Third time to this restaurant, first two times were excellent four stars. Fast forward to 8/29/21, ordered a cocktail at the bar and it was one of the best drinks I've ever had. I ordered the tuna with two sides, one of which was broccoli. One bite of the broccoli and I had to spit it out, it was rancid, and had yellow and black rotting decay. I was very quite and respectfully asked the bartender to take it off my bill. Her exact words, " well, I had some earlier and it was fine, hmmm!" It probably would have been more acceptable if she would've just went ahead and called me a liar. I tried to call the manager a few days later just to give them a heads-up, I was placed on hold and they never picked up. We had the most awful dinner, EVER. Both my wife and I had the salmon special crabmeat. Crabmeat 'fresh' from the can, tasted disgusting. The 'fresh' veggies barely thawed. Our friend was literally served a handful of rice with more 'fresh' veggies. Half the menu items were missing. No chicken, no pasta sauce. This was my first time at Bonefish Grill, I have seen them before but have never stopped. My mother and I decided to have lunch there. It was very good!! Our server Chris was very attentive, and friendly ( he was also new to the restaurant, after talking with him). We had the White Sangria which was very good, an appetizer the Imperial Dip, which we took home so we would eat our main course. I had the Wood Grilled Salmon with Mango Salsa, with Jasmine Rice and sautéed Spinach. The salmon was grilled very well, not dry, the salsa had a lot of flavor to it. I was very happy with my choice! My mom had Crab Crusted Cod with Coleslaw and Mashed Potatoes, the cod with crab topping was creamy and delicious! The mashed potatoes where whipped just right. The coleslaw was nothing special but was still good. We would definitely return to the Bonefish Grill, I hope to try a different entree next time. Very nice decor, at first it appears dark but, the large windows brings in a lot of light. Friendly hostesses and staff service. I especially like how management visits' your table shortly after your food arrives. Anything not correct is changed out immediately. My husband and I ordered their dinner for two. Fixed menu and pricing for a three course meal all for $50! We started off with their signature appetizer Bang Bang shrimp then two entrées: lobster stuffed shrimp and bacon butter jam Norwegian salmon and then finishing with fresh key lime pie! Our dinner was amazing! Fresh, fresh, fresh seafood! It was so tender and flavorful! I ordered their corn chowder and lump crab soup. OMG! I absolutely love their corn chowder and lump crab soup. In the cream chowder fish broth you could taste the milk coming out of the corn. Just the hint of heat, but all the goodness blended perfectly together: corn, potatoes, tender lump crab and spices. Deliciousness! And don't forget their in-house made key lime pie! Yum, yum! It's inspired me to make one when we return home.... The best service we have had in a long time! Not specifically just at Bonefish, but at any restaurant! Our server was a nice young man in his 20's, who was patient, kind, and engaging. He made us feel right at home in a restaurant we do not frequently visit. It was a relief honestly, because you never know who you are going to get and how the experience will be with somewhere you don't go regularly. Not only did we, the adults (my husband and I) have a great experience but our five year old did as well! Our server interacted with him and entertained him right there at the table as we were finishing our meal. He told us to take our time right from the beginning until we left. And he meant it! He checked on us at regular intervals too. It was just a perfect and most enjoyable experience. Added bonus, he let us eat as much bread as we wanted! Usually you don't get but one loaf and have to what seems like pull teeth to get anymore. Please note this review is (obviously) about the service. As far as food goes, it was nothing out of the ordinary or to write home about. But 10/10 would visit again just for the incredible service from that guy! Anyway!! Thank you to the best server ever! We ordered delivery, just not good at all. Overcooked, tasteless and old seafood...just inedible. The pork chop was so tough it was like cutting through leather with a blunt knife, not that there was any meat, just fat and bone. The mashed potatoes were decent in the face of everything else though. We had throw the food away for fear of food poisoning. I wouldn't order here again until they can confirm that they have reassessed what is happening in their kitchen because the quality was more than questionable and not even worth a fraction of what they charge...in fact, if I were them I wouldn't DARE to charge anyone AT ALL! I have been here on several different occasions. This rating is based on visits actual dine in experiences, not togo. My first visit was pretty nice actually. Shirt wait times to be seated, food came out hot and correct. Overall a good dining experience. The others we ok, nothing to talk about, just average. Went to Bonefish twice in one week. Idc idc judge me a bit...lol I'm so grateful to have enjoyed an incredibly fun meal with my family. My mom returned from a trip and wanted to gather so my siblings met her here to have dinner with our brother, his wife, and me! Did you follow? We enjoyed calamari and Bang Bang shrimp as an appetizer. I enjoyed salmon, green beans and mashed potatoes for my dinner and it was delectable! The fish was perfect and the green beans were crisp. The waitress was awesome. She was very attentive to our table and even decorated our to go containers. Y'all they were so cute! Each of them had a Bonefish with a different accessory. The table enjoyed cheesecake and brownies as a dessert too! Later in the week I stopped by for lunch to use my FREE Bang Bang shrimp I'd been gifted from Bonefish for my birthday! Whoop! I had great experiences with bonefish in the past, but to say this visit was disappointing would be an understatement. First round of drinks were extremely watered down and my boyfriends mule tasted like syrup water. We sent both back for a new drink and both got the white sangria which was also a let down as it tasted like cheap white wine. The only redeemable factor was we could actually taste the alcohol this time. We got the iconic bang bang shrimp which didn't live up to its name and was mediocre at best. The two entrees we ordered were extremely subpar and all the seafood involved was over cooked and rubbery. Some friends suggested this location so we tried it. We should've known they wouldn't steer us wrong.. Great atmosphere. Kid friendly. Clean, fast, amazing service and delicious food. Everything you want in a restaurant. Seriously, nothing bad to say. We had a party of 10 so they had two people wait our table. Fast, everything exactly as ordered.. when one person in the party started having allergic reactions to some of the food (which was bizarre because they didn't have known allergies to anything on the plate) the waiters apologized over and over then went and fixed another plate without the toppings as if it was their job to know allergies. Where have I been?! I have lived in three different places around the country that had a BG within very close driving distance, but for some reason or another, never made it over. We always had some kind of excuse (we forgot the coupon we had, we thought it was too expensive, we decided to eat somewhere else) but finally, this Saturday, all that changed. Sure, we *did* have a coupon of sorts (AMEX Blue Cash promo) but that was just the ticket to get us out of the house this weekend for some yummy dinner. We headed over at around 6 and saw huge crowds; even people sitting outside waiting patiently with their beepers. We stepped inside, were asked if we had reservations (no) and then informed it was a 45 minute wait. No big deal, we took the beeper and browsed Target for half an hour before popping back in. (BTW by this time, patrons were informed of a 70 minute wait! Wow, for once we had good timing!) Once seated, we began to fully understand why the wait was long: the place was not only busy, but was staffed with some of the most personable wait staff I had encountered - definitely more than any chain restaurant I had been to, but rivaling some high-end places we have frequented. Surprisingly, the menu prices were very reasonable - on par with Red Lobster I'd say. We both had cocktails (I tried the Winter White Cosmo and hubs had a Black Cherry Mojito) and had the cerviche appetizer. WOW. We were already impressed. For entrees, I ordered the bang bang tacos and hubs went with one of the specials - wolffish! Never had heard of that before, but the server really sold us on it! My tacos came with a choice of greens or chips and I was SOO glad I went with the greens - sooo flavorful! Hubs fish was amazing too, and he had that with garlic potatoes and the house special embellishment of marinated chickpeas. We were pretty full - but I knew I wanted dessert, so I offered up the second taco to hubs! Devious, right?! Haha. Worth it though! Had a chocolate creme brulee that tasted AMAZING. With all said and done, it was about 67 dollars, which I found to be an amazing value for the quality, presentation and service provided. We won't make it a 'regular' on our dining rotation (though the next time we go, we'll definitely make a reservation!) but it was a great evening! read more

My wife and I have visited this Bonefish quite a few times. In my experience, the service almost always trumps the food, but during our last visit, we're left questioning if we should visit again. On a Thursday night last week, we decided we would stop by Bonefish on the way home. We showed up at 7:10, and entered our names for two (we didn't have a reservation). The host handed me the buzzer and said that there was a slight wait and that we could sit at the bar or some of the high-tops. I actually had to ask him how long a "slight wait" would be, 25-30 minutes he said. As I went to go sit with my wife, I took a mental note of which tables were empty. We went outside and enjoyed the nice weather and terrible music. 30 minutes later, I decided to check on the status of our wait. As I walked through the door, I noticed 2 booths in the bar area (not open seating) and 2 booths in the dining room that had remained unused for the past 30 minutes. In addition to these tables, another 3 had opened, waiting to be bussed. I spoke with the host who seemed frazzled and too busy to spend any meaningful time dealing with my inquiry. He said it would be another 5-10 minutes. We were finally sat after 50 minutes, which is 20-25 minutes later than I first asked, and 10 minutes over the host's conservative 10 minutes secondary estimate. While apologetic, it was lacking sincerity and the usual happiness we are used to at Bonefish. As we sat down, it took 5 minutes before we were able to order drinks and an appetizer. I had to ask for the specials menu, the server ran off to find one (instead of knowing it on the top of her head). She came back about 5 minutes later (we still didn't have our drinks), without the specials menu. We asked again for the specials menu. She apologized and grabbed a specials menu. She then fetched our drinks. About 3-4 minutes later, we received our bang-bang shrimp from a chef in the kitchen. We asked him for plates, and he then asked who our server was (how unorganized can you be?). We also asked him for bread, and he explained that they had run out. How do you run out of bread? Nevertheless, the guy who delivered our apps never returned with plates, and we had to ask the server to get some. When the server returned with the plates and to take our order, she noticed the disgust on our faces. We made it known in a very courteous manner that the manager should probably visit the table. The manager finally made it over and instead of listening to our needs, he began saying he was sorry for the wait and that he would take off the bang-bang shrimp. He then said he was sorry again and never gave us an opportunity to explain all the other issues (aside from the wait). Basically, he blew us off and threw in a $8.00 appetizer. Ultimately, the rest of the dining experience was fine, the food was delicious as always, except they brought out my wife's food in two sections (fish and veggies on one plate, and the ravioli 4 minutes later on a different plate). Whatever, at this point we just laughed it off and tried to enjoy the rest of the night. In short, this was probably the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant, period. The manager we unprofessional, with unkempt hairdo, and his shirt unbuttoned 2 too-many buttons. He didn't listen to us, and we truly felt unimportant. The rest of the wait staff seemed extremely stressed and not prepared; remember, there were at least 4 tables that remained unused while we waited outside. While the food was ultimately tasty, they were ill-prepared to meet the needs of their patrons that night. To be honest, the manager doesn't seem to know how to run a restaurant and lacks personal skills. Bonefish Grill specializes in fresh fish and cooks their fish and other food over a wood-burning grill, hence the name of the restaurant. We chose to start off with an appetizer of Mussels Josephine, which are Prince Edward Island mussels sautéed with tomatoes, garlic, basil and lemon wine sauce. All the mussels were gone in 5 minutes and we finished every drop of the sauce with fresh bread. So good. For the main course, I chose the jumbo sea scallops and shrimp with a lemon butter sauce and a side of garlic whipped potatoes. I love me some sea scallops and these were prepared well, although nothing extraordinary. Another member of our party chose corn chowder with lump crab as a soup side dish and ordered that evening's premier special: cobia. Two other people decided to share the Ocean Mixed Grill for Two, which is served with two salads, two sharing side dishes, and several seafood courses to share: Chilean sea bass topped with mango salsa, Norwegian Salmon with lemon butter, Wild Grouper with chimichurri sauce, and scallops and shrimp with Pan Asian sauce. The Ocean Mixed Grill for Two looks like a nice dish to share for two people, as you get to experience a range of various fish. Our waiter was very friendly and enthusiastic. Good service.
