Went in on the Saturday before Mother's Day. We were seated right away and our waitress Rachel attended to us. We ordered the bang bang shrimp and it was very good but I remember it being much spicier. My wife and daughter had the fish and bang bang shrimp tacos. My mother had the salmon and I had the pineapple shrimp with coconut risotto. The tacos were very tasty and fresh tasting. The salmon was brought out on the edge of a plate with grease coming over the side that almost spilled in my mother's lap. Horrible presentation. The taste of the salmon was excellent, crispy crust and juicy. The kung pao Brussels sprouts were delicious and tangy. The cauliflower was just breaded and covered with bang bang shrimp sauce. My shrimp were just okay but the pineapple chunks were definitely not seared or grilled like the menu described. The risotto was not good at all - flavorless. Attentive service, beautiful decor, and the food is terrific! I met a friend here for dinner and we were seated in a booth without having to wait. The menu has a lot of good selections and I was very pleased to see they have mocktails. I highly recommend the blueberry spritzer. I had the Cod Imperial and it was heavenly! It was served with jasmine rice and asparagus. Perfect portion size and it came to the table quickly. The prices are a little high but you get what you pay for. OH! Bonefish is my parent's favorite restaurant. So, it was fitting that we went here for Mothers Day brunch. I ordered the shrimp and grits....the shrimp was so well seasoned & the grits were rich & flavorful. This definitely gets 5 stars. My cucumber martini was so refreshing! My parents both ordered the bang bang shrimp Benedict. The shrimp was not the same bang bang shrimp that is in the appetizer. It was just some bland fried shrimp. Walking in, we were seated at a high table but had to wait for them to clean the tables first. Once seated the server was talking to the other table and we waited a while before she walked over and asked about drinks and appetizers. The server was very warm and friendly and brought out the drinks quickly. We waited a while before the bread came out-- about 40 minute - 1 hour. About 20 minutes later she came back to ask us what we would like. The food took about 1 hour to come out. The wrong side was brought out and they didn't bring it out until we had finished our meal. My rewards program didn't work either so I wasn't able to redeem my points. Our drinks weren't deducted like they were supposed to so we had them redo the check. I also saw one of the servers picking his teeth and then continue to touch plates and bags. Bang bang shrimp 10/10 Absolutely delicious. The shrimp was perfectly cooked with a perfect crunch and balance of sauce. The lettuce underneath balanced the dish out so well too. Bread and olive oil dip 9/10 The olive oil dip is absolutely delicious and the bread is so fluffy Brussel sprout salad 8/10 A delicious balance of all of the ingredients. Very refreshing and flavorful. Brussel sprouts 10/10 Perfectly crispy and flavorful. It was absolutely delicious Ahi ahi tuna 2/10 There was a weird after taste and I wasn't the biggest fan of it Salmon 5/10 It was slightly overcooked and not as juicy as it should be. The sauce was delicious though Mahi mahi 6/10 The fish was slightly overcooked but the sauce was really good Grilled shrimp 10/10 Perfectly grilled and the mango salsa paired perfectly with it Some of the food was decent but the fish was a let down. I'll be here and never showed up. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told no one was available to speak to you. After an hour and a half I finally got my check paid for it. Have not been to a bonefish in a long time and decided to try out their restaurant week lunch special. Food: Corn & crab bisque-not a lot of flavor. Mahi Tacos-very good but was surprised that the fish was not a whole filet. Have never seen it chopped up. A little off-putting. Good crispy fries Cesar salad-good, not drenched in dressing. Would have rated it higher except for the manager's unwillingness to speak directly to a customer. Went there on Monday, January 12 for our anniversary dinner. Our server Danielle was the best. Very friendly and accommodating. My wife ordered the cedar plank salmon, which included a very generous portion. But the thicker side of the fillet was still partially raw. We brought this to the attention of our server and she said she would tell her manager about it. We surely thought that the manager would come to our table and speak with us. Instead, our server came back and told us her manager said the salmon was not raw, but red from the cooking process. This without even coming over to see for herself. So its my wife and I 32 anniversary so I decided to make reservation at Bonefish Grill. It was easy to do, just go to the site and you can make the reservation and occasion there. So i did, let them know it was for an anniversary. On arrival we checked in with the hostess. I was kinda taken aback because it was as if they didn't prepare for us. They had us listed, but they did not have table reserved. I watched as one of the host or manager aimlessly looked around the restaurant for an acceptable table for the acceptable. They finally sat us at a table both for six; which was cool with me but I don't think they really wanted to sit us there. I just had that feeling. Our server Sydney came out and took our drink and appetizer order. She was really nice and spoke with us frequently. Nothing like engaging with the customer. I ordered from the daily special menu, I always recommend this cause they really have some uniques offers here. I had a smoke Old Fashion make with Woodford Reserve. It was absolutely excellent! Serve smoky and they give a generous amount. My wife had some fruity lemonade. Sydney brought out some bread and pesto which was out of the world! Soon one of the chefs from the back brought out some really good seafood dip and chips. It was very good as well but the problem I had is the guy had this beard, the was very long. I felt he should have had on a hair net covering that extremely large beard. Thank God, no hair was found in our food. From the specials menu, I had the filet mignon with green bean and mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium and cut like butter. The green beans were crisp and served in alight butter sauce. The mashed potatoes where light, fluff and favorable. My wife had grilled shrimp, scallops, fires and coleslaw. We didn't notice until the end of the dinner and paid the bill but my wife never got the coleslaw. Again, the shrimp and scallops were grilled to perfection. This scallops were soft and seasoned well. For desert we had browning. All of there per dinner was only $30 per person. At the end of the day we paid less than $100 which I thought was pretty good. Overall the service was pretty good. The food was amazing! The initial contact with the host and not really preparing for the occasion was a big bummer cause I really was expecting something special for the occasion, they didn't do anything even after I specifically told them about the occasion in the reservation. This establishment is extremely poorly managed. Upon arrival my party was told "all reservations are backed up by 45 minutes or more". While we waited what turned out to be an hour, not 45 minutes, for our table, another group stated "this happens every year". During our wait we noticed parties who arrived at the restaurant after us being seated near immediately (we were a party of three), when I asked the host, a young teenager who was more concerned with playing with his long hair than answering questions, he replied "there's a whole page of people ahead of you". After waiting an hour past our reservation we were seated, and then it took 20 minutes before a waitress came to see us. At this point the resturaunt was maybe 75% occupied. After another hour, give or take, we received our food which was actually great. During our entire time seated the waitress did not ask us if we needed anything In between dropping off drinks, food, and the check, which was also incorrect. All in all the food & drinks were actually great, the service and management of the establishment is just terrible. Our reservation was for 5:45, we were seated (roughly) 6:45, got our food around 7:45 and didn't get the check fixed and settled till 9:00. I'll likely never return here, especially during a holiday when I want to take my family to a first meal together after extended periods away. read more

Jon Jones who is my favorite fighter was fighting for the first time in 3 years. So I needed a good food to compliment such a momentous occasion. Bang Bang shrimp from Bonefish was that. Even when ordering through a delivery app you still get that amazing quality. The food was spectacular and Jon ended up winning the fight in 2 minutes. Piss poor food drinks and managers not to mention the smell in the bathroom made me want to throw up it smelled like something crawled in the pipes and died. The floor was sticky makes me believe no one cleans the bathroom floors they just let people piss on the floor. It's been a while since we have been inside a bonefish. We happen to be in the area and decided to stop in. We were seated right away. We were seated in the middle around other tables and boosts around us from there. Honestly I felt it was just too cramped for all things covid right now for my comfort. They unforced the mask rule for all and sanitized many times. There was also hand sanitizer available. Our waitress was helpful and patient as we reviewed the menu. She made sure our drinks were always full and our food came out quick and hot. Their menu seems to have a little bit of everything. My favorite is the bang bang shrimp! It is so good.
