Huge menu. Almost overwhelming number of choices. The burgers are the best though, one of the few places I can get truffle oil as a topping. My wife and I came to Westhampton Beach for the 1st time and we were craving some food. Looking at the reviews of this place and the great ratings, we decided to come here. I ordered a double boom burger with swiss, tomatoes, onions, pickles and mayo. My wife, the same thing with the addition of lettuce. Also a side order of sweet potato fries. The burgers were amazing and the sweet potato fries we also amazing, especially the sauce which tastes similar to some sort of apple sauce with cinnamon. Reminded me of cinnabon. The staff was amazing and made sure if everything was ok. Which we greatly appreciated. The prices were reasonable. The overall experience was outstanding, and I will definitely visit this place again. read more

Food is good, cravable. I do wish they has an adult working the front, I'm all for employing high schoolers but there is never any management or adult presence, which makes for silly mistakes and wrong orders but luckily everything on the menu is good so if you get the wrong item you won't go hungry ha. Mattituck location. I never tried this place in Hampton Bays. Love it.. move out of business all fast food joints. The veggie burger is a soft piece of absolute heaven. The chicken spinach burger with aoli is to die for. If you add cheese to any of them.. it blows them out of the water. Great employees. They are gonna need a bigger boat.. real crowded. Hubby had the double burgers with lots of choice toppings. Go there but order ahead or wait till they make it fresh. The burger selection is quite impressive. The chalkboard with creative burgers is novel. Plan on gaining a few pounds as the food is pretty delicious. It's fast, fun and focused on large portions and creativity. The salads work too if you want to go for a leaner meal. Great place for casual dining after the beach. Delicious burgers, amazing maple milkshakes, quality onion rings, and tasty waffle fries. The portions are perfect, if not a little big, but the only bad food were the wings. My father and I both ordered double cheeseburgers, one with cheddar and bacon, and the other with regular, american cheese. The burgers came out great. Now comes the part where I subtract 2 stars. The manager was extremely reluctant to give us 2 cups for water (even though there is a water option on the Coke machine). Also, we ordered 10 boneless wings for $9 with a garlic-parmesan sauce. We didn't care for the sauce, it was bad, trust me (you'll regret it if you try it). We tried to exchange our wings for cheese fries but they apparently have a "no refund" policy. They only offered to box them up (but we chucked them). We spoke to the "boss" who apparently doesn't understand that most restaurants have a "refund policy". If I don't like my meal, take it back and refund me. Greedy boss. Get a burger, it's in the name of the restaurant. Anthony, if you read this, please put in place a refund policy like everyone else does. read more

Burger was delicious. Reason i give 3 stars is because they wanted to charge me for a cup of water with my burger order and they require a $15 minimum for credit purchases. Highest credit purchase minimum i've seen in an establishment so far. Good burger, but service could be better. read more

I love the fun themed burgers, but there's more to consider than the food. For one, the cleanliness. It's disgusting. From the bathrooms to the under-monitored dirty tables. Wait time can be long. The place attracts rowdy kids coming from local sporting events. They take their cleats off and enter in socks, throw food, are loud, and are generally a nuisance. It's a real deterrent. I've seen people come in with dogs. Much of the problems with this place could be solved by hiring a reliable host/manager/someone on the floor/bus boy/anybody who can clear tables and put people in check and make the place a more pleasant experience. At $15 a burger, at the volume of business this place does, such a hiring isn't an unreasonable expectation. read more

Literally brought a burger, waffles fries and grilled chicken sandwich home and threw it all in the trash. We visited this place because it got such rave reviews. But, we obviously have a different criteria for god food. These are not fresh ingredients and they are not well prepared. Sweaty tasteless food balls. How do you ruin hamburgers and fries? Glad to see so many positive reviews of this place. Their menu is great, build-your-own style. Not many places can I stop in to grab a quick avocado, bacon, and fried egg burger, but I can here! I'm pretty sure you'd be hard-pressed to find some accouterments you'll like, or try one of their suggested combos. I was taken aback a bit when greeted by the visibly stoned 17 year old girl working the register, but then I remembered; that's where high 17 year old girls work. But she was friendly and kind on the eyes, so no complaints here. Kitchen service is fast even with the thralls of uniformed service members ordering their own body weight in ground beef and chili fries. Just be prepared to wait for a table if you are unlucky enough to walk in at lunchtime during a drill weekend. But hey! Enjoy it, everyone here is friendly, and I'm sure a servicemember would appreciate a kind thank you, or a milkshake! read more
