We walked in about 30 minutes before closing, and they welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. They were incredibly patient, never rushed us, and were not pushy at all. You can truly feel how genuine and caring they are from the moment you walk in. We even left to look elsewhere and came back because nothing compared to their service and selection. We ended up purchasing my daughter's beautiful dresses there, and the alterations were done perfectly. They also rent tuxedos, carry a wide variety of dresses, and do all types of alterations, not just formalwear. The shop itself is adorable, and the overall experience was wonderful from start to finish. It is rare these days to find a business with such outstanding customer service, friendliness, and sincerity. I highly recommend them and will absolutely return.

I made some phone calls and did a little research on Yelp (where else?), only to find that Alterations On Time could fit me with a tux within 48 hours for far less than big chains like The Men's Wearhouse would charge. I arrived there to find a tiny, hole in the wall shop packed full of clothes, from people's dry cleaning to tuxedos to suits on display. The friendly counter lady assisted me in leafing through a book of unimpressive looking late 90s models showing off those tux styles that just won't go away. I chose a classic tux with tails! All in all a wonderful experience and one I'll be glad to repeat!

There is a children's section in the back of the store in an adjacent room. For women WEAVE has the full gamut from under garments to casual wear, business wear, leisure clothing and gala/ball gowns as well as a hefty selection of shoes.

The store is very open with lots of mirrors and dressing room rooms to try on the dresses. The employees are there to assist in trying on dresses clamping them on the body so that they fit and to bring additional dresses as needed. The dresses range from $250-$600 and they have no price tags on the dresses. So you don't know the cost until after you've tried the dress on and love it, then you ask the cost and learn the price of the dress. Overall, it was a good experience - my daughter found a prom dress and the price was not outrageous. I am giving three stars because every time I asked a question of one of the ladies assisting my daughter with trying on dresses, she would turn and ask another employee a question in Spanish. I personally spoke to every single employee in the store and know that they all speak English. I just don't like it when I ask a question and they speak amongst themselves in their language, then answer my question in English. While I don't speak Spanish fluently, I do understand it pretty well, so I knew pretty much what they were saying and to their surprise I would respond to what they were saying in Spanish amongst themselves in English, which caught them off guard.

That's basic Customer Service 101. They just continued on their banter, laughing and talking about their personal life. I walked all around the shop and finally one woman came from the back to greet me and offered to help but she was helping another customer at the time. I assume no one offered to assist because of my appearance . I was layered up with a large wool coat, workout pants and tennis shoes. perhaps they assumed I was not there to shop. The alterations are so clean you can't even tell anything was changed. No loose seams, just a sharp, professional fit. They even finished it the same day.
