The food finally arrived, and it was a mixed bag, some of us like their meals and others thought at best it was just okay. I however had the worst meal I ordered the linguine with white clam sauce. My dish arrived and it was brown the butter was clearly burn and instead of retiring the dish they chose to serve a burnt dish. Unfortunately I ended up eating it because I didn't want to wait even longer for a replacement and I was starving. I did bring the burn dish to the attention of the waitress and she apologized but to me things were too far gone and I have no interest in returning.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a large chicken caesar salad. The pizza crust at this place is SPECTACULAR. The outer crust is crispy and crunchy and not even a little bit dry. The undercrust is also crispy and crunchy and stands up straight when you pick up the slice. The cheese is high quality. After just one bite, I understood the reason the place was so crowded. There are a lot of people working in the kitchen and they also have a sit down waitress service area that was full as well. There are plenty of wait staff running around and serving dinner. Everyone is very friendly and the gentleman behind the counter greeted me the second I walked in the door. Now for my negative criticisms and they are borderline petty. The sauce was good but it doesn't blow you away. When you have spectacular crust and high quality cheese, you would expect the sauce to be on the same playing field. It just isn't. It could probably have used a bit more seasoning. I understand that if you have a lot of staff you also have a lot of overhead.
