Highly recommend this place! I'm not sure if we were dealing with the owner or just one of the workers but everyone there was super sweet. The store is very well organized, and the prices are very competitive in comparison to other stores. Come check them out!!! I got my labubu ive been wanting for a great price.

Reasonable prices on TCG (pokemon, Lorcana, and dragon ball), funko, and other collectibles. I mainly come here for pokemon so I can't speak for other items, but they have binders of alt arts, full arts, vintage and max's. They have graded slabs and boxs. Bundling can get you a reasonable discount if you pay in cash. One great thing about BoomLoot is that they offer a rewards program. Everytime you get a product worth $10+ you earn a point, once you reach 10 points you get a free funko! (I think at least, please correct me if I'm wrong). It's never that busy here and they are always willing to help. If youre looking for a card shop in Irvine, check it out! You won't be disappointed, there's something for everyone :)

I randomly stumbled upon this store. Thank goodness I did. When you go in, it's like you died and went to Funko heaven! Their stuff is organized and sorted by categories unlike stores. Staff is super helpful and friendly. They have super rare stuff and their prices are very reasonable. Most even cheaper than Amazon. Best part of all is that they have stuff for sale before it's even released on Amazon. I didn't have to wait for Amazon pre-order. Awesome! read more

Great place for collectors. I collect pop figures and I came here to find some of the ones I've been looking for. Overall I highly recommend this place. They also do meets where people bring their pops and sale them. I've found some really good ones at a lower cost than online. read more

An awesome place to be if you are a Funko POP collector! This store is pretty well organized. It is a pretty small space but there were no more than one or two people when we've visited, so it's really not an issue. The selection is amazing. They carry lots of different items that are also on their website (just launched a few days ago!) and all of the regular priced items (non-clearance) are in perfect condition! The fun in collecting POPs (for me, at least) is in the HUNT. A place like this is definitely a gold mine for fellow hunters! There is a location in Brea that I look forward to visiting tomorrow. If it's anything like this Irvine location, it will be FANTASTIC. read more

This shop is a good example of what the Funko Community is all about. They've hosted a once a month pop swap in their parking lot for the last few months. Its free and open to the public. You can bring your own pops to sell and trade or simply show up to shop around. They also offer mystery boxes at these events for a great price but they sell out fast so get there early. It's a great place to meet and bond with fellow collectors. The shop itself is filled with a variety of pops including a nice collection of grails. If you're interested in more information on the pop swaps make sure to check out the shops social media pages its definitely worth it. I'm glad I stumbled across them myself. read more

This place is "POP"ping..Literally! Most stores that I go to for Pops have a limited selection to choose from, not boomloot. They have limited editions and new releases in their inventory. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. 5 stars for inventory and customer service. read more

Want to browse a wide range of Funko pops without needing to consult the internets, drop by a con, or stop by multiple retail stores to look for the pop you need? Definitely come give boomloot a visit. I definitely enjoyed visiting this store and found most of the characters from several popular shows and movies that I needed to give to my friends for Christmas. All reasonably priced as well. Also the owner is really nice and knows his pop Funko stuff. Highly recommend ! read more

A nice collection of both common and uncommon pops that aren't unreasonably priced. I didn't find any grails that I was looking for to complete some of my collections but I imagine they do have stuff others are looking for. The staff there was nice and friendly and knowledgeable of the pops I had in mine. I'd come back to visit next time I'm in the area. read more

Awesome spot to but PoP's from. The owner is supper helpful and will go out of his way to ensure you get what you want. He is a certified Funko Pop distributor and can order straight from the manufacturer. Also the website keeps things interesting. Oh, and there is a loyalty card where if you buy 10 PoP's you get one free. My daughter and I started a little tradition which we visit BooMLooT every Friday. Funko Friday!!! read more

I don't even know where to start with this place. It's pretty much heaven on earth for pop collectors. When i first came here, I wasn't even sure if I was in the right place. it's tucked away in a row of small buildings near John Wayne Airport. Once I opened the door and saw the walls of POPS I knew I was at the right place. I was a bit overwhelmed at first with all of the great pops for sale. They have a great selection with everything from common pops to hard to find ones. Great prices too. I went to their Labor Day Sale and got one of the mystery boxes for $24 and got a Ghostbuster Conan! I was so happy about that, so I went back today to see if they had anymore. They did! So of course I grabbed another one and got a metallic Madcap! Go check this place out. They might even have some mystery boxes left. read more

My friend took me to this hidden gem in Irvine a few months ago and I've been coming back ever since. Being a huge Marvel, Star Wars and sci-fi fan, I feel like a kid in a toy store. They have a huge selection for everyone, from the "Pop"ular to the hard to find. The prices are extremely reasonable and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I stumbled upon BoomLoot from a recommendation of my coworker (thanks Chanel!) as I work right across the street. I realized this was a big mistake (just kidding) as I will be spending most of my lunch breaks perusing their selection and wanting to spend all my money here. They have the best selection of Funko Pops I've personally seen out of anywhere. If you are looking for hard to find items as well, such as exclusives, chases, etc. you cannot go wrong stopping in. They are extremely friendly and made me feel welcome upon my first visit. Do not forget to check in on Yelp for a free Pop protector, as well as use their Fivestars rewards system as it is a no brainer. If you have a remote interest in Funko Pops I would recommend this shop as your one stop shop, for all things Pop! read more

Great place for finding pops and on the weekends other collectors. The owner and the entire staff are friendly, funny, and all collectors themselves, so their knowledge is great when you're on the hunt for something in particular. Since we were window shopping, we didn't ask for any support but a couple next to us did. The person at the register was very friendly and had wonderful energy! If you're finding a specific toy, this place is sure to have it. I didn't end up purchasing anything tonight since I came from the POP MART in Costa Mesa, but I know where to go when I need to!

Recently, I came across them on a hunt for cute bag charms (thanks, Yelp Assistant) and I was blown away by the selection! In addition to tons of plushies, they have a whole wall of bag charms. I didn't find what I was looking for (something Disney and/or cherry-themed) but I found a cute charm for a friends birthday gift and the claw clips on the shelf below caught my eye because many of them were metal and large. Perfect for thick hair! The cashier confirmed this as well which made me feel confident and I can confirm they hold up with long, thick, hair. It seems like this place does a lot of limited drops so definitely get there early if you're looking for a trendy item. But, it wasn't too crowded when I went around 11am.

Top Canvas is a claw machine spot located right next to The District at Tustin Legacy (next to the…read moreAMC Theatre). Top Canvas also has other locations (Alhambra, Downey, Torrance, and Milpitas in Northern California) that operate as collectible stores and this is the only Top Canvas location that runs as a claw machine arcade. [Parking]: Easy and free parking at The District at Tustin Legacy. [Selection & Price]: Apparently the shop redesigned their claw machines and prize system in recent months. Players can now trade plushies for points and use those points to redeem more desirable prizes. As for trade-in prizes, they have selected signed Funko Pop figures / giant Pokémon plushies / other generic plushies (25%), blind boxes (50%), and graded Pokémon cards / booster packs / other collectibles (25%). Personally it would be better if they had fewer blind boxes as trade-in prizes and focused more on curated Sanrio plushies or unique action figures. [Point system]: For play packs, $10 = 20 tokens, $20 = 42 tokens, $50 = 110 tokens, and $100 = 230 tokens. Claw machines with numbered stickers indicate how many points each plush is worth and most machines indicate 15 points per plush. Blind box trade-in values range from 45 points to 125 points. [Conclusion]: It is nice to have claw machines with a higher win rate than places like Round1 + the ability to trade plushies for better prizes, but I do think their prizes are not as good as places like Round1. Personally I still prefer other claw machine spots like Infinity Claws in Rowland Heights and I also like Top Canvas's collectible stores better than this claw machine-only concept store. My favorite part here was that when I checked out, the items I picked up were swapped with fresher versions without the price tag sticker. This made it easy to prep as gifts. Ever since I was a kid and saw the movie "Big", I wanted to go and try the huge piano. It was so fun. They took you in groups of 4 or 5 and let you play on it for about 5 minutes. We went right when the toy store opened and played a few times. Pros: It is free; The huge piano; fun things in the store to try; The candy section (my husband calls it golden candy since it was so expensive); The Clifford area; Life-size Lego guys. Cons: The toys are generally expensive, and knowing BoomLoot, this should be no surprise; The Harry Potter Section - everything was for teenagers or older, not anything for my younger son. We had a great time playing and browsing. We did buy some stuffed snakes ($5.00 each), a bag of candy (way too much for candy, but the experience was fun), and these frisbee/ball things. The piano was worth it, and just to see the innovative toys was so fun. I would not recommend this if you have a kid that can't leave the store without buying anything or a kid that begs the whole time.
