I was looking to have some flowers arranged and delivered to my sister for her birthday and Bonnie was sooo helpful. She noted that my address seemed to go to an area that doesn't have residences (I'm not from PA and neither is my sister) and waited before closing while I corrected the address. Then she made several suggestions regarding which flowers were in-season to make sure the arrangement was both budget friendly and lovely (which having seen some pictures, it definitely was). Lastly, she did all of this at the end of her work day before having the flowers delivered right on time that evening. I really appreciated her kind/efficient attitude since we did all of this over the phone.
