Finally I could say I have found the best bakery in town! I saw an Instagram post about this bakery that opened like a week ago. I couldn't wait any longer to go check it out. I walk in to be greeted by the sweetest girl then the owners showed up from the back. They are Moroccan and genuinely welcoming! Then behind us a lady walk in speaking Arabic! Few minutes later another couple speaking Arabic too! I cannot explain how happy this Lebanese girl was standing there looking at the delicious showcase and chatting with the owners. Their baking is a mix of French, Moroccan and I saw couple of American items. If you are Moroccan good news they make the famous Msemen! I decided to try the mango cake and the almond tarte. Also the owner made us try the brownie she makes... only thing I can say is perfection! Also the almond tarte is beyond perfect! And most importantly not too sweet! I will definitely be returning earlier in the day to have Moroccan tea and sample some more of their baking. Highly highly recommend!

Delicious hidden gem in San Antonio. The bakery is locally owned and operated. Beautiful family and AMAZING pastries. My favorite was the Napoleon and the Bakalava is mouth watering. Prices are reasonable. Service is professional. Coffee is great too. Please try it out. Impressive 100% Health Department Score .

I finally made it to 85°C Bakery Cafe, and I can definitely see why it's so popular! There are so…read moremany pastries, breads, and desserts to choose from that you'll want to take one of everything. My favorite was the Sea Salt Matcha. The matcha had a rich, earthy flavor, and the light sea salt cream on top added the perfect touch without making it overly sweet. It was smooth, refreshing, and one of the better matcha drinks I've had. I also picked up a few pastries, and everything tasted fresh and flaky. The café was clean, the staff was friendly, and despite being busy, the service was quick. If you're a matcha lover, I'd definitely recommend trying the Sea Salt Matcha along with one (or a few!) of their pastries. I'll definitely be back to try more from their bakery.

She really kept the place clean, organized, and running smoothly, even when it was busy. Since she left, though, the cleanliness and orderliness have been pretty inconsistent. The staff still tries their best, but during busy times, the cafe and even the restrooms can definitely use more attention. On our recent visit, we redeemed a free 8-inch chocolate mouse cake with our points. I pre-ordered it Friday for Saturday morning and noted that it was for a birthday. I arrived 10 minutes early, but still had to wait another 15 minutes just for the oval "Happy Birthday" sign. I figured ordering ahead meant everything would be ready. The cake was still good, and we continue to enjoy their pastries and baked goods. Just taking off one star because we really miss how clean, organized, and well-managed this place used to be. We definitely miss that Filipina manager!

Everyone was incredibly sweet and attentive, and you could see how genuinely they enjoyed interacting with their customers. It honestly felt like being around family and friends, which is something so rare nowadays. The decor was so fun too! I guarantee you'll love it just as much as we did. We're definitely coming back and bringing more friends with us! 10/10!

The coffee was smooth, and the staff worked well as a team. They were attentive and knowledgeable about both the menu and the restaurant's history. We learned that the restaurant is run by a chef duo and that their baker starts around 4 a.m. preparing the day's baked goods. We ordered the Yolkster and the Dirty South. The Yolkster showed solid technique. The hollandaise was glossy, properly emulsified and balanced between richness and acidity. The over-easy egg released a perfectly fluid yolk, while the scratch-made English muffin was nicely browned and crisp outside with a tender interior. The bacon was a little overdone for me, but the chicken sausage was a pleasant surprise with a nice balance of acid and salt. The Dirty South looks heavy when it arrives, but the dish comes together surprisingly well. The sausage gravy was one of the better versions I've had in a while. Good consistency, proper color, plenty of sausage and none of the raw or scorched flour taste that can ruin a gravy. The biscuit was dense but fully cooked with visible layers. The potatoes could have used more exterior crispness. The pico brought a welcome freshness and acidity that cut through the richness of the gravy, biscuit, egg and cheese. A little more would have helped maintain that balance throughout the dish. What impressed me most was the technique behind all that personality. Scratch-made breads, properly cooked eggs, a well-made hollandaise and carefully prepared sausage gravy show a kitchen paying attention to the fundamentals. I left curious about the rest of the menu. Next time, I'm trying the pancakes.

We drove around the building a couple times trying to locate the coffee shop. We decided to just park and walk inside to see if we were in the right location. The lady at the front desk pointed us to the coffee. My boyfriend ordered a white chocolate latte and I got the butterscotch cappuccino. The guy working (not sure if he was the owner or not) was very friendly. Both of our coffees had nice added flavor, but the coffee flavor was really watered down. It was like when all the ice melts in your coffee and then you added flavor to try and save it. We only drank maybe a quarter of our drinks before tossing them. Could have just been a bad day. I'd also suggest adding some type of signage outside so customers know where to go.

It is located on a relatively busy street in a small, not too busy plaza. There was ample parking for both times I have been. There is a thoughtfully arranged "platform" if you will that resembles a welcoming porch at a good friend's place. The gentleman that owns this pop-up was very sweet and made sure that all my needs were met. I ordered a sugar free vanilla iced latte and it was so good! So good that I was willing to drive 30 minutes to San Antonio for my fix. The owner also brought me a complimentary organic lemon muffin after finding out it was my first time and it was just the right around of sweetness and tart, it was soft as well.
