The food is really good. The Shrimp Pad Thai is NASTY, but that is what I get for ordering Thai food at a fish restaurant. The only other issue I have is that the server will tell you that you can substitute sides, but you cannot. They just charge you an extra $1.50 to do so. My husband and I love this place. He usually gets their Kobe burger and I get either shrimp tacos or a dinner and we both love them every time. We also love their bang bang shrimp as an appetizer and would recommend it. You can make your dinner pricey or you can have a $25 dollar meal, like we usually do. Just kind of depends on what you like. Would recommend reservations on weekends. Our family went Bonefish for Mother's Day. The 3 of us had the surf and turf eggs benedict. Our food was COLD, the steak was so tough you could even chew it, not enough hollanaise sauce on it. My wife and I ate at Bonefish Grill on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 before attending a performance of Shen Yun. Our meal was fabulous. We ordered the dinner special for two. Our appetizer was Bang Bang Shrimp. Although it was one appetizer shared by my wife and I, there was more than enough shrimp to satisfy us both. In all, there were at least 20 shrimp. And the shrimp were unbelievably delicious. They were well-seasoned and with just a hint of crunchiness in the batter. We were almost afraid to have our main courses because the shrimp were so good. We did not want to experience a let down. My wife's main course dish was lobster stuffed shrimp. Excellent! My main course was Caribbean Style Mahi Mahi. Also delicious, but not quite as tasty as my wife's main dish. Our desert was another shared dish: key lime pie. Very tasty and flavorful. From start to finish, our dinner for two was a taste treat. And our server, Shelby, was very patient with us. It took us quite a while to decide on our order. So many items looked appealing. Shelby was also good at explaining our dish options. A particularly nice touch was the serving of our main courses. They were brought to us by one of the chefs who served us with panache. We were so delighted with that touch of service that we applauded. As my wife and I looked around the restaurant as we enjoyed our meal, we noticed that all the wait staff were smiling and courteous. This added to the delight of our experience. All of the employees seemed to enjoy their jobs and were anxious to see that the patrons enjoyed their dining experiences. RUINED Mom's Day Brunch RUINED Mother's Day Brunch for us. I made a reservation for Mom's Day Brunch a couple weeks prior and asked what they served...specifically if they would have pancakes and waffles for our kids. I was told they offer alot of breakfast options including those dishes. I called 10 minutes before they opened on Mom's Day just to confirm again. I specifically asked about pancakes, waffles, and french toast. The woman on the phone said yes they serve those and other items. Got to the restaurant and NO, they don't have waffles. They had a fancy french toast concoction. I asked the server if they could just mix egg, milk, and vanilla. He said that would take an HOUR. Seriously?? Are they going to the farm to collect the eggs or something? Took two requests for a manager to get to our table. She finally showed up and said she would ask about getting the french toast and never returned to let us know. She even passed our table a couple times and never acknowledged us or checked on us after that. Ruined the whole brunch! Their service was lame. No effort to accommodate a request that would literally take an extra 2-3 minutes. Then when we ordered dessert, the server said they didn't have choc syrup for a sundae but could melt granache. Just take a few minutes. Well, the basic french toast recipe would take just a few minutes too! They just didn't care. After going here several times, this was the absolute WORST experience. Showed us they didn't care and didn't want to try and whoever answers the phone doesn't even know what is on the menu. read more

Remember DRINKS, BREAD, APPETIZERS,Then DINNER...Would not bring a guest here for their first time, with this type of service issues, but the food is still some of the best . Made reservations two days in advance. I arrived 15 minutes and had to wait 45 minutes. Went to check and was told walk ins had been waiting 2 hours!! What good are reservations? Disappointed with the menu change. I'll focus this review solely on the ceviche. What happened to it? Last time we ate there it was served in an ice cup with loads of seafood. It was really really good. Tortilla chips were excellent and gluten free. A few nights ago we ordered it and were shocked at what came out. Lots of mango and lime juice with a little seafood and the presentation was bad. No longer served in a ice cup. Plus you did away with the gluten free tortilla chips and replaced them with stale crackers at least they tasted like they were stale. Not good for us gluten sensitive diners. Ended up eating it with the decorative lettuce which wasn't that bad actually and better than the crackers. Please bring back the other ceviche and let us know when u do so we can come back. read more

This is the second time for me and it was great once again the service was excellent the food was excellent and the restaurant was clean with a great atmosphere. I was at this place 7/20/17 and I made a reservation because today is me and my wife wedding anniversary my wife went in first while I went and parked the car she was seated and then I came in an was standing at the desk waiting. When this girl came back from seating someone else shy did not say anything to me she was on the computer I waited patiently but she said nothing to me I stepped to my right to try and see where my wife was sitting and another customer was behind me and she immediately started talking to him to help him out I said wait a minute I was before him so with her bad attitude she said sorry to him and then helped me out I am Black and the person behind me was white me and my wife decided to leave we talked to the manager MIKE THORP and he was very respectful to us and made things right but we still left and probably will be hard for us to ever come back if this girl that works there does not like all human beings then she should find a new job I am a ARMY VETERAN and deserve better than this we went to OUTBACK restaurant where we were treated like human beings and not like in 1950's lunch counter NIGGERS read more
