A Lawsuit Waiting to Happen - Overpriced and Unsafe If you…read moreare thinking about bringing your kids--especially teenagers--to Nerfies, save your money. This place is incredibly disorganized and honestly feels like a lawsuit waiting to happen. For the amount of money you spend to get in, absolutely nothing here is worth it. Here is what you need to know before you go: * Zero Staff Supervision: There are no staff members supervising the bounce room or the shooting area. Because of this, little kids are running wild with guns everywhere. * Not Teen-Friendly: Because the facility is overrun with unsupervised "littles," teenagers do not have a dedicated or safe place to actually play. If you have older kids, this is definitely not the place for you. * Broken Games: The "video game" area is a joke. They only have 12 older games, and only 4 of them actually work. * No Basic Amenities: There is absolutely nowhere to put your shoes. On top of that, they do not offer any food or drinks for sale, meaning you have to haul everything in yourself. Save yourself the headache and the money. We will not be returning.

This allowed for all of our participants to be involved and not worry about the general public and smaller kids! One of our participants was able to get out of his wheel chair and enjoy the bounce house! Oh the smiles! The employees interacted with our participants and even called them by name! We will definitely be back. We were able to bring our own lunch and had a place to sit. The AC was cranking -that was needed!

The staff prepared a special table for the celebration - it was a wonderful surprise, and a card was presented to my wife with lively notes from the staff and manager. EXCEPTIONAL! Service is equally uplifted; staff in formal attire - menus are self illuminated; the wine and champagne selection is impeccable - and the sommelier was able to propose perfect parings to our selections (Eric's knowledge was superior). We enjoyed some appetizers and moved on to salads and then main courses. The seafood was wonderful, everything presented was exceptional. We will be back! Many thanks to Eric, Ali, and the excellent staff - world class experiece was had!

1 Star After…read morespending thousands of dollars at this Truluck's location over the years, I was shocked by how I was treated by Manager Ali during my most recent visit. Like any frequent guest, I've had a couple of issues over the years. On one occasion, I sent back a poor-quality prime rib. On another, my lobster was overcooked and had to be replaced. Both were legitimate quality concerns that any restaurant of this caliber should address. During this visit, I ordered the crab flight, which was advertised as including three different types of crab at 1/2 pound each. One of the crab selections was clearly not a 1/2-pound portion. After waiting approximately 15 minutes and requesting to speak with the manager three separate times, Ali finally came to the table. Instead of listening to my concern or attempting to resolve the issue, he immediately became dismissive and told me there was nothing they could do. His justification was that "they have tried to help me in the past," apparently referring to previous occasions when the restaurant corrected legitimate mistakes with my meals. He offered no solution, no effort to verify the portion, and no interest in retaining a loyal customer. The interaction was abrupt, rude, and unprofessional. I felt singled out and targeted simply for bringing a valid concern to management's attention. What was most disappointing wasn't the portion issue itself--it was the complete lack of customer service and respect from a manager at a restaurant that positions itself as a fine dining establishment. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I can no longer recommend this location.

They have nearly every console and you can play almost all of them or at least something from each era. The giant pong game is an absolute must for geeks of all ages. I could spent another couple of hours in there if the lil one would have been willing. Your admission includes 4 tokes and you can play some classics and little known arcade games. This is not anything compared to Pinballz or Game Preserve, but it is a fun addition and we enjoyed it.

At the end of the museum is a retro arcade. You get four tokens with your ticket upon entry, but you could always buy more. There is private party room as well. There was a birthday party when we attended and the kids were having a blast playing in the arcade. I wish the location was attached to a skating rink or something else retro but physical to make an afternoon of it. Parking is easy, it's next to the library so no charge to park and all access is flat. Overall it's a good visit but will only occupy 1-2 hours.
