floor serving with a smile making sure everyone is having a good experience. The ambience was an overall vibe. From the time you came in, you can already see that there was guest, enjoying their meals. People being served, the AC temperature was comfortable, not overbearing. As the evening rolled in and the dining room activity picked up the romantic vibe settled in made it very intimate and cozy. My husband had the smoked bourbon and enjoyed both of them. I had the blueberry refresher which was very refreshing.

The same high standard of all Bonefish Grills. The food was excellent! We had bang bang shrimp for appetizers and I had the mahi-mahi. That lemon butter sauce with capers is wowza! A fun evening with great food, served rapidly and hot! Enjoy a family evening out here!

Definitely one of the better meals we've had at our most visited BFG. The cocktails, Blackberry Sangria and Negroni were both excellent. The bread with Pesto Olive oil was warm crusty and soft inside, perfect. The old reliable Bang Bang Shrimp never disappoints. Orange Roughy Oscar style with asparagus and crab, while I had the Rockefeller Butterfish Oscar style with creamy Parmesan Risotto. We are probably the most delicious and satisfying meals we've ever had at BFG. Everything was cooked to absolute perfection. The service was top notch and the dining room is spacious and comfortable.

Went to Bone fish for Easter today. Food was awful.... Shrimp was raw sent back, steak fillet was disgusting over cooked . Service was bad ..wasn't crowded, will never go back again. Sorry to say what a waste of money, poor quality all the way around. Raw Shrimp

If you haven't been to the Bonefish grill in Cary for a while, you need to check it out. They upgraded the dining area. It is modern, comfortable, and a tad too dim. I'm glad I checked it out since the menu is way better than I remember. Plus the employees (including the manager) are incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. I particularly like the bang bang shrimp and ahi tuna. Most recently we enjoyed the bang bang shrimp tacos accompanied by fries. I should have swapped the fries for chips though. Their seasoned tortilla chips are delicious and crisp. Dine in or order takeout. The website is easy to read and use for online orders. Ample parking is available, but the areas closest to the restaurant may be taken. Took us a while of driving around to find a spot further away (but easily walkable). Overall, we had a positive experience here and recommend this restaurant to others!

With that being said, the waitstaff was incredibly sweet regarding my cranky 2 year old. They gave us a crayon and paper, and suggested great dishes for her. We started out with a very friendly server, although after a while, he maybe got a little too attentive. It seemed he liked to recommend the most expensive items on the menu. When my mom tried to order the lamb clay pot, he pushed pretty adamantly to order the lamb chops instead, which she regretted afterwards. We also didn't love how we got a ticket for our to-go food to pick up at the front - it seemed odd and unnecessary. Onto the food... which was delicious. We started with the greek village salad and peach salad special. The greek salad was delicious - huge piece of feta on top with fresh vegetables, good olive oil and herbs. The peach salad was also delicious - goat cheese and balsamic glaze always gets me. For entrees, I got the shrimp saganaki - shrimp were large and nicely cooked, and the tomato sauce was fresh and flavorful. Must have been same tomato sauce as the kids tomato pasta, which was also delicious. My husband got the wagyu beef cheeks, which were so tender. My mom got the lamb chops, which were very overcooked, but still tasty. Overall, the food was good and the service was nice, but maybe a little excessive. *Greek Village salad: heirloom tomatoes, peppers, red onion, cucumber, olives, feta, maldon, olive oil, oregano *Peach salad (special): NC peaches, heirloom tomatoes, spring mix, goat cheese, roasted walnuts, balsamic glaze *Shrimp Saganaki: tomato sugo, feta *Lamp Chops: rosemary rubbed, lemony potatoes, charred lemon *Wagyu Beef Cheeks *Kids Tomato Pasta

Special orders are even do-able if you call or visit their website and tell them, they might be able to pick it up on their next trip. Shrimp, scallops, seafood, and, on this day . . . crawfish cakes . . . The crawfish cakes were fine. I'm not sure I'd get them again, but not because they weren't good, but because they were too salty for me and after the third bite, it was too much. If that's not an issue for you, then these would be a win. Along with the those, I picked up about a half-pound of the fresh shrimp. The fish and shrimp are in coolers and they weigh them on the spot. The nice thing is being able get them in the amount that works for you -- even by the individual shrimp or by the scallop. She asked where we would feel most comfortable sitting! The restaurant is situated in an adorable little house! There were a few small rooms indoors and two diff outdoor areas! We chose to try indoors to begin with! I had already called in advance cause I have a pretty severe allergy I needed to make sure they could change things and accommodate for! They were more than happy to be able to do so as everything is made per order! My aunt knows I love a good sangria and wherever we go she always inquires immediately if they have it! They didn't BUT Zoe came right back over, asked how I like my sangria and with what type of wine and said they could make me one! Shortly thereafter we had met Han, the manager, what a delightful and respectable manager who knows how to handle any and all situations! We had now decided we would like to sit outside even tho it was very hot out! She said let me get your things and she then said how about this little private room indoors as she wanted us most comfortable! Even tho my puppy is a service animal the only other couple in that room made a stink immediately and I said let's just go sit outside under the fans and on the deck! Han brought everything out asked about drinks as I had decided to cancel mine but on second thought decided I'd have one! She asked if I like it on the sweeter side etc! Not only was it delicious but the waitress upon bringing it over let me know immediately it was on the house! The food wasn't rushed but came in a very nice and timely manner and with beautiful presentations and the taste of everthing from our appetizers to our mains was of the highest quality! Zoe, Han and even the person who poured our water were the nicest as was the other couple sitting on the patio with us! Overall I'd give MCAsian Cuisine a five star rating and can't wait to return on my next trip to see my Aunt and I know she can't wait to return even before then! Thank you Han, Zoe and everyone at MCAsian! You have set the bar high!

They have made great use of the wide porch with my favorite authentic French bistro chairs for outdoor dining or indoors there is a good use of space & atmosphere. This is a family owned dining experience where the husband is the chef, nephew is a waiter & wife at the hostess desk getting to know old & new customers. I hope I can become a regular! The food was superb!! The tempura asparagus was so light & crispy with a tasty sauce. Flambé manchego cheese (who doesn't love a table side fire show;) the tenderloin beef dish was so tender & I enjoyed learning the Vietnamese use the lime juice with salt to use as a sauce. The truffle fries were light & airy. I LOVE fried food did but very few chefs seem to use a good oil & have a light touch with it anymore! The baguette was good. We had the coconut cake & banana Foster's pudding with the very tasty whiskey sauce really filled us up. The ambience is friendly & upscale in a comfortable fashion. I enjoyed interacting with Van & tired a new lemonichello drink that was very much to my liking. There is a wide selection of sake both filtered & unfiltered & an extensive wine selection as well. Also, scotch & port are well represented. I love a full spectrum bar! Van allowed me to try an additional starch Vietnamese potatoes. We will definitely return!!
