I visit Bonefish Grill often but today was disappointing... I sat for almost 3 minutes before being served. I had a bowl of the soup crab chowder and was delicious and hot. I tried $5 special margarita and a spicy tequila martini. good as well but Service was terrible... and the bar not clean.

The food was fresh, flavorful and cooked perfectly. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing.

We attended a large group dinner for at least a dozen people and service was stellar. Our server and her trainee, as well as support staff, were professional, efficient, organized, and friendly. The restaurant was very comfortable and noise level was moderate with only a bit of difficulty hearing table mates seated more than one seat away. Food was delicious and everyone seated at my table was complimentary of their varied menu choices. I chose the seasonal offering of cedar plank "old fashioned" salmon with cherry gastrique glaze accompanied by steamed asparagus and whipped potatoes (substituted this for jasmine rice). Each of these items was perfectly prepared and had great flavor, texture, and presentation. Looking forward to return visits in the future.

Their themed pairing dinners are totally worth it. I attended the March Madness Martini Pairing and everything was delicious. Their lychee and cucumber martinis are worth a visit alone!

The service here is always great. The people were nice and the restaurant was quiet for a 3:45 reservation. The food was delicious and came out fast. The drinks were great.

I have been to their 4 course dining experiences several times and I have enjoyed each one. The one I enjoyed the most was the martini paired dining experience. Taylor, the host, is such a sweet person and does her best to make sure everyone is pleased with the experience. The four courses were very delicious, filling and flavorful. The only con is that some dishes could have been served hotter. However I understand it's a large event and food may sit a bit before coming out. In the event your dish was not hot enough, Taylor, quickly corrected it and brought it back hot. During these events they do raffles, which is always fun to win items. For the price of the dining experience you receive a lot of food and a drink with every course. I have been to 3 of these, with the martini pairing being my favorite! You can't beat the price of $65 dollars. They typically have one a month. I definitely recommend.

We were disappointed in the quality of service. The server did the bare minimum until he placed the check on our table. I still had half a plate of food to finish. While still eating he swept underneath our booth. When my husband reached for the check he was immediately there and standing over him while placing money in the folder. This was very disrespectful. My Salmon was overcooked to top it off. We never had this type of experience here and will likely will never return.

I went to Bonefish for my birthday dinner. It was my first time, and it was so good and a great experience. The lighting really sets the mood, soft lighting, kind of dim but not too dark. Our server was so friendly and attentive. He was very busy with a big party and other tables and was still able to give us great service, making recommendations based on our questions and making some funny jokes/commentary. He really treated us well, and I wish I remembered his name to ask for him again. The food is a 10/10 for me. We got the Imperial dip as an appetizer. A rich and hearty mix of cheeses, seafood mix, seasoned very well with what I assumed was Old Bay. You also get complimentary bread with a very flavorful dipping oil that has pesto seasonings. I got the grilled Chilean sea bass with their lemon caper butter sauce, garlic whipped potatoes, and asparagus. All of it was exceptionally good. The sea bass was well seasoned and grilled so it had a nice flavorful grilled taste, and the lemon caper sauce added the perfect amount of tang and sharpness. It was perfectly cooked, too. The garlic mashed potatoes had the right amount of garlic, so good. And the asparagus were also very well cooked -- tender but not underdone or overdone. My dad got the bang bang shrimp, which is their signature dish. They were so good, although not as spicy as I thought they might be. My mom got the cod imperial, which was also delicious. The light cod with their rich imperial seafood topping was the right combination. I will be back. It's a great celebration spot.

Slow service tried to give several chances. This is beyond tacky. Food bland no seasoning. Going down hill.

To know me is to know me. So of course you know I love a good social hour and this is your spot with great appetizers. I chose The Bang Bang shrimp. It was delicious cooked to perfection with a nice sauce. Pull up and park and walk inside. It's that easy. they also do tons of four course dinners. Check them out they offer a lot of four course dinners if you sign up for their offers.

Had dinner here for our Anniversary. Food tasted generic to some degree. Presentation was good, service was good. I had fish and it just didn't have that much taste, rice was cold and no flavor, broccoli was good. My husband ordered a steak MR and he said it wasn't cooked right, very rare. Pretty sad when you go out and spend $100 on a meal and walk away feeling unimpressed.

Bonefish Grill, Louisville KY Visited September 10, 2025. Our server Sydney was outstanding--attentive without hovering, proactive, and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was right. The food was hot, succulent, and beautifully seasoned from start to finish. Manager Jeremy stopped by our table, engaged with us, and even took our photo--his hospitality set the tone for the whole night. Clean dining room, well-timed courses, and excellent value. Highly recommend requesting Sydney; kudos to Jeremy for stellar leadership.

I had the fried shrimp, and they clearly were NOT just frozen shrimp they'd bought somewhere and fried, these seemed homemade. . .definitely NOT typical mass-production shrimp. The food was pretty good. There's two things I would list as downsides, however. The first is that the wait for service was pretty long. It was quite a long wait from when I ordered until I got my food. That's a minor downside, given the quality. I got the picture they might not have a robust back-of-house staff. The second, and bigger downside is. . .I didn't go there expecting a seafood place! The well-worn sign out front still says "Deez Butts" BBQ, and I'd followed signs from the freeway exit thinking I was going to a barbecue joint. When I stepped inside, I pieced together as I was standing in line that the BBQ had closed and this was now a seafood place. It was good food, but I was expecting barbecue and was too hungry to bother hunting for another place to eat. I was left wondering if they couldn't afford to change the (well worn) sign out front. It just seemed a little odd that the sign out front is for a barbecue joint, but it's a seafood place inside.

We all drank water, soda or tea and they kept our glasses filled. We ordered the pork chop dinner that came with risotto and vegetables. My husband loved the veggies and risotto but was not thrilled with the chop. He wishes he would have asked for a steak knife as it was difficult to cut with the butter knife provided. It was tender enough but neither of us cared for the flavor. I had the Primavera. It was a bit bland. I had to salt it several times. Our favorite part of the meal was dessert. We had a piece of lemoncello cake that was flavorful, creamy and light. We both thought it was great. We had about $20 left on our gift card and were disappointed we couldn't use the balance as the tip. So we ordered two more desserts to bring home to use the balance of the gift card. We brought homemade a piece of Italian cream cake that was as good or better than the lemoncello cake and it was a huge piece of cake. We also have a piece of caramel sea salt cheesecake which was pretty good. It was loud in the small space and a bit difficult to have a conversation across the table. The background music did not help with this issue. The staff were friendly and helpful boxing up our leftovers. Tables have white cloth tablecloths and the owner was making rounds to greet all the patrons which was nice. We discovered there is parking in the back of the restaurant, as so many of the spaces in the area have signs indicating you will be towed if you park there. We had to park on the street about a block down.

They could elevate the coffee service by putting a small container of actual cream on the table instead of the tiny plastic coffee containers that they use at McDonalds. Beignets - do NOT get. These are not traditional beignets. These are heavy, flat, limp square-shaped dough of unknown origin. They stick to the roof of your mouth - literally. Not ideal. We are from South Louisiana. Honestly, they would be better served using a mix from Cafe du Monde in New Orleans or Coffee Call in Baton Rouge. The mixes also are not as good as the places make them in Louisiana, but they would be a far better cry than what is being served. The grits and eggs are devoid of flavor. The eggs were fluffy though. The waffle...let's just say they'd be better off using a good commercial mix as well. Hampton Inn's are better for expectation purposes. The biscuits and gravy were good. The hash is basically cheesy potatoes and once you get beyond the misnomer of hash, they're really good. Maybe we ordered poorly, but I don't think that's the case.
