The hotel was clean, offered a small but well-stocked breakfast buffet, and had a sign in the lobby with information on cruise line times--a nice touch for the many guests checking in for a night's stay prior to boarding a cruise liner.

The front desk responded quickly to my feedback, but I don't know if it was resolved.

I called twice to ask if it was ok to drop off welcome bags for them to hand out as guests arrive both a month before the wedding and the day before the wedding. Both managers told me no problem... we do this all the time. I dropped off 25 bags the day the guests arrived. The manager was kind and pleasant. Then 6 days later they billed the groom for $163.00. Charging him $5 per bag 22% gratuity and sales tax. We called to dispute the charge the manger was very rude, refused to work with me, threatened to Charge a member of the wedding parties credit card and then hung up on me. You can't charge people for something they asked about three times to two different managers, and no one told me our other witnesses there was a charge. Not even willing to reduce the charge. If they knew there was a charge, why did they let me leave the hotel without getting my credit card information or collecting a fee. They knew I wasn't staying there. It makes no sense. Don't book with them.

We had the king suite (?) and it had a little kitchenette area as well. Also, Nick, up front, was super helpful and kind. Cons - we were on the first floor the 1st two nights of our stay and had a herd of elephants staying above us, so I got very little sleep. I know it's not the hotels fault for their heavy feet, but I would not recommend staying on the first floor! (The 3rd night I asked to get switched to a second floor room and was moved!) Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would visit again!

Kim was kind enough that she showed us 3 other alternatives available and offered us a full refund if we didn't like any. The bed wasn't uncomfortable because typically at hotels you have some uncomfortable beds. I love how they had a gym and also the hotel sit right on the beach so you could easily access the beach. If you are looking for somewhere to stay with a nice beach view and the price is reasonable then look no further. You will not be disappointed at all. A bucket sized "Damprid" left in the TV console and overflowing onto the floor/wet carpet. No coffee cups. Floor with visible trash/business cards from previous guest. Outlets in nightstand and desk so lose/old/cheap they can't hold a plug. All pillows look new but are a cheap/institutional foam core that made restful sleeping impossible. Bath tub missing the drain stopper. Recessed light in bathroom with burnt out bulb and/or broken. At a midweek/off season rate of $115 plus tax. Around $90.00 would be more appropriate for such a dumpy room. Any response from the hotel telling me to contact Hilton directly is a total copout...

The rooms have a stove top and full fridge, so you'd think there'd be some utensils, cups, plates.... guess again.... nothing. But I did have a chopping board. Eneded up buying cooking pans, utensils, knifes, plates, cups all to just leave it there at the hotel. Great. Overall, it served its purpose as a nice extended stay place. It was very secure, which was nice, plus a decent location. The laundry center only takes quarters and the front desk didn't have enough change to cover the cost of a wash and dry cycle so that was an adventure to find quarters. Other than that, the ladies at the front desk were very nice and super helpful with recommendations. It would be nice to know before booking that this hotel doesn't offer any sort of cookware or basic essentials. I would stay at this brand again now having some experience.

There was an adequate fitness room, but there weren't towels and the air wasn't circulating; it was hot. The back of Burger King was against our hotel and the whole time we were here we smelt their flame broiled burgers. Our room was quiet, air conditioning worked well, bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The towels were thin and worn the toiletries smelled like detergent.
